de cateva zile,la rece,dupa 2500-3000rpm daca turez apare un zgomot,zici ca freaca lantul de capac la un motor m10 sa zicem,,,
insa nu e cazul,eu am m20,pe curea...am demontat in fata acolo la chiulasa capacu distribuitor,rotor,nimic suspect...
ieri,cand am probat un vasc mai rigid de m30 am constatat ca se aude chair si la 1500rpm zgomotul.azi am scos de tot paleta si nu se mai aude nimic nici la 5000rpm
deci,,,ce sa fie,pompa de apa bolnava?ca nu suporta sa traga de vasc?
mentionez ca:
pompa de apa are 2 luni,meyle
am apa,nu am apucat sa pun antigel,insa nu facea galagie cand aveam apa nici la pompa veche care avea multi ani...

sa bati in cheie incat sa strambi axul pompei e totusi cam greu. dar cum ai blocat axul sa nu se invarte, ca , de fapt, tu ai pus cheia pe piulita care e pe vasc. sincer, nu cred ca e ok sa mergi cu apa nici vara, antigelul ala mai trateaza cva apa.
mai tii, minte, rotorul e de tabla presata sau masiv ? ca de plastic sper sa nu....
decat sa ai surprize neplacute, mai bine dai pompa jos sa vezi cu ochii tai ce-i acolo....nu-i chiar asa d multa munca.

aveam si eu un huruit la relanti din fata, si am creut ca e pompa de apa, dar era intinzatorul de curea se dusese rulmentul dupa nici 7000km

hmmm...nush ce sa zic...faza e ca la mine face decat la rece,explicatia ar fi ca dupa 5-10min de mers de mai inmoaie vascul si nu mai trage pompa de apa de el ca atunci cand e rece.
plus ca,repet,cand am pus de proba un avsc de m30(mai mare paleta si mai dur el ca vasc) facea mai rau...
as merge totusi pe pompa de apa ca fiind de vina...

mihai, ce atatea discutii, desfaci vasc-ul, ca tot e "piece of cake" acum pt tine, slabesti alternatorul, si cu cureaua data jos de pe fulia pompei misti de ax, de unde se prinde vasc-ul. sigur ai sa simti ca freaca daca e bolnava, ai joc in randul de bile dinspre turbina pompei. asta e, shit happends...mai bine acum pe caldura decat la iarna p frig.

sa nu uiti ca intinzatorul curelei de distributie se ajuta cu corpul pompei de apa , nu este chiar asa de usor

importanta nu-i marca pompei, trb sa t uiti atent sa vezi ce scrie in capul axului ca sa intelegi ce rulment are, ce marca e .depinde si ce-ti poate oferta magazinul de unde cumperi tu.

Ar fii pompe Hepu si Behr, nu stiu Bosch daca fac, pe forumuri am vazut ca ziceau de hepu ca s-ar putea sa fie facaturi in cutie de hepu stantate cu sigla bmw cand ar trebui sa aibe stantate Hepu si ca facaturile au palete de metal dar interiorul de plastic

am invartit azi cu mana de pompa de apa..nimic suspect,merge ca unsa,,,faza e ca a si disparut zgomotul,rece fiind mi-am permis sa o turez la 3000-4000 si nu zicea nimic,insa pana azi daca turam rece peste 2500 facea urat....nush ce naiba...
app,si poma asta meyle are tot paletii metalici
sa se fi miscat intinzatorul ala ca un cui cu arc pe el?stiu cand am montat pompa abia l-am nimerit acolo,eu la 120kg cam greu sa stau aplecat cu capu acolo ca sa il pun comod,insa daca sarea de pe ghidajele alea facea ca trenu banuiesc,nu disparea zgomotul ca acum...

hmmm..joc in ax alternator nu am verificat,ca oricum la alternator huruie rulmentii zici ca e tren cand invarti cu mana,insa nu ma obosesc cu el ca in 2-3 sapt urmeaza sa il schimb cu unul de 115A,in stare super.asta de acu e de 80A.
insa chiar daca fluiera in mers face tot timpu alternatoru,si se diferentiaza,pe cand eu aveam o zornaiala in plus...azi chiar nu a mai facut,am fost sia cu pe noapte la o tura in oras si nimic...

ai radiator cu fascicule plate sau rotunde ? e posibil sa fi avut vreo bucata din platbandele din interiorul fascicolului rupta si ajunsa la turbina pompei. depinde si d marca radiator.

e cu fascicule rotunde radiatorul,mai subtiri un pic ca creionul...
app,ca sa nu mai deschid alt topic,am obs di intamplare,azi dupa vreo 2 ore de mers cand am cautat ceva la torpedo,ca ardea ECU...e normal sa se incinga asa?(eu am ecu sub bord,in spatele torpedoului)
