Am mers ieri la masina, cu un aspirator improvizat. A iesit destul de multa mizerie, motorul invarta bine la mana. Sper ca am scapat de problema asta.

Masina merge din nou, merge fain. Daca nu avea un zgomot tic tic tic nou as fi stat linistit.

Intre timp am schimbat termostatul, picura la garnitura. Tinea si cam sus temperatura. Behr era, avea cam 2 ani. Cred ca e o loterie cu piese noi in ziua de azi.
Am cumparat si un capac de oglinda, cea de pe masina a fost calcat de sotia cu masina ei.
Si vad ca a inceput sa scoate fum de ulei, statea la ralantiu pentru aerisire cand deodata s-a facut un norisor in spate. Apoi s-a impezit, mai tarziu iar norisor. Cred ca picura ulei undeva in evacuare (turbina).

Super, săptămâna trecută am făcut până și e bun de aruncat cauciucul care era nou de vara asta iar acum s-a crăpat parbrizul după o lovitură de piatră pe parbriz pe bucățică între ștergător și capota. Cam mult ghinion în ultima vreme.

In ce ai facut asa pana zdravana?
Vinerea trecuta eram si eu cam furios dupa o saptamana de kkt la serviciu, am scapat doar cu un crater luat la 100km/h. Nu tremura prea tare.

La pietre in parbriz sa te tot astepti. Nu stiu cum de n-am luat nici una pana acum cu E39, in 40000km. Cu E46 am luat vreo 3 in juma de an. Cu tico am luat un pietroi aruncat de un tir de pe contrasens, peste despartitoarele de sens de pe centura. Tot de la tiruri am avut pietre care mi-au spart farurile la E28, pe A1, la Pitesti.

La drumurile pe care le fac eu, parca nici nu merita sa am masina scumpa, ca-i pacat de ea. Bine, mai nou am inceput sa evit centura si ma intersectez cu tiruri doar pe A3, 10+10km pe zi.

Pana nu e zdravana dar fix pe umarul cauciucului.
De la TIR am luat piatra aceea, merg aproape zilnic pe centura. Alternativ e orasul sufocat sau o ocolire mai lunga prin sate. Nu am vazut unde a lovit, nu am vazut urme, nu m-am gandit sa fie fix pe bucatica foarte ingusta intre stergator si capota. Altfel mergea salvat parbrizul. Acum a pornit crapatura de la diferenta de temperatura in cursul zilei, soare, caldura din aeroterma, ceva. Inca se mareste, daca o ia spre sus e nasol smile.gif

Si asta e si motivul meu sa merg cu vechituri - degradarea iminenta.
Doar ca speram sa ramana intreg macar mechanic, unde am avut destule de remediat anul asta.

Am facut a 3-a incercare sa repar oglinda rabalabil electric, din fabrica are un sistem cu o rotita dintata din plastic si un motoras cu ceva de nu stiu numele in Romana facut din bronz, alama



Si am inlocuit doar rotita uzat vizibil din plastic desi kitul de reparatie vine cu ambele piese. A functionat fix 3x. Acum am vazut ca si partea metalica avea uzura, am inlocuit-o si miomentatn merge.
Apoi am montat si un capacul nou de oglinda.

Deci nu era turbina. Posibil sa fie fost webasto, care nici nu mai este de gasit cu diagnoza.

M-ai cam infectat. Nu am fost fan diesel niciodata, dar ziceam sa merg 5 - 6 ani cu 2.0d asta, de inertia. Dar vad ca mai nou ma gandesc ca poate as fi mai impacat cu un 2.2 sau 2.5 euro4, nu m-as supara sa fie automata.

Am folosit tractorasul mai putin ultima vreme si bineinteles s-a stricat ceva, nu mai accelereaza la fel la turatii pana in 2500 - 3000rpm. Cumva nu mai face cursa completa actuatorul de turbo cred.
Adica cu vacuum de plamani o misc mai mult decat cu vacuum de la masina.
Saptamana viitoare se va schimba parbriz, e crapat pe toate baza.

Schimbat parbriz, remediat problema vacuum la turbo, schimbat ulei plus filtru, itp proaspat cu test noxe ok (!) si mentiune verbala sa am grija cu discuriile de frana pe fata.

Am schimbat tampoanele de la motor cu unele noi febi-bilstein.

Nu mi-a placut niciodata cat vibreaza masina la ralantiu. Doar ca acum cu tampoanele noi vibreaza si mai mult sad.gif
Cele vechi aveau vacuum spart, si unul era destul de degradat, macar am scapat de grija asta.

Am inlocuit si franele pe fata, avea discuri foarte uzate, am pus altele mai bune. Urmeaza si spate cand o sa am timp.

Inceput si cu frana spate, cam dezastru ce era acolo. Stanga lipsa de ferodo pe un sabot (simteam de ceva saptamani ca nu mai e ok frana de mana), pe dreapta m-am cam chinuit sa dau jos discul, erau saboti de frana de mana prinse in rugina. Pana la urma a cedat o prindere de la frana de mana si am tras disc cu totul pe acolo.
Discuri vechi - dezastru.

Am cumparat bratele spate, TRW. Lemforder cere 504RON per brat, model dupa 12/2001. Diferenta de pret cu model pana in 12/2001 este cam 130RON. Diferenta fizica este suprafata de contact la pivot cu fuzeta care este conica la variante noi ci plat la cele vechi.
Am aruncat si niste bielete antiruliu in comanda, sigur am ce face cu ele.
Si de ma plimbam cu piesele noi in portbagaj, suporti motor noi insuportabili si frane bune, a dat un puf de fum se sub capota - iar s-a ars alternatorul.

Ma gandesc sa cumar unul nou, cu cel vechi la schimb.

Gast alternator reconditionat in Germania, 300 ron transport inclus.
Marca celebra Rotovis, dar de fapt e un Valeo. Vopsit gri, prin capace se vad lipituri noi la punte de diode, insosit cu o foaie de test.
