Nu am spus la nimeni nimic pana acum, dar a venit momentul sa dau cartile pe fata. Din martie anul acesta am si un urs coupe fost 1.8 actual 2.5. Motorul m20b25 l-am luat de pe un urs accidentat care a stat 4 ani. Ieri am dat prima cheie dupa ce am montat motorul pe ursul meu si am unele probleme.
Prima ar fi cam mult fum negru pe evacuare, dupa aceea ar mai fi si un mers cam nashpa adica merge in 4 sau 5 si dupa aia merge perfect si tot asa. Am fost la o tura cu el si in a 3a incepe sa intrerupa si sa smuceasca. Dupa ce am ajuns acasa a inceput sa moara in telantiu, nu tot timpul si turatia in relanti e undeva la 500 rpm(dupa turometru) dar dupa sunet pare sa fie undeva la 8-900 rpm. Am uitat sa spun ca pompa de benzina e de la un opel omega 2.0i. Cea originala a fost furata. Mai e ceva. Langa mufa ce la ecu mai e o mufa mica cu 2 sau 3 pini.Instalatia de pe ursul meu nu are corespundent la mufa aceea. Unde vin legate acele fire? Astept pareri despre cum as putea rezolva problema. Fostul tau urs era carburatie?
Daca da, cred ca mufa asta e pentru semnalul catre indicatorul de consum instant din bord. Cumva intrerupe pana in 2000-2500rpm? Dac da, cel mai probabil aprinderea-i de vina. Mai verifica si sonda de temperatura care da temperatura motorului la ecu. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Eu as spune in primul rand sa vezi ce-i cu pompa, ce presiune baga. Pe realoem poti verifica debitul pentru cea originala, pentru asta de opel... chiar nu stiu site-uri. Cam greu de crezut ca o pompa de benzina nu face fata. Mai ales ca scoate fum negru.
Si una de 1.6 ar trebui sa faca fata cel putin acceptabil, macar la relanti. Mergand inecat, mai ai o chestie de verificat: regulatorul de presiune din rampa sa nu tina presiune prea mare.... putin probabil. Sau sa ai returul strangulat complet pentru ca anterior n-ar fi tinut regulatorul presiune deloc. Iar cu returul strangulat ai presiune mult mai mare in rampa. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Eu habar n-am cum e aia de opel sau ce injectie are. Poate-i da prea multa benzina daca scoate fum negru si n-apuca sa dea in retur surplusul?

a fost carburatie inainte, iar treaba cu returul am pus furtunul intr-ul flacon si vine cam slab benzina pe retur. la e32 3.0i venea benzina garla pe retur

Nu m-am atins de M20-uri, nu stiu daca se pupa regulatorul de presiune: 1. daca s-o potrivi fizic. 2. daca are aceiasi parametri.
Sonda... cu un ohmmetru... ar trebui sa aiba anumite valori ale rezistentei la cald/ la rece. Dar nu le stiu. Mai simplu e sa-i scoti conectorul. Daca motorul isi schimba radical mersul sau chiar moare, sunt sanse ca sa fie OK. Daca vine putina benzina pe retur e cam dubios. E bine totusi ca vine ![]() Scrii in acelasi timp cu mine!! Nu m-am atins de M20-uri, nu stiu daca se pupa regulatorul de presiune: 1. daca s-o potrivi fizic. 2. daca are aceiasi parametri. Sonda... cu un ohmmetru... ar trebui sa aiba anumite valori ale rezistentei la cald/ la rece. Dar nu le stiu. Mai simplu e sa-i scoti conectorul. Daca motorul isi schimba radical mersul sau chiar moare, sunt sanse ca sa fie OK. Daca vine putina benzina pe retur e cam dubios. E bine totusi ca vine ![]() fizic se potriveste iar ca performante nu stiu. filtrul e nou nout. treaba cu schimbatul mersului la scoaterea si punerea mufei pe sonda e relativa...la e 32 scoteam mufa si crestea turatia relantiului, la 2.5 nu am incercat... am curatat tot ce era de curatat. mai departe...... -------------------- O vorba veche...

Nu se schimbe nu stiu ce cand scoti mufa, dar tot ceva sa schimbe. Sonda lambda are si e conectat? Vezi daca merge mai bine fara sonda conectat (si eventual resetat ECU prin decuplare baterie ceva minute).

Nu se schimbe nu stiu ce cand scoti mufa, dar tot ceva sa schimbe. Sonda lambda are si e conectat? Vezi daca merge mai bine fara sonda conectat (si eventual resetat ECU prin decuplare baterie ceva minute). Merg acasa de la munca si incerc sa scot mufa afara sa vad ce face. Sonda lambda are si e conectata. De resetat e fara baterie de ieri ca am pus-o la incarcat -------------------- O vorba veche...

filtrul de benzina e pus bine? ca parca are o sageata pe el care indica sensul de montare, cum trebuie sa circule benzina prin el. zic, ca si eu eram aproape sa-l montez invers, dar am vazut sageata la timp.

Cam aceleasi simptome le aveam si eu, era membrana regulatorului de presiune sparta. Scoate-i furtunul de vacuum in timp ce merge motorul si daca curge benzina e dus. Cel de m30 e la 3 bari, teoretic iti trebuie de 2,5 bari dar de o proba merge si asa.

Am schimbat ieri pompa de benzina si acum merge rotund, fara fum, nu mai intrerupe in sarcina dar la accelerare usoara are tendinta sa moara prima data si dupa aia se tureaza. La accelerare brusca e ok. -------------------- O vorba veche...

Deci ce mai pot sa fac la el sa mearga impecabil??? In afara de intarzierea la accelerarea usoara parca un pic porneste greu sau m-am invatat cu dizelache care porneste la sfert?????

Motronic la M30 nu porneste la sfert, adica sa invarte un pic pana porneste. Cred ca socoteste calculator ceva pana da drum. Insa, iarna la -17 porneste la fel ca vara la +40 ![]() La mine raspuns la accelerare fin s-a imbunatatit cu schimbare de valva de presiune de benzina si schimbare de debitmetru, dar tot un pic de intarziere are, mai ales cand nu am mers de ceva timp cu masina. cu pornitul am inteles. valva am verificat si pare ok. debitmetru de 2.5i nu am de unde sa i-au pt proba. -------------------- O vorba veche...

Un diesel clasic bun porneste instant, la fel ca un benzinar pe carburatie.
Injectia are o intarziere, dar parca nu atat de mare ca in filmuletul lui Bart. Oricum, nu stiu de ce mi se pare ca automatele se invartesc mai mult pana pornesc. -------------------- Inline 6 in a 5-er 4 ever

Habar n-am. Dar nu prea am vazut M30 motronic sa porneasca alftel fata de al meu. In fil sa invarte un pic mai lent pentru ca a fost cam frig.

am curatat motorasul ala si acum merge aparent bine. nu se mai balbaie dupa ce a pornit primele secunde. urmeaza maine sa o scot la o tura sa vad cum se comparta. apropo, are cineva o sonda pt termocupla pt radiator de e28??

in sfarsit masina merge bine. mai am de rezolvat problema termocuplei care inca ma zgarie pe creier. azi dupa ce voi pleca de la munca o sa schimb franele fata sa trec de la discuri pline la ventilate
