Cu cat imi place clasic, retro, carburatoare, cu platine nu prea am rabdare. Chiar daca aprindere ar fi in stare buna, tot trebuie reglat frecvent, tot performante sunt mai slabe fata de ceva electronic. Asa ca consider ca mai bine depun efort asta la upgrade direct.

Am primit Gotronic-ul. Sper maine dimineata sau Duminica sa am pentru o montare.
Solutia de fapt exista din 2 componente. Este o cutiuta portocaliu pentru comanda electronica de bobina (are si un LED de control), si un senzor care inlocuieste platine.
Comanda electronica poate fi si folosit cu platine clasice, in caz ca nu este dorit trecere la un senzor fara mechanica.
Pachetel e venit prompt, bine ambalat si cu un manual scurt pentru utilizare:

Scuze am vrut sa spun economia nationala biggrin.gif my bad.

Ca inginer electronist, mi se pare cool "divais"-ul, dar ceea ce e si mai interesant de fapt e motivul pentru care a fost creat: o tara in care masinile cu delcou erau predominante. Adica daciile. Banui ca poate fi adaptat pe orice masina cu delcou clasic, banui ca exista si o varianta la americani sau prin alte parti.

Imi place mie asa ideea ca mai fac si ai nostri ceva smile.gif

Mai sunt, pertronix cred ca e cel mai celebru. E mai elegant, dar si e mai scump si nu cred ca e de gasit in tara. Mai am vazut odata o aprindere de dacie cu senzor hall si pe axa aia mica cu came un fel de palarie cu taiaturi pentru a da semnal. Foarte bun si asta, dar greu de gasit si bineinteles nepotrivit pe orice in afara de dacia.

Am gasit azi timp sa fac conversie. Montaj e destul de plug & play: am conectat intai comanda pe platine existente si am cautat cu volanta momentul in care sa stinge bec, ca sa am o referinta. Apoi am dat jos platine si am montat sensor. Am pozitionat in asa fel senzor ca sa fie perpendicular pe raza de axa cu came de la aprindere, si cu distanta asa ales ca sa se stinge LED. Apoi am mai invartit un pic la delcou ca sa se stinge LED ca atunci cand erau inca platine. Am dat jos si condensator. Apoi am pus capac de delcou la loc si am incercat o pornire. Masina a pornit imedtiat, parca un pic mai usor ca inainte. Merge bine, fara mici intreruperi pe care avea inainte. Poze:

Mai am de reglat avans cu stroboscop, si de verificat cu osciloscop daca timp de incarcare pentru bobina este corect.

Nu arate bine, insa avea compresie 12.. nu prea rau. Au si un pic de buza cilindrii. Parerea este ca mai merge insa recunosc ca nu ma simt foarte confortabil.

Mai merge inseamna ca cotele din motor sunt inca in parametri dat de producator, si uzura nu afecteaza performanta.
"Mai merge" inseamna ca nu prea te intereseaza sa merge bine, si faci o reparatie pe jumatate din cauza ca tie lene sau nu ai bani, nu ai timp sau nu iti pasa.

Corect?

buza o sa stie sigur meseriasul sa ti-o scoata, nu-i asta marea pb.
sper ca vibrochenul nu-i mutilat la cuzinetul ala.
straduieste-te sa cureti bine toate canalizatiile de ulei.

incearca sa pui un bec economic alb in lampa portabila cand faci lumina cu ea pt poze, scapi de reflectii. sau o coala alba de hartie peste grilajul becului.

Pozele sunt facute cu telefon, care are lumina pentru blitz / lanterna LED.
Vibrochen arata ok la prima vedere. Nu buza ma ingrijoreaza, ci uzura indicata de ea. Ce ai face tu cu motor asta?

dupa mine sunt 2 variabile de luat in consideratie.
1 , cat vrei sa tii masina asta? eu , in locul tau as tine-o dar nu am vazut-o pe dedesubt....
2 , cauti cotele de reparatii la ansamblul piston / segmenti / cilindru, masori si cilindrii + pistoanele tale si vezi unde te afli. atunci poti sa cauti o solutie.
poate sunt colegi pe forum-uri unde poti gasi aceleasi pistoane S-H dar la o cota mai mare decat ai tu acum si atunci e simplu.


masori si vezi ce gasesti.


pt poze cred ca poti anula blitz si alege una din solutiile cu lampa portabila. de probat.
