Am desfacut alternator, am curatat rulmenti, le am imbibat in vaselina. Mai avea o problema ciudata. Corpul alternatorului este format din 3 bucati, doua dintr-un aliaj, si la mijloc fier de la stator. Impamantarea (punte diode) si referinta de voltaj este pe partea din spate, dar contact cu motor este pe fata. Asa ca curent de incarcare trece prin cle 3 bucati, si cumva nu mai conducea curent. Am curata mizierie si rugina, sper ca merge acum fara sa mai trag un cablu in plus peste alternator.

Ventilator trebuie sa cupleze la 55 grade C, cel de pe masina in timp cupla din ce in ce mai tarziu pana nu mai mergea deloc.
O sa fac un mic set-up unde pot controla temperatura si sa fac probe.

De unde? Si nu e vasc.

Am 3 posibilitati, in ordina cum le vad eu:
- Il repar pe cel de pe masina
- fac upgrade la vasc, ce presupune alta pompa de apa, vasc, elice, si cred ca si fulie
- il fac electric.

Am facut un set-up mic pentru niste teste, un foen pentru barbati, controlat de un controller de temperatura tip PID, o sonda de temperatura PT100 infipt in ambreiaj. Cel de pe masina la 55 de grade invarta liber, dar altul la 55 de grade Celsius e blocat.
Noroc cu Interceptor de la care am primit acum mai multi ani niste ventilatoare vechi.

Niste goodies, in mare furtune de racire, suport intermediar toba, excentrice pentru tacheti, coliere.
Si bonus un catalog mare, poate au vazut topicul asta si s-au gandit ca mai e piata de desfacere.



Suportul intermediar de toba este pentru M535i si este un experiment, masina a ramas fara acel suport de cand cu upgrade la cutie cu 5 viteze, nu am gasit inca ceva ce se potriveste. Dar M535i cred ca a venit cu cutie in 5 dog-leg cum am eu, asa ca poate se potriveste.

Am montat a loc tutul, dar o sa dau jos iar radiator. E prea putin spatiu intre elice si radiator.

Cauza nu o stiu, am avut speranta sa pot sa folosesc elice de E9 sau E3 care vine un pic mai in spate, dar se loveste de fulie de AC. Este foarte putin spatiu, Se vede ca e12 nu a fost conceput sa suporta M30 neaparat.
O cauza la mine este radiatorul, cum se vede are o tabla deasupra care iese, cel original nu avea. Apoi poate sa fie si o problema cu tampon suport cutie viteza, nu stiu daca ar conta mult sau daca este gresit, dar masina a avut conversie la cutie cu 5 viteze, si vad ca acel suport vine cu mai multe coduri de piesa diferite in functie de cutie / an / tip traversa metalica - nu mi-e clar si nici nu stiu ce dimensiuni au variantele. Intai incerc sa adresez radiator, apoi o sa fac un experiment cu suport cutie, sa vad cat influenteaza pozitia elice fata de radiator.

Si totusi presupunem ca vibratii in mers nu ai ? Daca ari pozitionate in unghiuri diferite ar cauza unele vibratii, ma gandesc ?

Are ceva vibratie de cand s-a pus cutie cu 5 viteze, dar cardanul am primit desfacut in doua bucati si nu se stie daca s-a nimerit pozitia corecta.

Vezi ca sunt firme care echilibrează cardane.Eu cānd am pus la e12 cutie īn 5,am tăiat din cardanul meu ,cānd s a spart cutia īn 5 și n am mai găsit și a trebuit sa o pun īnapoi pe cea īn 4 trepte l am lungit cu teava īn interior dar apoi mi l a pus un nene pe strung și cică l a echilibrat.Asa stiu și eu,dacă īl demufezi,trebuie pus īn aceeași poziție.

Da, din cāte știu eu, se echilibrează īntreg, nu fiecare bucata in parte, și evident nu merge asamblat in alte poziție fara probleme. Cardan e pentru cutie in 5, nu am tăiat sau sudat. M-am pus odată sub mașină cu motor pornit și īn viteză și se vede cum are o rezonanță .
La o turație anume. In mers simt undeva la 50km/ora . E de experimentat cu poziția.

Am comandat tampon pentru cutie in 5, altfel nu am sa știu dacă ce am pe mașină e ok
Am făcut și comanda la o elice noua, dar se pare că nu mai e de găsit.

Am macelarit radiatorul dupa ce am aranjat cu grija decorul cu ghetele roz si pervaz.




Bineinteles s-a topit cositor si la o imbinare si sufla pe acolo la proba. Am inchis, vedem daca tine, diseara il pun sub presiune.

Tine presiune, montat pe masina, umplut cu mix antigel, apoi am pus cric sub motor ca sa pot sa scot suportul pe partea soferului, era o clema de fier care ar treui sa sustine joja de ulei cazut si prinsa intre suportul de fier si bloc motor si am rezolvat in sfarsit si asta.
Ocaziile de genul se lasa mereu cu curatat fier, tratament anticoroziv, vopsit.. mereu sunt lucrari aditionale la masina asta cand ma apuc de ceva.

Si daca tot am avut motorul sustinut de cric, m-am jucat un pic cu inaltimea motorului vs distanta ventilator - radiator. Era de probat pentru ca am avut si o sugestie de cum s-ar fi lasat tampoanele de cauciuc care sustin motorul si ca ar conta. Am constatat ca nu are un efect notabil, centimetri intaltime se traduc in millimetri de distanta.
