Ii salut pe toti pasionatii de fiare vechi prezenti aici pe forum... Sunt Edi din Iasi, trecut de 40, familie, copii, rate, catel, purcel... Urmaresc de mult forumul asta, cam slaba miscarea, dar mai bine putin si de calitate, decat mult si xtuning.
Si ce-mi lipsea??? Cum ce?! ... Un URS, frateee !!!....

De ceva ani m-a muscat si pe mine microbul oldschool, dar din lipsa de timp, bani, curaj ... am tot amanat. Prin 2011 am gasit un 320 sedan chrome bumper prin Bucuresti, arata binisor, l-am adus pe roti, emotii ... In afara de faptul ca era sa pierd finala pe la Roman, nimic deosebit. Consum exterior de 6,5-7 l/100km, verificat de mai multe ori la pompa. Masina era cat de cat intretinuta cand am luat-o, am mai schimbat cate ceva ici-colo pe partea de mecanica, totusi o foloseam daily, fie iarna sau vara pornea la sfert! De vreun 1 an de zile ma preocupa insa starea caroseriei: tabla sau mai bine zis rugina da semne vizibile, daca nu fac ceva acuma, anul viitor va fi mai rau.
Aripile spate, cel putin stg, au beneficiat de chit din belsug, o sa vedeti in poze chit de 1 cm! Nu cred ca era normal sa incarce atata! La o prima constatare avem asa: aripile spate + segmentele interioare, fusta/panou spate, pragurile. Zilele urmatoare am sa vad cum se prezinta planseul, apoi fata. Ce vreau sa mai zic e ca am sa incerc sa fac lucrarile in regie proprie, pana la vopsire. Putere de munca sa avem.
Am sa revin cu poze pe masura ce avansez. Din lipsa de timp si bani, preconizez ca va fi de durata.

hmm,si eu care credeam ca a mea sta rau la tabla smile.gif.bafta la taiat.parca a stat si la vanzare cativa ani masina,e bine ca te apuci de ea.pe fata iti zic de acum,colturile podelei,locasul baterie ,la pedala de acceleratie,pragurile interioare si posibil la baza parbriz rugina.edit:partea buna e ca nu ai trapa,so e posibil ca rugina pe fata sa fie ceva mai mica biggrin.gif

Multumesc pentru incurajari. Va fi mult de lucru...

Astazi ne-am miscat mai putin. Panoul inf. fata arata destul de bine, pe la colturi e ceva atins, maine sper sa scot tot din interior. Sunt curios podeaua si pedalierul cum se prezinta! M-am uitat pe Autokarma dupa praguri, pasaje aripi spate, se pare ca sunt cei mai accesibili la pret?! Aveti idee de alti furnizori mai ieftini?

Ai baza buna de lucru. Am avut urs care se prezenta foarte bine la caroserie si totusi arunca apa in portbagaj daca mergeam prin ploaie. Asta acum 9 ani. Deci ce ai tu acum e foarte bun, daca-l faci cum trebuie o sa ai cu ce te mandri.

@alex230ro: Merci frumos, m-am uitat pe site, preturi comparabile cu autokarma, mai ieftin nu gasesc, doar sa ma apuc eu sa-mi fac dintr-o coala de tabla reperele care-mi trebuie... Dar m-am abkant, nici masina de roluit, am sa caut pe net sa vad ce presupune ... Cu doua maini dibace si un mig-mag poti face multe. Pe un site un tip si-a confectionat singur arcele la roti la o toyota ..ceva, un model mai vechi, plus petice la praguri, aripi etc. Multe se pot face, depinde de fiecare...
@Til: La cele cu tractiune spate(scuze de pleonasm) e explicabila rugina la aripi, pasaje, fusta ... spate. De cate ori ploua mai tare gaseam apa in portbagaj, probabil din cauza chederului, pe la triple am mai observat ca intra apa. Trebuie etansat mai bine. E primul meu proiect, nu stiu de ce am asteptat atata, toate vin la timpul lor. Tintesc departe cu e30-ul asta, cu ce sa ma misc am, deci nu ma grabesc. Nici motorul nu va ramane asta, e prea puturos, o sa vad daca-l transform sau pun altceva, mai aprofundez materia. E multa informatie in zona de tuning...

Am gasit pe net BMW E30 - 3 Series Restoration Bible de Andrew Everett, cine o vrea sa spuna, o trimit pe email.

la mine o arunca roata in mers. Nu intra apa daca statea in ploaie, dar cum mergeam, intra. Pentru ca aveam niste gauri ascunse pe dupa arcadele spate. Le ai si tu cred.

Dupa o zi de munca, am mai avansat putin. Avem destula rugina: ambele praguri, panoul spate, pasaje aripi int/ext, baza stalpului central pe drp, zona dintre oala amortizor stg. si peretele compartimentului motor, partea inferioara la aripa fata stg, zona pedalierului, podea drp. spate si .... D-zeu cu mila, ce-o mai fi.

Dupa mintea mea , as face recarosare. Vezi ca este pe facebuci la grupu de bmw e30 o caroserie in 4 usi impecabila cu 0 rugina. Stalpul ala este mort. Vei baga in masina pe putin 2000....fa`ti un calcul... caroserie buna fara rugina e si cheala o poti vopsii calumea pui tot ce ai pe al tau pe aia faci omologarea ura si la gara...cum crezi de cuvinta.

"fara rugina" si E30 nu prea merge,mai toate au una doua pete de rugina mai mult sau mai putin ascunse.Altfel sfatul dat de tine e corect,ca sa faci o caroseria ca a lui intreaga trebuie minim 2000 eur sau poate 1500 presupunand ca nu va cumpara cum am cumparat eu piese originale(panoul spate si contraaripile au fost vreo 400 eur).So caroserii tipla?nu ,caroserie mai buna decat ce are el clar exista si la care sa nu aiba asa de mult de lucru . smile.gif
edit:si asta cu vopsitul e nimic sa vezi cum e cand arunci cateva milioane pe chedere sad.gif
Cu toate astea eu am mers pe varianta "grea" adica desfacut taiat si apoi vopsit,sa vedem ce iese,toata lumea a zis ca mai bine luam alta caroserie,si in cazul meu caroseria arata mai bine decat ce are el aici.

O sa am ceva de lucru la tabla, sunt constient... Pasajele rotilor si pragurile ma gandesc sa le cumpar, bineinteles ca aftermatket, dar acolo unde se poate am sa tai si pun petic de tabla sudat in mig, am un cilindru de argon care abia asteapta. Saptamana care s-a incheiat m-am chinuit la o girafa pt. motor, 99% e gata, trebuie sa-i mai fixez carligul si sa-i dau o vopsea. Apoi urmeaza si un suport pt. motor, vine montat tot pe acelasi cadru.
P.S: E mare lucru sudura! Vorbesc de cea clasica, MMA-electrod invelit. E ceva sa vezi ca poti imbina 2 metale, dar s-o faci cum trebuie, asta-i alta poveste, mai avem de lucru aici.

@alex230ro: imi pare rau pt. ce descrii tu acolo, nu-i normal sa-ti apara rugina dupa vopsire chiar daca o lasi in ploaie...., din pacate se face treaba de mantuiala, banul sa iasa. Din aceasta cauza, ceea ce se pot sa fac ok cu forte proprii, fac eu.
