Salutare in noaptea asta am cumparat un motan din 1996 cu AC, este 1.8TDS, si deja am descoperit ca seara nu se aprind luminile in bord:)), usa din dreapta nu se deschide pe dinafara, si curge motorina pe la o conducta , de conducta stiam, de restu nu.
Acum sa imi spuneti si voi mie de ce naiba sa ma mai uit si la ce naiba sa ma ami asteapt :-ss
aaa sa nu uit cand iau contactactu, adika dupa ce o opresc se aude un bazait asa in bord ceva timp apoi se opreste si cam atat ptr ziua de azi, doamne ajuta pe maine!
PS: sa nu ma criticati de ce am optat ptr 1.8tds, deoarece de benzina nu vreau sa aud ca haleste mult, iar peste 2.0 te nenoroceste impozitul si asigurarea, la asta e bine, poate maine va servesc si cu niste poze.
O seara buna!

Am dat pe ea lighianul meu de e34 524td 1989, si am luat tigaia de 318tds 1996 cu diferenta de 1000E, poate nu m am intepat mult.

Bazait din bord poate e de la clima. E clima automata? La septar sa auzea tot fel de chestii din bord dupa oprire.

nu-ti pot spune decat ca la fel facea si al meu in bord dupa ce opream motorul, nu's ce draq facea aeroterma pe acolo.. inchidea clapete etc, cred ca e normal, eu am suportat-o asa 5 ani laugh.gif

sper sa nu, oricum eu as putea spune la fel despre e34 la cate am intampinat cu el, acum sper ca eu sa nu mai am probleme nasoale cu cotiga asta de masina care deabia am luato! sa ma tina pana se incalzeste! smile.gif) apoi sa pot bibilii la ea
pai clima nu are afisaj digital, are 2 butoane cu grade pe ele, unul la motoras si unul sa redirectionezi cum vrei aerul, un buton AC si unul luneta, si cam aia e clima sau cum naiba ii spune.Am uitata sa precizez ca ami are un buton de rece/cald un gura aia de aer pe mijloc.
Deci v am spus masina e uratica, nu prea e ingrijita sau curatica, doar am vrut sa scap de anul ala 1989 si motorul ala cu taxele curului care se vor scumpii la anu!

Este un ventilator micut (vezi poza) in spatele panoului de clima care se mai invarte vreo 15-20sec dupa ce opresti motorul.

De fitza, sigur tongue.gif Si a mea face la fel, dar nu tine chiar asa mult. La E32 dupa ce o opresti uneori facea asa cate 1 minut doo. laugh.gif Era un adevarat concert bordul acela.

Dani tu ai AC simplu pe masina, clima de obicei le spun la astea care mai au si butonul de AUTO. Pentru ca mai au niste senzori prin masina care se gandesc ei cum sa regleze temperatura. beach.gif

Va multumesc mult ptr urari:P la fel si vou sa va bucurati de ele, fara incidente si probleme!
pana la urma eu cred ca motorasul ala baga aer la un senzor, ca are si asta sa ti selectezi gradele, si cred ca aia face, sa capteze temperatura exacta, acum asta e doar o teorie in mintea mea:)).
In rest ce sa zic, am fost plecat cu td pana acum, tds nici azi nu l am pornit e in curte, deoarece mai are 2 litrii in rezervor, i am cumparat din peco 2 bidoane de 20l si o sa ii bag maine si o sa o pornesc! Deocamdata am ambele masini acasa, luni ii dau tigaia mea si restul de bani la diferenta, i am dat o arvuna pana acum.
Maine, cica e duminica si nu trebuie sa muncim si toatea alea, dar nu ma pot abtine, demontez toate alea sa vad deunde sunt scurgerile si incerc sa le remediez, poate nu am probl, deocamdata cam atat pe ziua de azi, a fost prea plina sa ma ocup de ea, de maine va promit!

sa dea naiba in ea de vreme, tare urata e si astazi, ploua de rupe si cum eu nu am garaj nu stiu ce o sa fac sad.gif!!!!!
vreau neaparat sa fac ceva la ea dar nu pot din cauza vremii!, ploua de aproape 24 de ore!!!!
luni ii dau lu ala restu de bani si TD-ul si raman cu un pisic pisacios, pierde motorina cam multa sad.gif, poate tine vremea putin si cu mine si pot face si eu o macar remedierea pierderilor de motorina! smile.gif)
Cred ca ies pe la 10:00 afara sa ii fac ceva poze, poate se mai indreapta vremea.

Apropo de motorasul ala, probabil raceste o rezistenta ceva, cine stie? oricum daca nu functioneaza incontinu ca dementu e OK! am zis ca merge 24 din 24 si raman mereu fara baterie, se opreste cam la 1 minut maxim sa zic, deci asta e de bine.

pizda mamii ei de tigaie!
deci azi mi am bagat nasu pan ea sa caut scurgerea de motorina si ce sa vad! furtunasul de retur exact unde intra in pompa era fisurat si curgea, eu de colo ma bucuram ca am rezolvat problema, schimb ala pornesc iar tot curgea ~X(si mi am zis ca acum am belito, mi am dat seama ca imi curge pompa de injectie, pe unde nu stiu?!? zic asta deoarece porneste greu daca nu o pornesc 10 minute, iar daca o opres cu motorul cald la jumatate si ii dau imediat la automat porneste imediat! Am uitata sa precizez ca uneori are relantiu oscilant!, in fine asta am rezolvat pe ziua de azi stiu ca imi curge pompa si o sa ambelel, ni nu pot merge cu ea, cu un plin nush daca fac 100kmh, 5 litrii consuma ea restu da pe jos X(, o sa fiu primul 318tds cu consum de M5
Acum e si o gramada de ulei!! Eu banuies ca da ori pe la palier ori pe la pompa de servi, ORI pe la caseta de directie, faza e ca alternatorul e totuna de ulei asa ca tind sa cred ca e pompa de servo, nush ce sa cred....
Am uitat sa precizez ca am intercoolerul lipit cu poxipol!
Era sa uit ca asuda si injectorul cu senzor...
Cobor dintr un HARPAN IN ALTU! Nu mai scap de fiarele astea nenorocite!

deci am descoperit toate scurgerile
1)ambele capace la pompa de injectie (cele laterale)
si in fata la intainzator este un buson din aluminiu, si pe la ala curge de mama focului ulei, acum ma pun sa dau pompa jos, sa vad daca ma pricep, daca aveti ceva idei sau instructiuni ce si cum va rog sa imi spuneti!

am desurubat fiecare piulita a pompei de injectie, iar ea nu vrea sa iasa daca trag de ea!
Trag de ea sa o scot de acolo, ea se baga inapoi in motor! Aveti idei?

motorul este turbo cu intercooler,
aporpo prinderea la pompa de injectie trebuie sa fie ca la 525/325tds
deci pana la urma are cineva idee daca ami trebuie demontat ceva sau doar trebuie sa trag de ea?

am rezolvato si cu pompa, am dato jos, am schimbat garniturile la capacele, acum curge capul hidraulic, iar am dat o jos si maine ma duc sa cumpar set garnituri toata si sa o montez>:)

Apropo, daca stiti rola intinzatoare de la cureaua de la pompa de apa si alternator are un buson care umbli la axul pompei de injectie, am pus teflon acolo si tot se mai prelince ceva ulei, dar foarte putin! acum nu da pe langa busonul ala de la imbinarea unde culiseaza rola sad.gif(
aveti idee ce sa ii fac?

am bagat pompa in banc, am schimbat garnituri si semeringuri, testata reglata, si a iesit brici! exact in parametrii normali.
Acum nu stiu ce ulei sa ii bag si ce cantitate :| (nu imi mai merge autodata)

georgem! iti multumesc ptr ajutorul tau!!! mi ai fost de foarte mare ajutor!!!
Apropo tocmai ce am venit de afara, am fost la masina cu pompa facuta(aseara am puso la bec smile.gif) ) i am dat cheie si a pornit din prima YUPIIII, cu bujiile tinute de 2 ori, acum nu stiu daca era nevoie, dar asa am pus sa vad ce zice, o sa incerc maine dimineata si cu bujiile o data sa vad daca e la fel de usoara pornirea.
Pana acum is multumit de tigaia mea, am bagat in setul de garnituri, proba banc si semering, proba partea electrica, curatata toata etc 214 lei si nu imi pare rau de banii investiti la niste baieti in Galati foarte priceputi si ieftini fata de hotii din Braila! NU imi pare rau de banii aia deloc!
Azi e sarbatoare nu prea o sa ami fac nimic, maine fac schimbul de ulei in cutie si grup deoarece nu stiu ce mizerii are in ea asa ca e mai bine sa previn.
In motor o sa bag castrol/mobil/probabil aral 10w-40, ptr grup am cumparat dega MOBILUBE HD PREMIUM SAE 80w-90 cica e superior uleiului 90W cum e la carte. iar ptr cutie am deja un litru de ulei ATF MOBIL 320 parca, cica e superior si asta uleiului DEXRON 2 D , cica e dexron 3 acum astept o parere si de la voi, sa schimb sa nu schimb la grup, oricum la cutie il schimb sigur!

asa.. s au rezolvat cam toate, si masina o dau, am gasit altceva cu 2 ani mai noua, UP 2500E ptr o masina cu taxe mici, consum mic, intretinere mica!

decand ma plimb cu masina am o preblema care ma enerveaza la culme!
cand aprind farurile nu mi se aprinde consola si bordul luminile in ele ~X( cand se ami aprinde cand nu, depinde, de multe ori nu se aprind!!!!
am scos toate releele si sigurantele le am dat cu spray dinala contact cleaner am pus sigurantele exact la valorile specificate in schita aia, releele la locul lor, toate bune si frumoase, dar tot nu imi merg luminile in bord si nici in consola sad.gif(
Am uitat sa specific ceva, kilometrajul se aprinde si asta cand si cand complet, ca sa explic mai pe larg fenomenul, ori de cate ori pun contactul se aprinde prima jumatate de sus din cifre, si tot asa cand are ea chef se aprind complet!
Acum ma gandesc sa fac urmatoarele chestii, sa schimb butonul ala deunde aprinzi farurile si ala care reglezi intensitatea la faruri, si am ramas fara idei!
Mai stiti si voi vreun truc???

am schimbat uleiul cutie si grup, cele indicate pe autodata, defapt inlocuitorii la uleiurile din autodata, am pus Mobil in ambele, iar faza cu luminile e din butonul din pozitie si faza mica, s au rezolvat si astea biggrin.gif, acum singura chestie care o mai am este ca asuda foarte putin ulei sub pompa de vacum, cred ca trebuie data jos si pusa cu un alt oring, garnitura sau ce are ea acolo, in curand vor urma si un set de faruri

m am atasat de ea, nu o mai dau, i am luat si amortizoare noi, placute de frana fata spate noi, curea alternator si ac noi, un casetofon super belea nou, cauciucuri de iarna super bune, cu jante de tabla originale de motan, iar acum voi pune cateva poze cu adidasii motanului ptr la vara, ca deh... trebuie sa fie si motanul incaltat:))

salutare, am cumparat un kit de distributie ptr al meu tds, am schimbato dupa diagrama din auto data, dar e gresita, deci am puso exact la fel, sunt coordonate perfect supapele cu pistoanele, dar pompa de injectie este foarte avansatam si nu pot jongla din corpul pompe sad.gif((
DECI VA ROG SA MI SPUNETI DACA STITI CATE ZALE SUNT INTRE PUNCTUL DE PE PINIONUL DE LA ARBORELE COTIT LA PUNCTUL PINIONULUI INTERMEDIAR DE LA POMPA DE INJECTIE????

Mi am dat seama cum vine la punct masina(nu mai corespundea cu diagrama autodata deoarece axul pompei de injectie a fost uzat si inlocuit cu un ax de 2.4 m21) si nu mai corespunde cu diagrama nici cea de 6 pistoane, nu a fost mare chestie dar m a chinuit ceva, am demontato si montato de 3 ori:)) nu intelegeam de ce e asa avansata cand stiam ca o pun ca la carte(pe urma mi am dat seama de ce...), asa ca am pus la fix supapele si pistoanele si pompa dupa mintea mea in fuctie de cum se auzea injectia cand porneam....
Acum imi porneste masina incredibil de usor si la rece si la cald, decand am cumparat o facea figuri la cald, iar eu banuiam pompa, defapt ea nu a fost pusa la punct de la bun inceput la un service din cartier! Eu nici nu am service, nu am cine stie ce experienta, inca mai am multe de invatat in asa ceva, dar frate, eu singur singurel am fost in stare sa pun motorul ala la punct si un service intreg au gresito(inainte de achizitionare au schimbat pinioanele vechiul proprietar, acum eu lanturile si patinile), asa ca rusine....nui fromos sa dau nume
