mai bine intai ii cureti rezervorul (era bine cand a fost ridicata de fata).
al tau are buson de golire ?
filtrul e ok ?
sorbul ? nu de alta dar sa nu fie pompa ta blocata de mizerie sau infundata admisia.

S-a desfasurat in fel urmator: in timpul mersului am ramas fara putere la motor, am incercat sa accelerez pentru ca eram fix jos in pasaj subteran, a facut un mare BUF de s-a curatat esapament, si din fericire aveam destula viteza sa ies din pasaj. Daca incerc sa pornesc aproape 'o ia', sa balbaie un pic, si moare. Aprindere e ok. Daca torn benzina in carburator, porneste dar moare apoi. Am desfacut un furtun de benzina dupa pompa, dat la cheia, nimic. Am desfacut furtun la intrare in pompa (deci dupa filtru), am tras cu gura si imediat a venit benzina, si a venit usor. Pompa e cea mechanica pe chiulasa, ma gandesc ceva s-a modificat ceva acolo din cauza ca e schimbat chiulasa. Lungimea tijei, sau poate e blocata tija? Sau brusc s-a fisurat membrana. Ciudat, ca pare destul de noua. O sa-l desfac maine, m-a prins eveniment fara scule la mana.

pai nu cred ca poti pune pompa electrica, chiar daca e de joasa presiune tot o sa bage prea mult, o sa forteze cuiul poantou cred.
cea de pe chiulasa e posibil sa te fi lasat lamelele alea care-s pe post de supape. o dai jos de pe chiulasa si sufli pe ambele tevi, daca o sa poti sa sufli invers sunt tablitele sarite de la locul lor. se poate face/repara si o ai si demontabila, sa o revizionezi pe drum.

Erau pompite electrice care tot ca cele mechanice functioneau, adica, odata ajuns la o anumite presiune oprec pompare. Dar nu le vad in comert aici in tara.
Maine desfac pompa aia a mea si vad ce a patit.

LE: am citit undeva ca dacia lastun avea asa ceva. Mai sunt facute si de facet.

daca e cu suruburi poti sa o desfaci, daca e ambutisata sa nu o strici, pb cu suflatul pe tevi e destul ca sa afli ce are.

nu stiu cum arata pompa de pe m30, dar am eu o pompade benzina de pe m20, si stiu ca cautai o sonda pt vacuumurile de pe carburatoare, aia care intra si in carcasa termostatului, daca o gasesc si iti trebuie anunta-ma:)

nu stiu daca sonda merge sau nu, sonda mea am dat-o si am mai gasit una

Daca gasesti, sunt interesat. Pompa dupa realoem este folosit doar pe E12 525 si 528, cred ca merg si altele, dar nu stiu sigur.

Azi am ajuns cu masina acasa, plecasam duminca cu ea de la Interceptor rolleyes.gif
Pe drum am inlocuit pompa de benzina, am reparat o scurgere de antigel din cauza un furtun crapat sub colier (vechi, vechi, vechi) si am reparat un fir rupt de la soc electric. In rest a mers fara probleme.
Mai trebuie reglat avans ca am impresie ca nu are destul, masina accelereaza mai bine cu pedala putin apasat decat cu pedala mai mult apasat.

cati bani pompa ? imi dai un cod sa o caut si eu ?

Pompa e un Facet EFP-03. E scump, 400RON si ceva. Cel mechanic nu am gasit in stoc, vroiam sa am masina functionala urgent.
O sa dau jos pompa manuala dar imi trebue un capac ca sa acoper gaura din chiulasa. BMW le a facut pentru primele masini cu M30 injectat, piesea 7 si 8 din link, dar nu cred ca o sa gasesc. Este usor de facut anyway, dar nu este ceva urgent.

nici nu-i vreo mare presiune acolo, doar gazele din carter.
piesa e simplu de facut, trebuie doar o copie dupa garnitura pompei mecanice.

pompa mecanica ajunge direct pe cama ei de pe axul cu came sau are vreo tija intermediara ?
