Salut,

Am gasit si eu un E12 520 de vanzare, dar are bloc motor schimbat, si nu este trecuta in acte. Proprietar are o factura de unde a achizitionat motor, dar am auzit ca de fapt este necesar o factura de la un service autorizat unde este montat motorul respectiv ca se fie trecut motor in acte la RAR. El nu are asa ceva.

Are cineva mai multe informatie? Maine o sa sun la RAR dar totusi as vrea sa stiu si de voi ce experiente aveti.

la cj se rezolva cu o factura pe motor emisa de ceva firma gen firma piese sau dezmembrari, se merge la RAR cu factura si salut, presupun ca e valabil peste tot...

Mersi, am gasit si raspuns oficial:

e. Autovehicul īnmatriculat īn Romānia la care s-au schimbat: caroseria; motorul cu unul cu cod diferit; suprastructura

- Fara programare (omologare artizanala)

Acte necesare:
1. Carte de identitate
2. Act identitate prezentator
3. Accept schimb caroserie
4. Deviz atelier autorizat

Cu cod banuiesc ca se refere la seria, nu? Motorul nu este cel original, deci seria e diferit.

Nu la serie se refera, ci la codul motorului. De exemplu la mine codul motorului e "25 6S2", motorul fiind de 2.5 litri 24 valve cu vanos. Cel fara vanos are codul "25 6S1".
E trecut in talon la rubrica 17, "tipul" motorului.

Atunci poate cod nu e schimbat. Bloc a fost schimbat (tot M20), chiulasa cu carburator a ramas la fel si capacitate cilindrica. Singura lucru diferit e ca blocul 'noua' a fost pentru injectie. In caz asta ajunge factura de cumparare motorului?

Din cat am inteles exista o factura de la o dezmembrare, si o dovada de la politia ca nu e furat. Atat. Ambele acte au 6 ani.

pai daca ai factura de la dezmembrari... actul de la politie e cam inutil...
esti sigur ca aia vor ei prin deviz atelier autorizat?
la cj ti-am spus cu factura pe motor se face da nu stiu daca e valabil epste tot

Am vb si eu cu RAR, daca cod motor nu este diferit, nu trebuie alte acte nici deviz de la altelier autorizat pt montat.
La vanzare masina se face la autentificare, din cat am inteles.

Am si eu o intrebare, in certificat la rubrica 17 tipul motorului nu e trecut, decat cilindree putere si tipul carburantului. E normal? Ma gandesc pentru ca in cazul asta n-ar mai conta daca eu am M10B18 sau M40B18, singura diferenta ar fi in cazul doi la tipul masinii ar trebui sa scrie 318i. Si nu cred ca-s atat de agili baietii de la RAR sa-si dea seama. (Evident n-ar fi aceeasi serie la motor, dar nu cred ca ar fi probleme la omologare avand in vedere ca-i tot 1.8)

Vezi in carte ce scrie la codul motorului sau ceva de genul asta. Codul asta din cate stiu nu tine de M10/M20/M30 etc, se codifica altfel.

in certificat, la rubrica 17,tipul motorului, nu scrie nimic nici la mine...
in schimb la observatii(rubrica 21) scrie mare : TIP MOTOR 184EA nici un M10...nimic ..asta inseamna ca eu pot pune un 6cyl 2,0 oricand ?bine ar fi...

The engine room first five digits indicate its type to read as follows :
the first two digits indicate engine size, the next one or two cylinders. The next one or two digits / letters, I do not know. It may suggest modifications to the engine or something else (repairs, etc.).

For example, BMW 540i, the engine room (first five digits) - 408S1 : Volume 4.0. 8 cylinders;
BMW 750i/850i-engine-room 5012A : Volume 5.0. 12 cylinders.

ce se intampla cand codul motor este diferit dar motorul a mai fost pus pe seria respectiva?
intreb daca stie cineva din experinta ca la RAR mi-au spus ca se poate omologa dar la fata locului se trezeste vreunul ca citeste legea altfel.
concret vreau sa schimb 206ED cu 246TB.
