N-am mai facut cine stie ce, am demontat traversele, rezervorul + traseul de conducte benzina/frane. Am gasit o multime de petice sudate in bataie de joc si total ruginite, dar acoperite de un strat gros de antifon! Dupa cum se poate vedea, arata naspa de tot, rugina grupa mare, am de reconstruit multe repere, nici nu stiu cu ce sa incep... Vorba ceea, o iau cu inceputul, cu ceva mai usor! Deci cam asta e baza de plecare...

Halo' > cu atat mai mare e provocarea, pana la urma asta implica o restaurare/reconstruire. Chestia e ca, daca cei care au mai intervenit ar fi facut-o ok, adica profesionist, nu ajungea in halul asta! Asta e, ne apucam de treaba! |

Ne pregatim de sudura la caroserie, tocmai mi-a sosit rola de antrenare pt. sarma de 0,6 mm, deci de sapt. viitoare intra mig-ul in functiune. Ma chinui cu indepartarea antifonului aruncat cu nemiluita direct pe tabla, am luat Decasol pana la urma, dai cu spaclu, peria de sarma pe polizor... Am identificat o multime de petice pe masina si toate ruginite, ceea ce e normal fiindca au fost acoperite doar de antifon. Grund, nici vorba! Operatiunea asta de curatare a tablei e adevarata munca de chinez...

Iti usurai munca daca duceai caroseria la sablat , si vedeai cam toate problemele 100% care le are caroseria asa posibil sa-ti scape 1 colt etc intelegi ideea |

@Halogen: ... ai dreptate cu sablarea, doar ca implica costuri cam mari. Cine stie, poate ma incumet la un compresor, e foarte util oricum!

Un compresor e extraordinar de util si la curatat calculatoare de praf, e incredibil cat praf scoate un compresor dintr-un calculator care nu pare prea murdar, si cum arata dupa curatare.

Zilele astea am mai facut cate ceva: un cadru fix pt. caroserie si un folder(vezi Tonybmw) - disp. pt. indoit tabla, asta imi va fi deosebit de necesar. La folder trb. sa-i mai dau cateva randuri de sudura. Cornierul de 50x50x5 mm l-am taiat la polizor unghiular(flex), un disc de 125 x 1,2 mm am consumat. Cu un disp. de debitat de banc era floare la ureche, dar uite asa am ajuns sa tai la 90 grd. cu flexul. |

cum mai merge treaba? Salut. N-am mai facut nimic deosebit, am fost prins cu serviciul si altele... Am desfacut pragul drept sa vad care-i situatia..., mi-am facut niste "clamps" = pt. fixat doua table la nivel atunci cand sudezi. Si de vreo 2 sapt. lucrez, atunci cand am timp, la o soba racheta. |
