Am revenit in tara si m-am apucat cu evildeath de curatat 30 de kg de piese pline de ulei si pamant celb (15).gif

Doua din 3 flanse de la cutie sunt aproape gata. Am facut gaurile pentru prinderea de bloc. Mai trebuie date gaurile de prindere ale cutiei de flanse. Vor fii doua prinderi in dreapta sus (flansa 1), una in stanga jos (flansa2) si inca doua prinderi in zona de jos a blocului.

Toate piesele, cutia si blocul cu chiuloasele vor fii vopsite negru mat si wrinkle paint.

Se vede in poze si rulmentul presat in volanta de m30.

cutia si blocantul mi se par verigile slabe,pe de alta parte cutia asta de M535i ce cod are ?o fi fost pusa si pe Alpina bi turbo oare?daca da e de bine smile.gif

Are un element protector pt cutia de m30, se numeste ambreiaj de m30 smile.gif pica inaintea cutiei stati chill. si din cunostintele mele, un getrag 265 e mai rezistent decat cutia manuala de v12.


alex acelasi grup s-a pus de fabrica pe v12 e32, doar ca alta carcasa si alt raport wink.gif

Asa cum a zis si rotti smile.gif Grupul este comun cu cele puse pe motoarele de 4.0 v8 si 5.0 v12. Difera carcasa.
Iar cutia, daca totusi nu face fata voi pune un 265 getrag care stiu sigur ca e una din cele mai rezistente.

Puteam sa pun de la inceput asa dar imi place "doglegu" mult. Cum cutiile sunt identice la exterior nu o sa fie o problema sa le schimb...sper insa sa nu fie cazul laugh.gif

Cam aici se incheie progresul pe 2010 laugh.gif
Pana in vara nu cred ca mai apuc sa fac ceva la masina.

Am pus motorul de proba, pompa de frana a fost mutata in fata, suportii pentru bobine, filtru de ulei si cutia pt ecu-uri au fost sudati si ei.
Compartimentul motor a fost luat la smirghel 10 zile pana aproape de tabla ill (9).gif si grunduit.
Am pastrat radiatorul original de 2.5 si vascul de 5.0. Trebuie modificat cotul de sus al radiatorului, in loc de 90 grade sa iasa drept.

Am ramas cu 2 probleme mari de rezolvat.
Franele fata: trebuie adaptate niste frane mai mari. Pana acum am 2 variante. De v12 dar nu am reusit sa gandesc nici o solutie sau de Mazda rx8 care sunt apropiate ca marime, 325 in diametru fata de 330 cat au cele de septar.

A doua problema este directia. Pot pastra caseta originala, dar are joc destul de mare si nici raportul nu este ideal.
Varianta cea mai ok pana in momentul de fata este cremaliere de jaguar xj6. Problema este ca daca pun cremaliera, aceasta va fii cel mai jos punct al masinii, si nu cred ca e tocmai bine sa raschetez cu ea pe asfalt.

Daca vreau sa o urc mai sus se poate, dar trebuie modificata atat baia de ulei cat si puntea.
La franele de Mazda am o sulutie mai buna din acest punct de vedere deoarece bratele pentru capetele de bara sunt orientate inspre fata si pot monta cremaliera in fata puntii unde am loc mai mult DAR nu prea mai ramane loc din cauza evacuarii sa trec cu axul volanului pana la ea.

Pe langa astea mai sunt de luat rulmentii spate, saboti frana de mana, placute etrierii spate, simeringuri de grup, vopsit bascule, grup si restul de maruntisuri numai la puntea spate.
Trebuie pregatita podeaua si contraaripile pt teroson si vopsit compartimentul motor si punte fata.

Dupa asta nu mai am decat sa ma apuc de motor sa-i schimb garnituri, simerinuri si sa-l vopsesc hang.gif

P.s Am uitat de portbagaj unde trebuie facut rezervor de inox si pregatit + terosonat. Mai este si evacuarea care trebuie facuta de la 0. Am pregatit pana acum 2 finale de corvette v8 care sper sa se auda bine...Pana la vara cam asta a fost...

Ce masina tare o sa fie.

Nu e cam mic radiator asta pentru V12? Stiu ca E32 avea probleme cu supraincalzire la motoare V12.. Adica, acolo deja era la limita dimensionat. Poate ar fi mai bine un electroventilator sau 2 in fata radiatorului?

Am citit despre acest mit cu problemele la racire dar nu am gasit nimic clar pe net. Sa nu fie din cauza ca alte piese cedeaza repede.

De exemplu termostatul l-am gasit rupt in primul motor (cu toate astea masina a venit din Constanta fara probleme la racire).

Am pastrat elicea si vascul de v12 si am cumparat si un elecroventilator mai mic care se potriveste perfect in fata. Nu suport sunetul de ventilator, imi inspira Dacia papuc laugh.gif

Sper sa nu fie probleme, nu as vrea sa modific lonjeroanele fata pentru un radiator mai mare...

Dupa o pauza de 1 an am reinceput munca la e12:) S-a pus motorul si cutia pe masina, articulatie fata, suspensie.
Zilele astea terosonez contraripile spate si montez puntea cu basculele refacute. S-au schimbat rulmentii si bucsile, simeringuri la grup+vopsit.

Mai raman de montat franele spate de e34 v8 ventilate si de facut flansele pentru etrierii de e32 pe fata.
Pompa de frana vacumatica a fost mutata in spatele farului din stanga.

In afara de asta mai trebuie sa fac traseul de evacuare si sa trag conductele de frana dupa care ma pot ocupa de instalatia electrica.

Ramane de vazut daca raman cu acceleratia drive by wire sau montez clapetele cu timonerii. In ambele cazuri am probleme legate de montaj dar numai in cazul celor cu timone imi pun probleme la partea de electrica.
