Pai asta zic si eu, normal ai nevoie de tensiune intre oale, dar trebuie sa le lasi in plan vertical ceva miscare. Practic in plan orizontal n-ai nevoie de miscare, pentru ca schimbi unghiul de cadere pe ambele roti.

Daca ma insel, sa ma corecteze cineva.

un "strut bar" pt e34 nu ajuta la fel de mult cum ajuta la un e30. suportul de amortizor (de pe caroserie) de la e34 nu are acealsi unghi inclinat spre interior (motor) cum il are caroseria de e30, deci un "strut bar" pt e34 nu trebuie sa tina nimic in loc sau sa readuca la dimensiune originale. de aceea la e30 orice model de "strut bar" ajuta, pe cand la un e34 numai cateva modele de strut bar (cat mai rigide, fara vreo posibilitate de miscare pe axa "x") sunt folositoare.

un "strut bar" nu are cum sa impiedice o miscare verticala sau fata-spate a suportului de amortizor, ci doar una orizontala.

majoritatea "strut bar" montate de producatori pe masini sunt rigide si fara posibilitatea de a avea vreo miscare pe orice axa "x".

pt ce caut eu (o tendinta mai usoara de oversteer) m-ar ajuta mai mult o bara stabilizatoare/torsiune/antiruliu mai groasa pe spate. acum o am pe cea de M5 (18mm) urmatoarea dimensiune ar fi de 20mm de M5 nurburgring edition dar nu e asa de usor de gasit sh sau noua...

Update time.

Am inlocuit drop-hat de e90 cu cele de e34 si am instalat camber plates. Acum amortizoare nu mai ajung sa se comprime de tot.

Am taiat o spira din arcuri + instalat un strut bar intre amortizoarele din spate.

A incercat cineva sa instaleze o bara stabilizatoare de pe un e32 pe un e34 ? Cica aceasta bara de pe un e32 735i ( 31352226376) face parte din pachetul Mtech si are 26 mm.

Bara de torsiune de pe e32 750 este diferita (ca forma) fata de bara de torsiune de pe e32 735. Am fost de la un parc de dezmembrari si am verificat. Dar bara de torsiune de un e32 735 pare similara cu cea de pe un e34.

Postul #9 de pe link-ul pe care mi l-ai dat spune ca 31352226376 (e32 735 mtech sway bar) se potriveste pe e34, ceea ce stiu. Caut doar pareri pro/contra smile.gif .

Arcuri taiate (aftermarket/sport) am avut pe toate masinile (care forma arcului permite spire taiate). Singurul dezavantaj e daca tai prea mult iti trebuie alte arcuri biggrin.gif . In cazul de fata amortizoarele B8 nu ajung sa loveasca de partea de jos a amortizorului. Cred ca daca as fi taiat 1 1/2 sau 2 spire cred ca amortizoarele ar fi lovit iar fata ar fi fost prea joasa pt drumurile din sd. Oricum, am facut directia si nu exista probleme smile.gif .

Amortizoare B8 + arcuri Vogtland + bucse Powerflex (all around) + front lower strut-bar + M5 sway bars = caruta (asta fara sa tai din arcuri). Am mai castigat ceva confort din faptul ca am schimbat dimensiunea la cauciucuri din 205/55/16 in 225/50/16 (mai late).

Daca se potriveste si-i mai groasa, go for it. Sa iei si bucsile potrivite ei.
Si eu la E28 am pastrat pe fata bara stabilizatoare de TD, mi s-a parut ca-i mai groasa decat cele de benzinare.

Am montat "noile" sway bars pe masina fara nici o problema.

Exista o diferenta considerabila intre cele 2 "perechi" de sway bars. Masina nu se mai inclina mai deloc in viraje iar fata are aderenta mult mai buna + spatele are o tendinta usoare de oversteer smile.gif .

Un lucru pe care l-am observat la instalarea barei de e32 pe fata este ca daca nu as fi avut distantiere de 10 mm pe fata, jantele de e38 16" ar fi atins bara in viraj maxim. Posibil sa fie numai din cauza offset-ului de 23 pe care il au aceste jante.

Mie cu jantele de E38 16" pe care le am cu anvelopele de vara, fara distantierele de 1 cm imi atinge anvelopa de amortizor pe fata, probabil din cauza ET-ului de 23 in loc de 20. Probabil ar fi fost suficiente distantiere de 5mm, dar am vrut sa fiu sigur ca nu mai ating cand le-am cumparat si de aceea am cumparat direct de 1cm.

Majoritatea distantierelor sub 10 mm nu sunt hucentric-e. Roata la BMW nu se "sprijina" in prezone, ci pe butuc. Daca vrei sa folosesti distantiere de 3 mm sau 5 mm iti trebuie hub extenders + prezoane mai lungi ...

PS distantierele "no-name" de pe ebay sunt junk.

Cand am montat prima oara jantele de e38 (205/55/16) pe masina am obs ca rotile stergeau un pic amortizoarele pe fata si a trebuit sa cumpar niste distantiere. Acum am montat 225/50/16 si a trebuit pe spate sa trag un pic buza la aripi ca sa nu atinga cauciucul pe interiorul aripii...
