Baieti dupa ce mi-a sarit cardanul si mi-a spart cutia in 5 am pus cutia originala in 4 si cardanul.Rulmentul din mijloc e nou nout si flansa din fata e buna.La 50km/h apare o trepidatie...vibratie....se mai poate regla ceva?Inainte nu facea cu cardanul asta....Ce sa fie?

probabil cand ai pus cardanul la loc dupa schimbarea rulmentului, nu l-ai mai cuplat in aceeasi positie si s-a dezechilibrat.

Incearca sa il dai jos si sa il aliniezi "pastila la pastila"(alea de la crucile cardanice)si vezi daca mai vibreaza. -------------------- E28 FOREVER

cardanele sunt echilibrate independent.eu am scos si am pus la loc ceva seturi de cardane si nu stiu la cate am tinut cont de aliniera.eu personal nu cred in asa ceva............ vibreaza ce, unde? vezi sa nu fi pus rulmentul aiurea sau sa nu fie flansda de la cutie nasoala...............daca astea s ok poate e altceva
sau poate cosmin si til au dreptate si cardanele trebuie montate in aceasi poz ca cea de fabrica desi eu personal repet am pus de multe ori in alte pozitiii si nu a vibrat absolut nimic,. -------------------- |

Mai e bucsa mica de cauciuc din capatul cardanului, aia care centreaza cardanul pe axul cutiei de viteze. Poate ca e rupta? -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Am rezolvat problema...de fapt s-a rezolvat de la sine.Tamponul de la traversa imi tinea cutia intr-o parte tensionata.Am urcat masina pe rampa si mi-am amintit ca nu mai vibreaza.....tamponul s-a rupt....trebuie sa caut un alt tampon.
