Salutare si bine v-am gasit, ma numesc Radu si o sa va prezint si eu un "atelaj" vechi pe la care am mai modificat cate ceva atat cat mi-a permis timpul si mai ales bugetul
Povestea incepe in urma cu 6 ani cand se nascuse baiatul meu si aveam nevoie urgent de o masina "break" pt a cara mai usor carucioare,premergaroare,jucarioare fara sa stau 1 ora sa fac un puzzle sa incapa toate in portbagaj... si uite asa apare la orizont un E34 care fusese inscris cu aprox 1 an inainte sa-l cumpar, care la exterior nu arata splendid in sensul ca avea vopsea exfoliata pe alocuri, dar care mergea surprinzator de bine si nici probleme mari cu rugina nu avea.
L-am folosit zi de zi din 2011 pana in 2013 cand l-am abandonat, folosind alta masina pana la inceputul lui 2015 cand intr-o seara am dat de un filmulet pe youtube cu un touring frumos si m-am ambitionat sa-l reanimez. Zis si facut, initial am zis doar sa retusez(revopsesc) capota, plafonul si pragurile, dar am constatat ca trebuiau schimbate si aripile si deja era prea mult....am hotarat ca trebuie revopsita toata. Si uite asa am intrat in "hora" :
-revopsit
-schimbat tot interiorulcu unul de 540V8 (cu exceptia scaunelor fata care sunt de E39)
-Schimbat plansa de bord
-retapisat plafon si stalpi cu un fel de alcantara
-schimbat aripi
-capota,nari si praguri de facelift
-Jante 17'' Azev A (astea sunt provizorii pana voi lua AcSchintzer Type 2 pe 18'')
-Montat 4 geamuri electrice fiindca era manuala toata
-Modul de inchidere cu comanda pe cheie
-ceva modificari pe la sistemul audio
Nu-mi vin in cap acum toate , au fost foarte multe si marunte...cert e ca "lucrarile" s-au intins pe durata a 5-6 luni.
Postez aici si neste poze before&after, iar ca planuri de viitor ar fi in primavara:
- Schimbat motorul cu un 2.5 (in functie de buget as dorii si un turbo micut care sa nu necesite schimbarea internelor)
- Bara fata de V8
- Scaune de E34 modelul ala sport(nush cum se numesc smile.gif )
- Jantele AcSchitzer
- Alte praguri cu prinderile originale, astea de pe ea stau putin ondulate in 2 locuri si nu-mi place cum arata

Wow frumoasa masina! Si surprinzator proiect, multi nu se inhama la "renovari" cu E34, nefiind atat de veche. Congrats, bro!

PS: Ce s-a ales de v8-ul de pe 540?

merci....inafara de ce a fost pe aripi pe care le-am schimbat si putin de suprafata la praguri in spate si foarte putin tot de suprafata sub bandourile alea inferioare de la usi.... in rest absolut nimic.
Maina asta n-a mers mult,in 2002 i-a muti proprietarul din Germania, pana in 2008 a stat nemiscata, a adus-o asta in tara in 2008 si omul avand vw diesel cred ca a fost speriat de consum si a facut din 2008 pana in 2010 in 2 ani 2300km apoi am luat-o eu si la mine in 5 ani a facut adunat 22.000km, deci masina in ultimii 15 ani are pana-n 25.000 km parcursi. Apare pe carte service schimbate ceasurile la 108.000 si acum are 101.000...deci cam 200.000 reali are, cand i-am schimbat amortizoarele le-am gasit pe ea pe cele originale smile.gif
Uite si cateva poze cum arata sub aripi cand le-am dat jos.

trebuie sa le adaptezi in partea din fata a sinelor niste prindeti de genl celor originale tip "C" care sa intre-n "gaicile" alea de ies din podea.

Felicitari pentru curajul de a ingriji un E34, cum mai spunea cineva, nu-s multi cei care se ocupa de asa ceva! Nu-i suficient de veche!

stiu de treaba cu gaicile. am pus scaune de e34 pe e28. masurasem la e39 si era mai mare distanta intre sine ca la e34.

am pus mai sus 3 poze, se vede exact cum le-am pus, insa o sa imi caut in primavara scaune de e34 recaro originale si le pun pe prinderile care trebuie fara improvizatii.

Daca tot a fost cald si s-a mai putut lucra afara la masina, am luat scaune recaro de E34, le-am "reconditiont" in sensul ca le-am vopsit si sus cu ele pe masina. Diferenta e uriasa, se sta mult mai bine in ele si nu mai scartzaie amsolut nimic prin interior...ramane si mult loc la picioare pt pasagerii din spate comparativ cu cele de e39, am mai reusit intr-un final sa pun si clemele alea in care se agata perdelutele din usile spate.

Ti-am raspuns pe privat David.
Cat despre recondionrea scaunelor,exista vopsea speciala pt piele, sunt cativa pasi de urmat: unde e pielea crapata sau imbatranita pe cutele alea se smilgheruieste pielea cu cel fin smilgher posibil ca sa-i estompezi efectul de crapatura, apoi se aplica vopseaua in strat mai gros, o lasi vreo jumatate de ora sa se traga in piele, apoi prin tamponare se vine cu a 2-a substanta care e fixativul vopselii, cel care o face sa nu se ia si ii da si luciu. Cam intr-o ora de la vopsire poti sa te freci de ele cat vrei ca nu se mai ia vopseaua.
