Sonda inlocuita.
A pornit mai greut la prima cheie, sta nemiscata de vreo doua saptamani la -10/-12 grade noaptea. A doua cheie a luat-o mai usor, desi se racise si atunci motorul. Am gasit furtunul de vacuum de pe regulator catre admise spart (de la frig).
N-am mai avut chef de masurat presiune in rampa, dar am observat ca regulatorul original e un BOSCH - cred ca 30 ani ii ajung, pe cod nu mai gasesc decat Pierburg - e mai bun sau mai prost ?

Pare ok timp de pornire, cu toate ca mi se pare ca se invarta un pic lent, fata ce M30B35, dar nu stiu daca asa e normal sau daca poate ai o baterie obosita.

mi se pare normal. O sa incerc sa fac si eu video cand voi porni ursul, deja la mine are aproape 2 luni de stationare smile.gif desi preferabil ar fi sa dau scurt la cheie odata sau de 2 ori sa ajunga ceva ulei la tacheti.

Bateria e buna, testata si tinuta in interior iarna.
Ma nedumireste diferenta aia de 1 sec intre prima si a doua pornire. Pare sa fie simptom clasic de pierdere presiune benzina pe perioade indelungate. Poate imi fac curaj sa incropesc un T la FPR si s-o masor, daca se mai incalzeste vremea...
Unii mai puneau o valva unisens la iesirea din rezervor, dar mi se pare cam overkill tinand cont ca pompa e noua, nu cred ca ar pierde. Mai degraba pe la regulator.

ps: da, ciudat cum invarte la bart si cum o face la mine. E clar mai lent. Pot exista si alte cauze in afara bateriei ? Versiuni de motronic ? Lasand la o parte ca unul e M20, celalalt M30, electromotorul a fost servisat asta iarna etc.

Diferentele sunt minore, aia cu parfum par sa fie NFL a doua treaba e ca dau direct la cheie nu pun contact asteapta sa se stinga becurile apoi dat la cheie. Eu zic ca vrei sa schimbi piese si nu stii cum sa o faci biggrin.gif

In realitate e mai "nasol" decat in filmulet, chiar porneste greut... smile.gif
Mi-am mai adus aminte de ceva, Cata zicea sa mai umblam si la avans, ca posibila cauza. Dar a trecut un an, trebuie sa ma mai interesez ce inseamna asta biggrin.gif, probabil ceva pe la delcou ?

Grosimea cablajului si lungimea, E12 are baterie in fata si traseu pana la electromotor e scurt. Apoi si puterea electromotorului, erau de 0,8 si 1cp de exemplu la 2002, apoi daca mai are reductor sau nu. M30 original la E12 are ditamai animal de electromotor fara reductor si se invarta mai greu.

Cat am umblat la avans nu am bagat in seama timp pornire. La motronic 1.3 nici nu ai ce regla., senzor de turatie e (cel putin la M30) pe o pozitia fixa.
Si avans s-ar regla la ceva conform spec, la al meu de exemplu 22 grade la 1750rpm. Probabil reglat pentru cuplu. Sau cum zicea un motociclisc batran, sa ai putere maxima la turatie mare.

Si eu am bateria in fata, cablajul e cel original (n-am observat interventii pe el).
Sa se mai incalzeasca si mai verific una, alta.... mai citim, mai invatam smile.gif

fa si vechea proba pus contactul de 2 ori desi din ce tin minte pompa se activeaza odata cand pui contactul apoi nu mai conteaza smile.gif

Zice lumea ca pe Motronic pompa nu livreaza la contact pus ci doar daca invarte motorul (ECU nu activeaza releul la contact)

la mine pun contact bazaie pompa, daca iau si mai pun odata nu mai bazaie, dar daca e cum zice lumea are logica sa o ia un pic mai greu .

Nu m-am putut abtine si am inlocuit senzorii de temperatura (ECU + ceasuri) si regulatorul de presiune.
Faza curioasa e ca nu a existat presiune mai deloc cand am dat regulatorul jos, n-am pierdut nici 10 ml de benzina... blink.gif ... nu pare semn bun.

N-am pornit-o inca, trebuie sa ii fac aerisirea din nou c-am pierdut ceva antigel cand am demontat senzorii. Vedem maine cum se comporta.

Deci.... nu par sa existe diferente notabile la cald. Ma rog, cat am putut observa pe loc si la ralanti.
Astept sa o mai pornesc candva la rece dupa cel putin 24h sa vedem cat de mult invarte.

N-am mai apucat sa o testez dupa alea 24h, m-am intors la B. Sper sa-i fac prima iesire in vacanta copiilor de la inceputul lui Aprilie.
Intre timp am dat jos proiectoarele sa le schimb sticla, aia de pe stanga era crapata si mi-a comentat ala la RAR in toamna. Ma uit si dupa niste jante.... mi-am adus aminte de zgomotul din bord care nu a disparut, se aude chiar in zona ceasurilor, am nevoie sa sudez un suport pe evacuare in zona cutiei pentru ca ala de automata nu mai cade pe prinderea de la manuala, trebuie sa ma uit si la motorasul de la decapotare, avem de lucru si anul asta. smile.gif
