L-am luat deja pe primul. Acu... nici nu stiu ce e cu ala EGR si daca poate sa-mi raceasca el motorul.
M-am uitat ieri si-i incalcita treaba, de sub termostatul mare mai pleaca o conducta de plastic parca. Totu-i plin de mozol (jeg cu antigel?). Trebuie sa caut tutorial despre cum se desface si vad apoi daca ma apuc de treaba asta iarna sau o las pentru la primavara.

Ce rol are termostatul EGR?

Din poze pare ca nu ai termostat si nici schimbator de caldura EGR.

Se balbaie motorul, nu are putere. Gasesc un vacuum sarit de pe EGR. Celalalt vacuum, care merge la turbina, inlocuit acum un an inca e ok, intreg.
Pus cel de egr la loc, tot balbaie. Mai verific toate bune. Plec la drum, merge!
Dupa 15 km iar balbaie.

Consum mare, putere ioc, pana in 2000rpm merge acceptabil apoi nu mai poate.

Cred ca s-a largit capatul care intra in EGR si nu mai tine vacuum. O sa-l scurtez putin.

il obturezi cu o table, preferabil la capatul dinspre galleria de evacuare, si pastrezi tot setupul, doar ca nu mai trage gaze prin teava lui.

si apoi trebuie si umblat in ecu ca sa nu se mai prinde masina ca nu mai e egr, daca vrei sa faci cap-coada.

Am mai bibilit la vacuumul ala slabit de pe egr, nimic. Completat ulei ca nu stiu sigur daca am baie de 5 sau 5,5 litri. Nimic.

Se balbaia de parca n-ar avea motorina, mergea bine pana spre 2000rpm apoi parca era diesel aspirat, abia urca de la 60km/h incolo, dar tot mergea croaziera cu 120. Cand acceleram indicatorul de consum se ducea in maxim, dar fum zero la curul lui
Cum faza se intampla la primul plin dupa ce am facut pana superprostului - am facut plin ochi de pe gol cu benzina - iar beleaua nu a aparut din start ci cand am coborat sub jumatate la nivelul motorinei am zis ca n-o fi de la filtre sau site infundate, ci de la combustibil.
Am facut ieri plinul si pare sa mearga ok.

Stati un pic, e o mica neintelegere: Nu am consumat juma de rezervor de benzina.

Am facut plinul cu benzina, am mers cativa km, s-a oprit motorul.
Am tras-o pana la urmatoarea benzinarie.

Acolo au chemat pe unii cu o pompita ce se leaga la baterie si cu niste furtune au tras din ambele rezervoare si din borcanul filtrului de motorina.

Am facut plinul cu motorina.
Ne-am chinuit sa o pornim, mi-au dat curent mai bine de juma de ora, dupa care a mers normal.

Cand am ajuns pe la jumatatea rezervorului a inceput sa faca figura: pare ca nu alimenteaza suficient. Dupa ceva zeci de km parcursi nu are vana , cand apas pedala la podea se balbaie. La ralanti nici o oproblema. La mers linistit pe la 1500-2000rpm, pare ca merge ok, doar mici ezitari abia sesizabile. De zici ca are avansul dereglat biggrin.gif - bine, probabil el chiar isi da avans asteptand mai mult combustibil, care nu vine.

Ori sunt filtre infundate, ori trage motorina amestecata cu benzina, ori trage aer pe undeva?
Coincidenta a facut ca prima data cand a facut faza asta am gasit vacuumul de la EGR iesit. L-am pus la loc, pornit, tot se balbaia daca-l turam, am mai stat cateva minute, dupa care a mers bine 20km. Apoi iar a facut faza. Am mai facut vreo 2-300km asa batraneste, apoi am facut plinul. Dupa plin a mers ok. Acum, pe la trei sferturi pare ca il mai apuca toanele, dar mai subtire

O vreme figurile disparusera, apoi, saptamana trecuta a inceput sa faca iar figura cu pierderea de putere, la fiecare drum, dupa vreo 40 km.
Ieri a facut dupa 50m, noroc ca n-am apucat sa plec de acasa.
Am scos turul din fata, pus contact, debiteaza ceva motorina dar cu presiune foarte slaba.

E normal sau e dusa pompa?
O sa desfac azi sau maine, vad ce gasesc acolo.
