In IT se mai vorbeste de feature creep.
Azi am prins toate la loc la motor si am schimbat excentrice de la tacheti. Pentru cei cu M30 sau alte motoare fara tacheti hidraulici (M10, M20), priviti ce se intample daca se merge mult cu un motor fara sa fie efectuat reglaj: Se vede la unele urma de la coada de supapa care a batut in acelasi loc cine stie cati ani. Altele sunt aplatizate. Asa ceva, pe langa zgomot de tacheti, face si imposibil sa mai fie reglat la spec jocul. Chiulasa provine de pe un E32 si a fost refacut acum ceva mii de km, dar se pare ca nu au acordat atentia la 'detalii' de genul. Maine poate apuc sa le reglez, si poate poate o sa suna mai bine motorul. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Reglat tacheti, suna mult mai ok dar o sa ramana un motor mai galagios mi-e teama. Ceva au neglijat cand au refacut chiulasa, la rece e oarecum ok, dar odata ce incalzeste uleiul incepe concertul. O sa mai fac o verificare de joc la tacheti dar nu cred ca mai e mult de castigat. Ventilator a cuplat, nu loveste radiator, dar a cuplat cam tarziu, probabil cu masina in mers cupleaza mai repede, dat fiind ca actioneaza in functie de tempetarura la fulie, si stand pe loc cu capota deschisa acolo incalzeste mai greu (verificat cu temometru). Odata cuplat a ramas asa cat timp a fost nevoie de racire. Nu prea sunt in zona de confort insa si Tare imi e ca tot la conversie ventilator electric ajungi ma apuc de adaugarea unui ventilator electric in stil propriu, cu sensor temperatura digital pe care o sa introduc undeva intre faguri la radiator, ca sa nu mai gauresc / tai radiator sau furtun. Senzor o sa furnizeaza temperatura catre un modul nodemcu, care prin PWM o sa controleaza un ventilator variabil (stepless, nu on/off) in functie de temperatura. Nodemcu o sa rezolva si amorsarea carburatoarelor dupa un timp lung de stationare, eu nu vreau sa merge pompa cat timp e contactul pus (solutia alesa de multi), momentan merge pompa cat timp motorul are presiune de ulei, dar evident dupa ce a stat masina mult timp apara o problema de tip oua - gaina, pentru presiune de ulei am nevoie de benzina, pentru benzina am nevoie de presiune de ulei. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Montat ventilator. Cam mic, nu am mai avut chef sa demontez radiator (golire de sistemul de racire etc) si am cumparat ceva sa intre prin fata la grila. Daca nu ajunge, mai pun unul, loc este.
Masina are acum un pagina de web si este integrata in aplicatia de smart home. Nu pentru ca mi-am dorit neaparat, dar pentru ca a fost usor sa folosesc electronica destinata pentru IOT. Pe langa ventilator am adaugat si o functie pentru amorsare cu benzina, pompa electrica merge 30 secunde dupa ce pun contact, si apoi doar cand merge motorul (=presiune de ulei). Si o pot porni si din interfata IOT daca vreau. Parametri de ventilator le pot configura programatic (nu prin IOT, nu vad rostul) - temperatura de pornire la viteza minima, viteza minima, si temperatura la care trebuie sa merge la viteza maxima. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Da, diamond cut. Problema este ca la procedura standard se va lua un pic cu strung din supratata pentru ca este destul de corodata, si este posibl sa nu coopereaza inelul negru subtire intre partea cu gauri si buza, care iese in relief. Daca nu e perfect rotund o sa fie faultat de strung. Propunere initiala a fost sa-o rade cu tot, ce evident e mutilare -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Pornit motor, reglat amestec cu ajutorul colortune, e cam mic debitul ventilatorului, trebuie upgrade candva. Controlul electronic functioneaza bine in schimb.

Si much against everyone's advice am decis sa incerc sa reconditionez jantele ATS care sunt o capodopera inca neintelesa din aniilor 80. Rezultatul: Nu au mai dat cu negru pe centru si margina, din pacate, si au mai ramas mici gaurele, erau foarte corodate, mi se pare ok sa se vede un pic de patina. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still
