o intrebare
cind am schimbat cureaua distributie si rola intinzatoare am observat ca nu am nik care sa tensioneze rola pe curea , doar un surub de stringere; totusi acolo exista un stift ca si cum ar fi fost un arc pe el care sa impinga rola pe curea- eu cre ca cureaua tre tensionata diferit in functie de turatie...nu?
voi ce stiti?

Tocmai ziceam eu cand mi-am spalat radiatorul m-am jucat la un arc pe acolo care intinde lantul de distributie. Lucian chiar zicea sa scot capacul de la distributie sa vad acum daca mai e intins bine, ca am un zgomot cam ciudat ca si cum ar fi lantul ala slab si loveste undeva. Stiu sigur ca la un moment dat cand am turat-o brusc am auzit un zgomot ca si cum ar fi lovit zalele de ceva.
Bon, concluzia e ca la mine pe blocul motor este un varf de teava iesit in afara cu un surub in capat, daca mai tii tu minte am un furtun mare care trage aer cald in carburator, ei surubul asta e chiar in dreapta si mai jos. Poate-l ai si tu pe acolo, vezi ca daca-l scoti trebuie sa curga putin ulei si sa iasa un arc mare. (Mi-e ciuda ca nu pot scoate pozele de pe camera ca explicam mai usor.)

La Iulian e cu totul alta poveste. Are distributie pe curea, intinderea curelei se face altfel...

acel surub se slabeste se invarte motorul la mana si se strange la loc
este pentru tensionarea patinei de la lant
ulei curge pentru ca in acea carcasa se mai vantura si un pic de ulei ca sa unga lantul

Ok am identificat mecanismul. Acum doar o intrebare, cum invart motorul la mana? La dacie era mai simplu ca invarteam de elice dar aici?

daca pui pe vasc ai mari sanse sa strici fileteul de pe vasc si sa nu mai poti sa -l desfaci sau mai rau sa se desprinda si sa ajunga prin radiator

Cred ca poti sa-l invarti daca tragi de fulia pompei de apa/cureaua dintre fulie si alternator.
L-am invartit si eu la mana pe 1.8 cand m-am jucat cu bataia tachetilor, dar nu mai stiu daca am facut-o tragand de fulii/curea sau cu metoda lui Iulian.
Invarte-l in sensul acelor de ceasornic, cum te uiti la motor dinspre botul masinii. Aaa... nu stiu daca merge metoda lui Iulian, pentru ca in felul asta desfiletezi vascul (are filet invers).

Edit: Iulian, nu cumva vroiai sa zici "cu cheia de xx pe piulita de la vibrochen, care tine fulia mare de jos?" Cred ca acolo intra un 32 or smth. La M30 parca era de 36 biggrin.gif
