Voi posta aici pozele cu masina mea ,acum ca e gata 95%...cel putin la exterior e gata,mai am sa reglez/sa dau la linie usile,portbagajul si capota si..vad eu ce mai e de bibilit inainte s-o scot pe sosea.Pozele sunt facute azi.Pentru cine nu cunoaste povestea masinii si restaurarea ei exista topicul "Restaurare E12" la sectiunea Seria5,E12.Ramane acum sa-i schimb consumabilele(ulei,lichide,curele,filtre)si s-o pornesc cand se va mai incalzi apoi omologarea.
Fac si o mica prezentare a masinii: BMW E12,520i,1977,motor 2.0i M20,servodirectie,oglinzi si 4geamuri electrice,inchidere centralizata+alarma,interior E28,jante BBS 16'',etc...pentru mai multe detalii si cum a ajuns asa masina,repet,exista topicul precizat mai sus. -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

foarte foarte frumoasa .sa o stapanesti sanatos si sa faci multi km cu ea.sper sa o vad live daca ajung pe la tara (budisteni ![]() da,masina a fost atinsa in '96 am inteles in dreapta fata si de atunci sa ridicat capota acolo in stanga.anu trecut mai ajustasem din distanta aia,lasasem mia jos un pic ciocul ala in care prinde capota cand se inchide si o trasgea deci mai jos,dar se inchidea greu,trebuia sa trantesc de cateva ori miera ca sare filamentul din becuri...poate la vara sa mai lucrez la distanta aia so mai ajustez sa fie ca in dreapta,sincer si mie imi sta pe cap asta,dar e bine ca nu se vede(rau ![]() ![]() -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

Azi am inceput sa lucrez la un panou care va imbraca capacul portbagajului la interior.va fi imbracat cu mocheta neagra,la fel si tot interiorul portbagajului...

Mihai, iti multumesc foarte mult pentru cuvintele frumoase de mai sus. Stiu ca ai fost cu Catalin la Roman, si imi pare rau ca nu am apucat sa vb si sa ne cunoastem mai bine, dar ma bucur foarte mult ca exista acest forum, plin de oameni pasionati, care ajung totusi sa impartaseasca pasiuni comune, chiar daca nu s-au cunoscut in prealabil.
Eu totusi sper, ca pe viitor, si acum iti multumesc ca imi dai ocazia sa spun pe topicul tau, sa pot sa reintru in posesia unui E28, cat mai curand posibil. Poate cu ajutorul lui Dumnezeu, cine stie! de cateva zile am masina ridicata pe butuci juma de metru.planul era sa schimb filtru de benzina,ceea ce am si facut si sa schimb toba care o am de la e28 si sa gasesc alta de e12 m20 originala.observasem ca cea de e28 nu se aranja bine,si atarna.numia ca saraca toba nu era de vina,si modul in care mecanicul meu a prinso:suportul care o fixaeza de cutie era stramb,la jumate era sarma in loc de inelele de cauciuc iar in spate tabla de Al dintre toba si rezervor agatata invres si nu intra toba intre rezervor si roata de rezerva.am dat- o jos,am facut rost de inelele de cauciuc de la jumate,am indreptat suportul de pe cutie si zilele astea ramane s-o asez si pe ea frumos,si uite asa am scapat de cautarea altei tobe care pana o asamblam imi mai dadea batai de cap,asta e asamblata dintro bucata toata cum am dato jos de la e28.chiar o dadusem la vanzare aici ca nu aveam unde so tin ..zilele astea fac rost si de camera sa mai fac si poze ca vorba lunga nu e buna

Desi nu am camera sa mai pun poze
![]() ieri si azi am transplantat pielea de pe spatarul banchetei de e23 pe cea de e12.ceva interesant,eu unul nu stiam ,ca spatarul model cu cotiera mare(cum mi-a dat TiL si inca o data ii multumesc)se desface in 3 bucati:cele doua spatare stg+dr si cotiera.asa mia fost mult mia usor sa schimb pielea.pe lateral miau aparut ceva cute,asta pt ca bancheta de e23 mia are 10cm in plus fata de e12 si a nu sa mulat exact,dar nu e deranjant la ochi,e piele,mia merge o cuta-doua ![]() ramane sa vad ce fac cu cotiera ,la bancheta de e23 e mai lata cu 5 cm si daca nu o pot pune(si ce misto era cu compartiment),ramane sa imbrac cu pielea de pe ea cotiera de e12. Pe la motor am cam terminat,mam enervat cu toba de la e28 ca undeva sub picioarele pasagerului din dr pe unde vine ea,imi atinge de podea vreo 2cm.. ![]() Urmeaza sa pun curelele de servo si transmisie si sa INCERC sal intreb pe motor de vb,o vorbi cu mine oare? ![]() -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

am terminat si interiorul cu tot cei apartine,si spatarul de bancheta lam terminat de imbracat in pielea de e23.a iesit bine,dar nu f bine.cotiera am reusit sa o las pe cea de e23 cu compartiment,ia modificat niste gauri..in fine am terminat cu ea.
azi am dat jos alternator si iam schimbat bucsa aia prin care trece surubul lung de prindere ca avea maaaare joc si cand strangeam cureaua imi apropia/inclina alternatorul spre fata masinii,am avut una ca noua de pe un alt alternator,oricum ma gandeam so iau noua dar nua fost cazul.si cadn sa pun alternatoru la loc am strans prea tare surubu lung si mia crapat o ureche de pe suportu ala de aluminiu care tine si alternator si pompa de servo pe bloc,luni il sudez in argon la loc...va mai tin la curent si sper sa fac si poze ![]() -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

![]() ce am facut:mia pus distributia la punct la fix,fostul mecanic(un maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare dobitoc) pusese cureaua cu un dinte mai in spate,dasta nici nu prea tragea bine si noroc ca doar cu un dinte diferenta nu mia strambat supapele la prima pornire.. mia mai reglat avansul si aerul trebuie sa iau alt capac de delco nou,ca asta e cam pricajit si ceva mai important,motorul nu era in mersul lui frumos si de ce :furtunu care intra in tulumba de la frana,de fapt acolo pe unde intra in tulumba pasaie,rasufla si mia zis sa schimb tulumba ca nush ce garnitura e dusa in ea acolo sau ceva asemanator..am tulumba,o schimb maine.cand am tras furtunu din tulumba si am pus deget acolo pe el motoru merge mai frumos.deci sa zic ca trage aer din cauza ca e tulumba in neregula.in fine..pe parcurs ce mai fac cate ceva mai postez ![]() -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

Intra in corpul admisiei sau in cotul mare de la debitmetru? Vreau sa-mi fac si eu servofrana ca lumea, sper ca tulumba sa fie ok. Servo frana lucreaza pe vacuum, nu avea rost sa fie dupa debitmetru. Dupa clapa de acceleratie ai depresiune mare, cu conditia ca nu ai picior pe acceleratie.. Si chiar atunci, pentru ca are supapa mai functioneaza servo cativa pedale chiar cand motor nu merge. Daca totul e ok si nu sunt scurgeri, servo mai functioneaza chiar daca motor a fost oprit ceva timp. La MeHigh sunt doua furtune, unul in admisie si unul dupa debitmetru. Nu mi-e clar , dar e posibil ca si la db85amd sa fie conectat pe dedesubt, nu se vede in poza. Depresiune se face si in mers, din cauza filtrului de aer, dar ma gandesc ca e aceeasi depresiune in furtun si in admisie cand clapeta e deschisa... in fine, treaba lor de ce or fi facut asa, poate ca 2.0 face mai putina depresiune si s-au gandit sa incerce sa o ia de oriunde. azi am schimbat contactul,avea 3 belele:nush ce se stricase in el acolo ca de anu trecut inca nu imi mia mergea pozitia pe o parte,cand lasam semnalizarea pusa si luam contact;iesea cheia din el chiar daca era pornit motorul,cred ca se dusese vreun arculet/siguranta sau ce matze are el inauntru;nu mai se bloca volanul,nu mia mergea pastila aia de pe contact...nu erau asa grave,se mai putea merge dar....in lipsa de ocupatie..
![]() cel "nou" care l-am pus e de la e28-ul care l-am avut de piese,si era prins cu nituri,de fapt ca la orice e12 dupa 79 mi se pare,la mine din 77 a fost prins in suruburi cu cap de 13,de fapt un surub,si il desfaceam in 5minute.asta de la e28 a tr sa bag flexu ciobaneste ca sa il scot de acolo.in final am rezolvat,mi se blocheaza si volanul,am si pozitie pe o parte si nici cheia nu mia iese ![]() -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

azi am probat de forma fusta Zender,am sprijinito pe niste blani ca sai fac poze si abia astept zilele urmatoare so montez.
maine pleaca la vopsit impreuna cu oglinzile(le-am schimbat si daia le vopsesc iar),si de finisat o termina vopsitorul ca eu nu mai am tomp.sper in cateva zile sa revin cu poze vopsita si montata definitiv. ps:mai am cam un pachet de kent lung ![]() ps:ceam patit azi pana am gasit vopsea ca nu mia aveam de cand am facut masina ![]() asta vara cand am vopsito am luat gri hematit de la policolor.65ron litru.si zilele trecute cand am fost la vopsitor sai zic sa facem oglinzile si fusta ma trimis dupa vopsea.am cautat tot pitestiul prin toate magazinele de piese/vopsele inclusiv la reprezentanta policolor si degeaba,cica nu se mia fabrica nuanta asta.am fost nevoit sa o fac pe calculator la ei la policolor,120ron /litru,dar am luat decat 200ml cat sa fac fusta si oglinzile,bine ca am gasit si-asa.miau zis ca totusi e posibil sa mia fie pe undeva in tara la vreun magazin vreo cutie doua ramase pe stoc dar..nu ma ajuta cu nimic.sa speram ca nu o sa mia am nevoie(prea curand ![]() tot zilele astea o sa schimb si parbrizul si de luni incolo imi fac curaj si o sa iau drumul RAR-ului This post has been edited by db85amd: Apr 14 2008, 03:07 PM -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977

Faza cu vopseaua am patit-o si eu, gri carbon, pentru capote.
Nu se fabrica metalizatele pentru ca schimba linia de fabricatie, sa fie in ton cu ceea ce dirijeaza UE. Nu se stie cat dureaza... O tipa de la magazin Policolor a zis ca nu se poate face pe calculator, nu exista cod. Am fost in Vitan. Niste bussiness-mani de acolo mi-au zis ca nu mai exista si ca mi-o fac pe calculator la 4.5 milioane litrul. Am zis pas si am gasit intr-un magazinas 500g. Mi-a dat si codul culorii. La o saptamana m-am intors, ca sa am si pentru capota spate. arata prea bine masina asa. e cazul s-o "tunezi"? sa-i pui "fuste"? e 12-le e o masina masculina, bine desenata din start si nu are nevoie de fuste si alte acareturi. e masina ta, in fine. gusturile nu se discuta. vroiam sa trec de paste prin Gaiesti, s-o vad..da.. ![]() consider ca nu o "tunez" gen bari din fibra din vitan si alte kitsch-uri.atata timp cat pun ceva ORIGINAL pt masina asta(sau cel putin pt e28) cred ca se azeaza bine,sa nu uitam ca in anii 70 spoilere si praguri Alpina,BBS,sau alte firme au imbracat E12-eurile.ok,poate fusta asta e fost facuta dupa 81 ,special pt e28 dar cum eu am toata fusta de tabla de e28 a picat la fix.si inca ceva,odata ce nu am mia pastrat clasicitatea masinii si iam pus elemente de e 28(bari,bord,usi,etc) nu vad de ce nu siar gasi loc si o biata fusta tot din anii 80....oricum vreau sa mia aud parerea si altor membri si daca si alti bmw-isti de aici vor zice ca nu da bine no mai pun,chiar daca mie mi place nu inseamna ca am cele mia bune gusturi -------------------- BMW E12 550i M70, since 1977
