printre maruntisuri am reusit in sfarsit sa iau 2 semnale laterale gri; le avea galbene date cu spray negru ill (9).gif
alt proiect include 4 lupe pt. toate "fazele" (lunga, scurta), un tub de mastic bison rezistent la temp, smirghel, spray negru rez. la temp. & altele

citesc io, dar nu stiu unde sa te indrum. ce'ai cu intercularu? nu zic ca nu e bun unu mai mare, parca Interceptor avea un prieten care repara radiatoare, poate se pricepe omul sa faca si intercoolere. si eu vroiam sa pun pe 324TeDeu intercooler, dar nu am mai ajuns...

am nevoie de intercooler ca de aer happy (24).gif

vreau practic sa-l "lungesc" pe al meu; vreau sa pastrez toate dimensiunile mai putin lungimea; am nevoie de unul mai lung.
Eventual sa iau altul si fac unu singur din 2?

Mai urmeaza intrebarea: unde-l pozitionez. Actualmente e pus intre lonjeroane; acolo nu va mai avea loc deoarece incape la marele fix iar in partea de sus e la "linie" cu radiatorul. Cineva (Ilie) zicea de o varianta similara cu solutia adoptata de Subaru&co (peste motor) dar deja schimb cote/dimensiuni si ma intereseaza sa ies pe plus, nu pe minus smile.gif

Sau mai este varianta a 2 intercoolere dar e mare bataie de cap sa aibe sens cuplarea lor (adica sa lucreze bine). E38 tds are altfel pizitional intercoolerul si l-as putea folosi si pe acela.

4 aripi + 4 usi +2 praguri e cam mult.
ce ai patit la masina ????
daca are cva rugina mai simplu recarosare, serios iti zic.
cu intercoolerul...nenea ala, ilie, sa- si aduca aminte ca subaru e boxer si d'asta e atata loc .....
al tau ce are defect?
in functie de echiparea masinii tale poti sa faci unul mai mare in fata radiatorului, dar , sincer , nu vad sensul daca totul e in parametrii originali ai masinii. nu cred ca vrei sa alergi cu asa masina, asta e cruiser nu racer....

intercoolerul lui CRM nu e defect, sau nu intercoolerul e defect in peisaj. lasa ca il iau eu la o gura de aer si lamurim ce si cum vrea sa faca tongue.gif sa vedem la sfarsit cu ce ramane de facut smile.gif
@Bogdan - anytime, anyplace tongue.gif si azi dupa 7 seara daca esti in tara smile.gif

masina e in echipa buna cand e vorba de cheltuieli dar e prea "moale"; nu am putere suficienta la nevoie (pe sosea).

in momentul de fata am 2 variante: 2.5 i 'ul de la Mouse sau sa "ma joc" un pic la motorul acesta. Daca dupa curatarea injectoarelor si o verificare a pompei de injectie nu se mai amelioreaza inseamna ca trebuie sa umblu da i/c + turbo + soft iar aici nu am deocamdata o solutie "ready to run".

I-as pune o turbina de DAF + sistem de ungere separat smile.gif si i/c in portbagaj lgh (24).gif

Solutia "realizabila" e un i/c mai mare deocamdata.

Chiar azi citeam pe u forum din UK unde scrie unu cum a ajuns la 180CP la TDS-ul lui doar cu u chip 'de pe ebay'. Bine, acolo e mai frig, deci poate nu au nevoie de intercoolere mari. Mai scria ca un e34 525i avea mari probleme sa tine pas cu el. Te ai documentat ce face doar cu alt soft? E relativ usor ca upgrade si nu prea scump. Daca zice *poc* poti sa pui benzinar anyway.

Daca ai urmarit topic tongue.gif o sa vezi ca CRM e nemultumit de performantele dinamice inca de la inceput. Banuiesc ca masina lui este 'in mintile lui', pentru ca nu are rost sa viseaza de intercoolere etc daca motor are alte defecte care trebuie remediata.
Eu in locul lui as fi pus un soft mai altfel demult. Doar ca sa vad ce sa intample. Macar ajungi la o concluzie.

nu reusesc sa inteleg mare lucru dar, in cuvinte putine, am ales sa NU fac resoftare pana nu fac o revizie completa a motorului din care mai lipseste curatarea injectoarelor.

Cum puteam eu sa modific parametrii cand mie nu imi intra toata motorina/imi iesea ulei pe la un injector sau mergeam cu fumalau dupa mine ? STIU ca suna bizar dar aveam niste acumulari de ceva zeama in jurul unui injector si nu era carburant; intre timp asta s-a rezolvat. smile.gif
Resoftarea era o cheltuiala inutila care accentua degradarea unor componente - asa am gandit atunci.

Viteza maxima cu care am mers a fost de 200km/h - 3 pers. in masina plus "bagaje" de plaja

e34 2.5i din UK care nu a reusit sa se tina dupa un tds mai mult ca sigur era stricat; avea distributia sarita de la punct si probleme la vanos precum si tobele infundate iar relantiul era cazut in baie =))

200 e destul pt masina ta si MUUULT PREA DESTUL pt lipsa de civilizatie de pe drumurile noastre.
ai dreptate sa faci in asa fel incat motorul sa nu aiba deloc scurgeri / pierderi, la 320.000 e normal sa dai injectoarele jos pt verificare iar pompa sigur trb spalata inauntru.

nu mi-ai scris daca ai A/C. daca ai, nu prea are rost sa te complici cu alt intercooler, nu prea mai e loc. daca totusi vrei, putem discuta pt unul custom.

ceea ce urmaresc nu e v/max ci felul cum imi mentin "ritmul"; vreau sa fie mai sprintena - vreau sa fiu mai relaxat in depasiri
