Depinde. Daca vrei sa folosesti un ECU Motronic original, atunci, intr-adevar, trebuie sa nimeresti destul de precis pozitionarea senzorilor.
Daca folosesti un chip scris de la zero (mai exact, construit plecand de la maparile originale, dar adaptate conform situatiei tale), practic nu conteaza cum pui senzorii, atat timp cat ei citesc corect dinti coroanei, respectiv pinul de referinta. Apoi, determini cate grade ai abatere fata de setarea standard si aplici diferenta la toate valorile din maparea de aprindere (plus ceva optimizare, daca e cazul).

Vorbeste cu cineva care se pricepe la ECU-uri.

gabi, eu cred ca stiu exact ce vrei tu sa faci
cutia ta are pe carcasa ambreiajului locul unde ar trebui sa vina senzorii? daca nu , ma tem ca nu prea ai cum sa-i pui
si iti trebuie volanta pt tipul de motor, dar pt cutie manuala, care are acel pin ca sa aibe ce citi senzorii. senzorii citesc pinul ala nu dintii volantei

ce chestii complicate cand poti taia cutia si gata............
e super simplu
am facut chestia asta in jumatate de ora si nu am avut nici o problema cu senzorii de cand i-am montat
????!!!????
intradevar este o improvizatie dar ..da rezultate f. bune

schimbi mufele, daca nu sunt puse bine nu porneste

Robert, mai ai ceva documentatie cu privire la senzori?
Teoretic nu ar trebui sa conteze unde montez senzorul de turatia, nu? iar pe cel de referinta daca ii schimb si pozitia pinului care este in plus pot sa-l pun si pe el oriunde, nu? nu-mi dau seama care e treaba cu cel de referinta, cand este motorul la semn trebuie sa fie in dreptul senzorului?

Sa revenim la ale noastre

Am mai aflat cate ceva :
Senzorul de referinta citeste intreadevar PMS cum ziceam mai sus, o sa montez senzorii pe cutie si dupa aia cu motorul la PMS atasez un dinte de otel volantei in dreptul senzorului de referinta.
Senzorul de turatie citeste de pe coroana care are din 10 in 10 dinti unul de otel :retard: asta mi se pare aberatie :paranoid:

"Speed and position sensors
Check
1 Locate the two electrical connectors for the sensors (see illustrations). The grey connector is for the position sensor, and the white connector is for the speed sensor.
2 Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance between terminal 1 (yellow wire) and terminal 2 (black wire) on the sensor side of each connector. The resistance should be 860 to 1,060 ohms.
3 Also check the resistance between terminal 3 and either terminal 1 or terminal 2. The resistance should be approximately 100 000 ohms.
4 If the reading(s) are incorrect, renew the sensor(s)."

Astra scrie in manualul de reparatie "BMW 3- & 5-Series
Service and Repair Manual" de la Haynes.

Un senzor are 1024 ohmi intre terminalul 1 si 2 si intre 2 si 3 sau 1 si 3 nimic iar celalalt nu are nici o rezistenta

am masurat senzorii de la un 3.5 care porneste si ambii senzori imi dau valoarea intre terminalul 1 si terminal 2 intre 860 si 1,060 ohmi iar intre 1 si 3 sau 2 si 3 nimic. Asta inseamna ca doar un senzor e stricat, am gasit si volanta pt ea, care are pinul in plus pt senzorul de pozitie/referinta la 1 milion dar cum trebuie sa dau cutia jos, sa mai mesteresc la bucata aia pe care am pus eu senzorii pentru ca unghiul nu este perfect ....... imi pun motronic 1.3 :unibrow:

am luat instalatia completa acum mai am nevoie de suportul pe care se monteaza senzorul in fata la fulie, fulia si un ecu
