Termostat pentru 2.2

De verificat aprinderea, ca s-a aprins check engine si la 2.2 si la 2.5, dar inca nu trepideaza sesizabil, doar uneori, la pornire.

Dar mi-as pastra cei 500lei in buzunar, am alte probleme mai importante la esapament. Trebuie schimbat sau sudat in cateva locuri.

Am montat cele patru bucse saptamana trecuta, problema cu duduielile s-a rezolvat. Nu mai trepideaza rau la 110km/h pe drum lin, nu mai duduie cand iei o denivelare, etc. Am sudat putin si imbinarea tobei finale cu teava

Inca face cam urat din cauza bucselor mari de la bratele fata, pe care urmeaza sa le schimb. Toate cele patru brate fata sunt Lemforder fabricatie 2008, doar bucsele sunt rupte.

Cred ca o sa schimb si termostatul, desi suspect e si cablajul care alimenteaza resoul din termostat, dar nu stiu cum sa testez.
Poate intru si la bujii.

O mai scanezi dupa ce a mers si vezi ce aparut la loc.
La 2.5i am observat ca daca s-a aprins check engine din cauza misfire, nu se mai stinge nici dupa ce s-a remediat. Doar cu tester se stinge.

Aha. Adica dupa eroare de bobina?

Ca la Sublime isi revenea daca scanteia proasta era din cauza bujiei. Se aprindea Check engine o vreme, banuiesc ca din cauza ca ieseau noxele aiurea, apoi cand se corecta, disparea si check engine.


Daca ar fi sa tinem cont de cele de mai sus, inseamna ca probabil am cate o bobina slaba. La REN si la FUG.

Schimbat termostatul nou cu altul nou, de data asta Mahle/Behr.
Spalat radiatorul la exterior/faguri.
Acum temperatura sta la 96-97 grade, fata de 99 inainte si inca nu-s sigur daca schimbarea se datoreaza spalarii radiatorului sau schimbarii termostatului.

Schimbat si bucsele fata cu QWP ordinare, pe care le aveam intamplator. Am luat si o pereche de SKF pentru 2.5, poza comparativa.
A fost circ cu extragerea bucsei de pe dreapta. Am incercat sa initiez impingerea incorect, de la exterior spre interior, cand bratul are intrare conica doar dinspre interior. Cupa de 48 a presei a umflat camasa bucsei, asa ca a trebuit sa initiez impingerea in sens invers. Pus cupa de 50, sa acopere mai bine, a mers foarte foarte greu (presat la maxim, nu se intampla nimic, batut cu ciocanul si pac, scapa. Si tot asa). Tot a deformat putin buza bucsei si pe partea asta, asa ca a trebuit sa pun flexul sa tai la ras partea de bucsa iesita spre stanga, cum se vede in poza, apoi impins inapoi din acea parte laugh.gif Circ, dar pana la urma am reusit.
QWP-urile au intrat acceptabil.

Acum merge bine, dar tremura urat la 110-130km/h, banuiesc ca e din cauza rulmentilor, desi nu am observat joc sesizabil. Am dus geometria fata la 0 grade (asa, la ochi), parca trepideaza mai putin.
Si-i barcaaa, gumele astea Nankang sunt prea flexibile.

Merge rar, merge decent si de preferat sa nu trec de 100 la ora. Inca n-am investigat de unde vin trepidatiile, probabil rulmentul de cardan e de vina.
A fost duba intr-un we, am carat niste pal si o gramada de bagaje ca sa-l mut pe frate-miu. I-a placut si lui cum merge, dar tot Logan nou si-ar mai lua.

800km facuti in WE-ul cu 10 Septembrie
600km , doua saptamani mai tarziu.

Intre timp a expirat RCA-ul, il trag in curte pana s-o intampla una din doua: ori il vand ori il inmatriculez la mine.

Am niste fiare interesante la rand, motiv pentru care ar trebui sa mai vand din ce am adunat, ca nu mai e loc nici in curte nici la strada.
Sau mai bine mai cumpar o curte mica.
