am patit si eu in tinerete asa... am rezolvat-o cu.... biggrin.gif ciocanul laugh.gif laugh.gif apoi am schimbat si pompa de apa :unibrow:
incearca sa blochezi fulia de la PA cu ceva(o cheie/surubelnita intre suruburile care tin fulia pe pompa)

Aaaa, nu are suruburile pe partea motorului ci spre radiator. Si eu neavand n cilindri a fost loc berechet sa desfac cele 4 suroabe si sa scot elicea in mint condition. biggrin.gif

suruburile in mod normal sunt din spre motor in spre radiator dar 'se pot monta si invers'
la mine vascocuplajul a iesit usor ...am fixat cheia si am lovit cu ciocanul ...in urma socului s-a desfacut....

Am incercat si cu socuri insa se invarte cu tot cu curea, mai precis aluneca fulia pe curea.Filetul invers?Privind motorul din partea stanga a masinii in ce sens trebuie invart cheia?

Tragi cheia la tine.
Apasa cu mana dreapta pe cureaua alternatorului, ca sa o intinzi mai mult, in timp ce cu stanga tragi brusc de cheie.

Am priceput.Ma voi duce mai tarziu sa incerc,sper sa iasa.Ideea era urmatoarea: am pe masina un vascocuplaj de 524td cu elice mare , in plus de asta este f f vascos, mai ales acum pe vreme rece este extrem de tzeapan.M-am gandit ca-mi ia substantial din putere si vreau sa vad cum merge fara vasc, doar cu ventilatorul electric din fatza.Ce ziceti?Am temei sa cred ca-mi ia din putere vascul de diesel cu elice mare?Sau imi pierd vremea?

Iti ia din putere. Credeam ca vascul meu nu e ok, dar daca zici ca asa e la td, mai vascos pe liber ... smile.gif
Vnetilatorul electric ar trebui sa faca fata chiar si vara, fara sa mai pui vasc... ask Interceptor: masina stock avea elice pusa pe direct, el a scos-o si merge doar cu ventilator electric.

Pai o sa merg doar de proba cu ventilatorul de la aerul conditionat.IN locul vascului voi pune un electroventilator nou, sa vedem cu ce reusesc sa ma aleg.NU stiu ce este cu vascul meu, personal eram f incantat de el pentru ca racea f f puternic, iar vara, cu aerul conditionat pornit chiar aveam nevoie de asa ceva.Insa odata cu venirea iernii, s-a intzepenit rau de tot si banuiesc ca-mi tine in loc alte modificari operate care nu stiu din ce motive nu dau randament asa cum trebuie.Logica ar fi ca acel vasc sa fie problema, facand tensiune pe vibrochen imi strica orice incercare.SI faza proasta e ca masina a inceput sa traga mai slabutz acum, odata cu vremea f rece.Voi da jos elicea in cursul zilei de astazi sa vad cum se tureaza.Daca e ok ma bate gandul sa cumpar un electroventilator de Solenza diesel , am vazut ca sunt destul de mari, plus de asta sunt si noi si au si garantie:)Vreun sfat in legatura cu asta?

Ma nu stiu daca-l vand , cine stie cum pica electroventilatorul si va trebui sa pun asta la loc, in plus de asta eu il dau jos doar ca nu sunt multumit la liniutze, sunt diferente f mici intre mine si alti ursi cu pretentii si caut acea mica diferenta s-o recuperez din vascul asta.Poate la vara va fi nevoie de el din nou pentru racire, nu stiu ce sa zic.

ok, tine-l ca sa nu-ti para rau dupa el. Daca totusi gasesti vasc bun de benzina ia-l ca se comporta mult mai bine. Am avut pe 525 unul bunicel: pana ajungea temperatura putin peste jumatate se invartea f f usor nu lua deloc din putere dar nici nu prea facea vant. Cand se incingea se cupla si vajaia pana cand temperatura motorului ajungea la jumatate. Presupun ca daca era perfect cupla putin mai devreme, dar eram incantat de el, oricum.

Ventilatorul de aer conditionat face fata pe vremea asta,la vara nu stiu daca mai face fata biggrin.gif a si se simte eu am avut vasc pe direct si s-a simtit dupa ce am pus vasc nou.

Gata!L-am pus jos.Am tinut contra cu o cheie de 22 pe vibrochen si s-a desfacut relativ usor.N-am apucat sa ma dau tare in ea pentru ca trebuie sa verific legaturile la electroventilator, aparent nu porneste nici la cuplarea manuala.Diferenta care am sesizat-o imediat este ca motorul se tureaza mult mai repede in gol cand o accelerez pe loc, la prima pishcatura a acceleratiei urca la 2500 de ture.O fi de la volanta usurata.Ma duc sa fac legaturile de la electroventilator si dau o tura in forta sa vad diferentele la forja, va tin in continuare la curent:)

P.S. Am pus vascul cu elicea pe cantar , are 1.3 kg.
