Din ciclu 'oops I did it again', am achizitionat astazi inca un fier, mai precis o Moto Guzzi. Cred ca e un 750SP dar trebuie sa vad exact ce si cum, pentru Guzzi a folosit pentru motoare de 750cmc cu bloc mic tot fel de denumiri. In acte scrie 1996, dar nu m-as mira sa fie mai veche. Cartea e facut dupa omologare individuala.
De mult visez de un Moto Guzzi, mai ales de un 850t3 sau un Le Mans 1000. Sau chiar un Griso. Dar sunt scumpe, si exemplarul asta am gasit la suma mea preferata, adica, cat am dat si pe E12, si cat am dat si pe GPZ-ul. Motorul este echipat pentru Polizia Municipale, cel putin, asa scrie pe valizele, si e alb, cu o frunte mare si lat cu 2 proiectoare langa far unde au fost odata proiectoarele albastre, si 2 locasi tot pe fata unde erau cred sirenele. Pe spate are prinderea pentru girofar, si antena, si are si un locas unde cred ca a fost statie radio odinioara. Sa e monopost. Am inteles ca ar fi din Brescia. Toate echipamentele specific pentru Politia au fost inlaturate mai de mult. Motorasul are 744cmc, 43KW in acte, V2 a la Guzzi, cutie cu 5 viteze cred, ambreiaj uscat, tractiune spre roata spate pe cardan. Se aude (prea) silentios, trebuie mult soc la pornire si eziteaza la accelerate brusca, am citit undeva ca ar avea jicloare cam mici pentru incadrare in ceva norme poluare. Dar se rezolva cu alte jicloare, cred ca o sa caut sa le cumpar. Problemele ar fi un rezervor ruginit in interior, transpire ulei pe la grup spate, frana fata pe doar un disc din 2, cat un surub lipsa la carenaj, si ceva daune la carene. Ar prinde bine si ceva vopsea noua. Cand pornesti lumini, pica curentul si opreste si motorul. Si cam atat stiu acuma. Partea buna e ca baiatul de la care am cumparat-o a venit calare pe ea din Timisoara. A plecat noapte la ora 12, si dimineata la 9 era in Militari City. Maine vreau sa deblochez etrierul cel blocat pe fata si sa vad de niste hibe electrice, ocazie cu care o s-o si spal si sa-o fac ceva poze ca sa va arat despre ce e vorba. Miercuri m-am dus dupa Guzzi. Pe drum am ramas fara frana fata, mergea infranat, a fiert lichid, nimic ce nu se rezolva cu ceva lovituri in placute. Problema mai mare a aparut cand am facut plinul - a inceput sa curge rezervorul. A fost revopsit, s-a descoperit gauri de rugina, a fost reparat dar aparent nu in totalitate. Asa ca au venit cu dubita si motorul e iar in service. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Aveam doar belaua potential
Benzina statea in vopsea si poxipol, dar statea.. acuma picura, bine ca am parcare pazita la servici, nu as fi putut s-o las asa la bloc unde sunt copii / adolescenti / fumatori / babe sinucigase / ... Merg zilnic pe Guzzi, e ok, tractoras asa, atrage priviri. Am comandat ulei pentru schimb, filtru mai ramana, e greu de gasit si conforma manual se schimba odata la 2 schimburi de ulei.
Am montat si tobele lafranconi competizione, suna tare mai ales in casca. Ambreiaj patineaza la sarcina maxima, frana fata tot nu ma multumeste, cred ca un Guzzi nu e niciodata gata. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am fost cu Guzzi prin tara, pana la lacul Rosu. Frumos drumul, prin valeni, siriu, sf gheorghe, gheorgheni. Intors cam la fel doar pe la Brasov - Sacele - Cheia - Valeni. Nu am avut probleme cu motorul pe drum. De facut: - Vreau sa renunt la circuit de franare si sa am ambele discuri fata controlati de maneta. - A inceput sa picura ulei pe un prezon stanga. Am avut o buba similara pe dreapta, sper sa-l pacalesc si asta cu canepa de instalatii.. - Voltajul de incarcare nu e ok pana nu am peste 2000rpm. Sa mai enumar ce am mai facut, vad ca cam lipseste info in topic.
Mersul lesinat s-a rezolvat cu 2 jicloare principale de 105 in loc de 100, acum tureaza pana in zona rosie fara probleme. Si patineaza ambreiaj uneori in a 5-a la 5000rpm dar nu e motiv pentru actuni mechanice inca. Am inlocuit recent un plutitor, cel vechi era umplut cu benzina si prin urmare nivel cin camera de nivel constant nu mai era ok, de lene (si de fapt nici nu prea am mers cu ea) am tot amanat momentul schimbarii pana a inceput sa curge benzina din carburator. Am mai si completat diverse sigle, incarcarea e imbunanatita prin simplificare circuitele de incarcare si voltajul de feed-back. Voltmetru din bord e pus tot pe fir de feedback, sa stiu sigur cat este referinta pentru releu, inainte arata tot fel de tensiuni in functie de ce consumatori aveam porniti, valori nu neaparat foarte aproape de voltajul bateriei. Din iesire la releau am adaugat un condensator mare, pentru protectie in caz ca se intample ceva in mers cu baterie, metoda folosit (vazut apoi) si la avioane (ultralight?) cu acest sistem de incarcare ducati monofazat. Are deja de mai multi ani cauciucuri pirelli sport demon, fata de metzeler cu care a venit sunt foarte ok, dar probabil conteaza nu numai marca / tip dar si varsta si grad de uzura in comparatie. Ce ar mai fi de rezolvat este frana si filtru de aer (pe care nu il am schimbat niciodata pentru ca e imposibil). -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Azi nu a mai vrut. Electromotor. Cred sper singura piesa frantuseasca valeo de pe motocicleta. Se pare ca internele nu rezista la apa, ce e destul de nefericit avand in vedere ca nu e etans nici la ploaia.
S-au folosit si startere Bosch pe motocicletele astea si internet zice ca At least when the bosch failed I could whack it with a rock and make it work again. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Ieri am facut o plimbare mica pana la Lehliu si inapoi, prima data cu vitezometru functional. Pana acum mergem dupa turumetru, in viteza a 5-a cam 4000rpm in localitate, 5000rpm in afara Am avut noroc sa ma ajuta Bandisca care are in lucru un proiect Guzzi Turbo cu melcul de kilometraj care se monteaza pe axa fata. Al meu a functionat doar foarte scurt timp dupa ce am cumparat motoreta, am vazut abia acum ca are un punct pentru gresat, probabil a emrs fara ungere mult timp, pana s-a blocat. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Noul proprietar a plecat cu ea in prima zi pe autostrada si a ramas fara incarcare. Curios, s-a topit un fir cositorit pe statorul alternatorului. M-am dus dupa el langa Ploiesti cu remorca, a doua zi dimineata am reparat si aleternator. Asta dupa ce initial nu am putut sa 'livrez' fiscal. SPer ca a 3-a plecare e cu noroc. Inlocuitorul este un Suzuki gsx-r 1100 din 1992 cu porecla the pink egg boiler. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still
