suruburile nu isi vor modifica lungimea initiala. blocul motor nu il poti plana, pt ca ala nu se deformeaza ca este din otel(sau alt material oricum cu fier in compozitie) ci se planeaza doar chiuloasa pt ca este din aluminiu si este mult mai usor deformabila. -------------------- e34 `91,520i ex: e12 `80, 520i

De obicei se deformeaza doar chiulasa dar cateodata si blocul. Stiu ca se poate verifica/corecta planeitatea si in cazul blocului motor.
Cat despre suruburi, probabil se inlocuiesc pentru a elimina riscul ruperii lor la strangere. Daca se strang repetat exista posibilitatea ca sa-si consume capacitatea de deformatie in domeniul elastic si devin casante. |

Va multumesc de sfaturi!
Acum imi aduc aminte ca la TD am desfacut motorul si restrans de vreo 3-4 ori cam asa cu acelasi rand de prezoane, din motivul asta vroiam o explicatie care ii faza cu inlocuirea lor! -------------------- |

pana acum am gasit asa: -garnitura chiloasa Victor Reinz- 183 -disc ambreiaj LUK 380 (pe sachs e la jumatate...) -pompa apa Graff 181 -termostat VALER 80 -Filtre MANN de ulei motorina si aer::38,100,63 -kit semeringuri supape victor reinz 26 In total pana acum 1051 LEI terminare totala la portofel ( Si culmea ca inca imi lipsesc cele mai importante piese, care nu dau de ele momentan... -segmenti -cuzineti biele -garnitura baie de ulei si capac distributie -semering palier spate -si o stropitoare ulei de piston, una are tevusca aia bulita.... -semering la cutie, la cardan si selector viteze -oring joja ulei -reconditionat electromotor(daca tot e jos si pozitia ii mizera trebuie umblat si aici...) In concluzie nu stiu cand o voi repara....raman dracu si fara servici, depinde de ea mult, dar acum ce sa ami zic....asta e! Bine ca am cumparat distributia, e noua si pe original, si aia 830 lei la reducere si fara TVA... -------------------- |

Cred ca te costa mai putin sa iei alt motor care merge si sa fi mers cu grija cu acela pana aveai fonduri sa-l faci pe cel original de la A la Z.

am cumparat toate piese mentionate de mai sus, defapt deabia astazi le am comandat...

nu prietene, de ce sa ma supar, dar am cautat peste tot, absolut tot, chir si la vestitul provider de piese AUTONET, am pe cineva acolo de ma ajuta cu piesele, deci ami ieftin de suma aia nu am gasit... va deranjez din nou cu o intrebare,
In poza daca observati piesa nr 8 este teava care face legatura intre galeria de evacuare si duce in galeria de admisie in valva egr(valva asta este montata de admisie si are pe ea un vacum) Eu ma gandeam sa anulez asta, (i am fauct deja din alta teava luata de pe un 2.5tds calat dopuri), in ideea sa nu imi mai dea fumul in admisie (adica gazele nearse) cel putin asta cred eu ca ii scopul ei. Vreau sa fac chestia asta in ideea ca motorul o sa traga ceva mai bine+ ca la consum ar trebui sa ies si acolo mai bine, deoare intra in admisie numai oxige, fara alte gaze nearse sau alte bazaconii.... Astept ceva pareri, tot ce vreau sa stiu este daca influenteaza negativ mersul motorului... -------------------- |

pai gandestete ca o parte din fum se intoarce in admisie, adica mai putin oxigen, din motivul asta. Eliminand teava aia din admisie=> mai mult oxigen, mai mult oxigen o ardere mai puternica, de aici putere si consum ceva mai mic, etc etc M am gandit ca intoarcerea gazelor nearse este doar ptr o norma de poluare mai buna, sacrificand astfel ceva din putere, acum ce sa zic, poate gresesc eu... Apropo, astazi am bagat segmentii si cuzinetii in motor, si in rest am spalat piese, ca sunt o gramada, maine schimb semeringurile la cutie si ii schimb si uleiul, etc, mai sunt destuuuuule de facut This post has been edited by Dani88br: May 19 2011, 11:26 PM -------------------- |

Alea nu sunt neaparat gaze nearse... cred ca e mai mult fum. Singurul lucru negativ e faptul ca pierzi boost daca elimini acel furtun/teava compresia pierduta in carter ar face presiune in admisie.
