so....ieri am luat motor+cutie+cardan+radiator (aproape nou)
azi cu putin noroc o sa le pun pe masina si o sa scot rekinu la o plimbarica :unibrow: masina revine la setarea originala...adica motor 2000 + cutie in 4 trepte, dar ramane diferentialul scurt de pe un 518.....probabil viteza maxima undeva la 140-150 la blana intr-a 4-a. ![]() -------------------- BMW 520, E12

azi am dat ce era pe masina jos si am pus motor cutie cardan toate alea pacolo.......am uitat sa mentionez...si un carburator cu kitul de reparatie schimbat :unibrow: partea mai nasoala...cand am dat jos evacuarea sau facut praf tobele ![]() deci maine cu tobele la refacut (am gasit tzave) a si am uitat sa zic ca am schimbat uleiul din cutie ca se pare ca nu mai era nimic pacolo, si am primit un filtru nou si o curea de distributie. maine sper sa ies cu el pe strase. ma gandeam sa il pornesc doar cu saxofonu pus dar cred ca chemau astia armata, politia, pompierii si salvarea :unibrow: :ninja: -------------------- BMW 520, E12

pai original masina a vost 520 si din cauza de lene (nu spun a cui) se duse draku distributia si am infipt o supapa intr-un piston :unibrow:
dupa aia am cumparat un motor de 2,3 de la un cunoscut care am constatat ca batea ca toti dracii, iar acum m-am intors la configuratia originala a masinii: motor de 2000 + cutie in 4 (cred ca sunt singurul din lumea asta care trece de la 5 trepte la 4 ![]() -------------------- BMW 520, E12

am pornit agregatu aseara si.....nu mergea ambreiaju. dupa ce ne-am chinuit noi acolo cu gandu ca e discu lipit (motoru ala a stat vro 5 ani) ne-am hotarat la 12 noaptea sa dam iar cutia afara...si am constatat ca dobitocu montase discu invers

vineri am schimbat uleiul si filtru la 1000km, dupa prima parte de rodaj....ulei castrol rs 10w-60....sa vedem cum se comporta...si am mai schimbat si stergatoarele....cele vechi aveau venerabila varsta de 1,5 ani si nu-si mai faceau treaba cum trebuie...

Am avut si eu Valeo un an jumate pe Cielo. Le-am luat la 1-2 sapt dupa ce am cumparat masina ca erau praf alea pe care le avea. Cand am vandut-o tot pe astea le aveam si inca erau bune. Eu cred ca, conteaza si forma parbrizului. La cielo era destul de drept. La E30 e mai curbat spre margini..

parerea mea e ca o influenta o sa aiba,pentru ca, conducta nu va mai fi fierbinte datorita caldurii emanate de motor.In acelasi timp nu stiu cat de influentabila este temperatura freonului,dar sa zicem ca ii dau o mana de ajutor daca le izolez mai bine.

pai ridici masina pe cric si misti de roata si daca se simte joc e rulmentul....la mine se deplaseaza 1-2cm... si rulmentul se scoate in felul urmator:

da e un secial tool care se numenste presa cu greutate care culiseaza se prinde in 2 sau 3 prezoane exact pe butuc iar la mijloc este o teava pe care este o greutate care culiseaza si se loveste cu respectiva greutate in capatul de la cealallta tija

Am pus azi discurile pe spate.
Toate au mers foarte smooth exceptand momentul in care am constatat ca-mi lipseste un pumn de arculete si momentul in care am rupt un burghiu,un torx,o surubelnita si inca un burghiu incercand sa scot un surub blocat in suportul de etrier de pe partea stanga...si drept urmare am facut rost de alt etrier cu totul si arculetele vinovate. ![]() Am avut noroc ca avand un diferential "plangacios" suruburile de la planetare au fost unse constant de-a lungul timpului si au iesit fara bataie de cap. Acum, in sfarsit am si eu o frana de mana care poate sa blocheze rotile in mers si mai ales, franeaza egal pe stanga si dreapta. Nu stiu daca e vorba de Placebo sau altceva dar cat am apucat sa merg pana acasa am sesizat o imbunatatire sensibila a franarii si chiar pot sa spun ca a meritat fiecare banut. -------------------- 16 valves, 24 hours a day, 1bar boost. Tie iti tine frana de mana din mers? misto.. mie abia imi tine pe loc sa nu o ia masina la vale, desi am mai reglat-o.. Vorba lui COObra, ce-a patit diferentialul ala? ![]() N-am avut frane cu tamburi pe spate (la bmw ma refer), dar sincer nu cred ca se observa asa mare diferenta in oras. La viteze mai mari si la franari violente mai zic, dar in oras.... Cred ca daca nu ai stii ce ai pe spate nu ai simtii nici o difrerenta.. |

Din ciclul cine-si pune masina pe Dyno multe surprize are. :unibrow:
Testul 1 a fost facut cu chipul original al masinii si rezultatul a fost perfect conform talonului si specificatiilor masinii, adica 73KW/99CP. Testul 2 a fost facut cu chipul luat de mine de pe ebay si rezultatul a fost 107.2CP. Au mai fost inca doua teste care nu le-am scanat inca, unul tot de 99CP si inca unul cu 103.2CP. Nu ma asteptam la asemenea cifre mai ales ca filtrul meu de benzina are 13-14mii km si din cate am inteles buna stare a filtrului de benzina si a filtrului de aer au un rol vital la testari. De ex. la testarea unui reno megane inainte de a schimba filtrul de aer si de benzina a scos 97CP si dupa 105CP. Maine pun si miile de poze si un filmulet de senzatie. :rock: A, mai e nevoie sa spun ca pe tot parcursul acestor teste nu a existat urma de fum de orice culoare?
