E adevarat ca sunt mai multe feluri de motoare rotative. Dar celelalte sunt tot cu pistoane, in 2 sau 4 timpi. Singura deosebire fata de un motor normal e ca cilindrii sunt dispusi in stea iar axul e fix. Cilindrii se invart in jurul lui. S-a folosit aranjamentul asta la motoare de avion si motociclete.
Motorul Wankel este insa cu totul alt concept. Ce intrebare mai e? De NSU am auzit si eu cautand informatii despre motoare Wankel
