Am inceput. Motorul l-am luat de la TiL, este supus unei reconstructii si va fi urcat pe masina cat mai curand posibil. Va primi segmenti, cuzineti, curele, pompa apa, garnituri, simeringuri, esapament. Poate cineva sa imi spuna ce raport are diferentialul pentru acest motor, pe E34? Am cautat informatii pe net, dar nu am gasit nimi in privinta raportului. Mi-e cam frica sa nu se impace bine cu 2.65-ul care il am acum pe masina. De asemenea, rog pe cei ce au avut asa ceva, sa imi spuna daca modelul de 524 E34 are economentru la motorul cu pompa diesel simpla, mecanica.

S-ar putea sa ai noroc cu diferentialul. Nu gasesc date despre 524td, dar la 525td si 525tds E34 diferentialul are raportul 2.65, exact cat ai tu.

E o veste buna pentru buzunarul meu smile.gif
Va fi putina bataie de cap la instalatia electrica, sper sa nu iasa o mataraie de fire acolo. Avantajul este simplitatea acestui motor la capitolul instalatie electrica, fiind si motivul pt care l-am ales.

problemele in plus, care duc la probleme de finante. deja sunt prea obosit, si capul ma doare prea tare acum sa pot spune ce va fi maine. le'as lasa pe toate balta, ziua de azi a depasit orice limita de bun simt, pe toate planurile.

Speranta moare ultima, dar piedici apar la tot pasul. Consoartei mele nu ii place masina asta, o doare capul mereu cand mergem la plimbare cu ea. Mie imi place masina, vreau sa o tin, sa o fac asa cum trebuie sa arate, insa apar lucruri marunte care ma intarzie. Sper sa continui sa scriu in acest topic, si nu pe langa subiect.
Acum caut solutii pentru a continua proiectul.

scriu din nou in acest topic, intrucat sunt in dilema. Am un motor ambielat M21, anexe pentru el, mai putin chiulasa. Ce sa fac, repar M20B20 care e montat pe masina, sau pun M21 pe ea dupa ce ii iau chiulasa? Am gasit de cumparat chiulasa echipata, cca 300 eur, cu tot cu instalatia electrica si pompa de injectie electronica si calculatoare. Ce sa fac, ce sa fac? sad.gif

Avand in vedere ca ai deja un diesel poate pastrezi motor ala de benzina.. Sau nu e intentia sa ramana ambele masini in viitor?

Cam scump,mai bine puneai un 2,5 2,0 24 valve de la inceput,acuma daca M21 e ok pune-l pe ala si fa-i vant lui M20

nu, E28-ul va fi condus de tatal meu, inca de la cumparare masina a avut acest scop. Este cadou E28-ul. Masina mea e in continuare E34. Acum, nu e vb de diesel sau nu, pur si simplu nu stiu ce sa aleg. Am motorul diesel foarte bun, nepus pe masina dupa ce a fost facut ( e curat ca lacrima ), si M20-ul asta caruia ii tacan tachetii. M20 are 260.000 km, daca e sa ma iau dupa ce scrie pe bord. M21 are 0km. As scuti o munca daca pun M21, ca la bani cred ca tot acolo ies, cu piesele cumparate, si pt M21, si pt M20.

Omologare, hartii, munca de conversie de masina de la benzina la diesel, pentru mine si asta ar fi factori de luat in calcul. Daca era un TDS era altfel. Eu as ramana pe benzina. Daca bloc e bun, gasesti si o chiulasa de benzina in timp.

eu zic ca un td in apele lui face banii,diferenta de putere e destul de mica intre td si 2.0 M20 eu zic daca M21 e ok sa il pui pe ala,nu poti sa sti ce gasesti cand desfaci M20...

si eu tot pe TD inclin, din pricina cuplului pe care acesta il dezvolta. Nu intentionez sa vand masina curand, si ITP mai am pana la anul pe vremea asta, deci merg cel putin un an cu TD-ul. Daca ma multumeste, il trec si in acte, oricum M20-ul nu am sa-l scot pe piata. Il tin in caz de revenire la benzina. Pana revin din concediu, ma hotarasc daca tin benzina sau pun TD. Deocamdata M20 isi face treaba, nu trag tare de el si merge ok.
Nu vreau sa scot instalatia electrica de benzina de pe masina, cu sacrificiul sa nu imi mearga tot pe ceasurile de diesel.

Pai la prima vedere e simplu: pune TD-ul.
DAR te gandesti la ce te bagi cand te apuci de conversie? Cate rahaturi mici si costisitoare (timp/bani) or sa-ti stea in cale?
Eu cand m-am apucat de conversia la E28 eram cat de cat familiarizat si cu 525i si cu 524td. Tu, sau cel care o sa faca miscarea, este familiarizat cu E34? Ai instalatia electrica de la un 524td E34? Daca da si e completa, lucrurile se simplifica destul de mult, ramai la necunoscutele accesorii gen radiator, expansiune etc. Trebuie sa-ti doresti al dracu de mult sa faci conversia, altfel o sa-i dai foc sa scapi de griji.

vasul de expansiune il am, cu tot cu ambele furtune subtiri, capac si senzorul de lichid. ramane radiatorul. Chiulasa o cumpar cu tot cu pompa de injectie electronica, calculator si instalatie electrica, si ceasurile de bord de diesel. mai am aproape o luna la dispozitie sa ma hotarasc, cand revin din concediu tre' sa fac ceva cu masina asta.

si-am facut ceva cu masina asta. am facut trosc. de fapt, motorul a facut trosc, exact cand am revenit din concediu, vineri pe 08.08.08 pe autostrada, nu am depasit 130 km/h, aveam de toate ( apa, ulei etc ). La o prima vedere, e un cuzinet de biela rupt pe-acolo, cel putin asa mi s-a spus. Sper pana saptamana viitoare sa ii aduc motorul acasa, acum masina e la pitesti ( m-a lasat la intrarea in oras, cand am calcat ambreiajul pt ca aveam un semafor pe rosu in fata), m-a adus aproape acasa ( cca 3km distanta) si deocamdata e in curte la mine, pregatita pentru transplantul de inima.

a sosit transplantul de inima, dupa cum stiti inima este M50B20.
AM marea rugaminte, de la cei cu astfel de motor pe E34, sa imi puna cateva poze cu ce e sub capota, sau sa imi povesteasca pe unde vine un furtun subtire (care pleaca din zona filtrului de ulei-undeva deasupra), un furtunas mai gros(asta cred eu a vine in cotul de la debitmetru)....si cum vin furtunele de la vasul de lichid servo-directie, astfel incat sa nu incomodeze asezarea debitmetrului.

un mic sample, pe cand motorul nu avea conectate Vacuumurile, nici furtunele de apa, nici alte acareturi pe-acolo. Nu mai stiu daca avea debitmetrul pus. Ecourile garajului cu usa deschisa, la 2 dimineata, au fost superbe.
