dupa ce am ajuns in Canada anul trecut prin Septembrie si tot intorceam capul dupa masina pana in decembrie cand trebuia sa ma mut si imi trebuia masina,eu auzisem ca masina asta mai fusese la vanzare anul trecut dar nu a fost asa .Cineva mi-a spus ca vazuse masina asta si era cu anunt pe ea.Ma duc la propietar dupa ce incep sa intreb lumea a cui este masina,aflu unde sta ,vorbesc cu el dar omul imi spune ca masina lui nu a fost niciodata pt vanzare si atunci eu il intreb daca nu o vinde la care el imi spune ca avea in plan sa o vanda dar in primavara.Eu chiar aveam nevoie de masina in momentul ala si masina asta mi se parea cea mai potrivita ,motor mic ,consum putin ,la timpul acela nu aveam serviciu si daca mi-as fi luat un 325 ma ducea la sapa de lemn.Incep sa ii imbib capul propietarului cu povesti cum eu sunt un mare fan al marcii BMW si cum o sa am eu grija de masina si cum daca mai sta o iarna o sa se degradeza si mai rau si nu isi va mai lua banii pe ea si multe alte chestii ,omul oricum iesise la pensie si nu mai mergea mult cu masina deci daca mai stratea mult se alegea praful de ea .Cand am luat-o nu era in perfecta stare ,aeroterma nu functiona adica motorul avea un joc imens in bucse,flansele de la amortizoare pe spate praf,incepuse sa o i-a rugina prin anumite locuri.Cea mai mare bucurie a fost ca intr-o zi cand cutreieram Ottawa sa imi las niste CV-uri pe la anumite serviceuri mi s-a blocat cutia de viteze in marsarier.Am adus-o acasa pe platforma si m-am dus la un magazin de unde mi-am cumparat scule de 200$ ,asta dupa ce m-am interesat si imi cereau stia 500$ sa imi dea cutia jos si eventual 500$ pe alta cutie second,mda astia pe aici cica nu prea repara,asa ca intr-o zi cand am prins soare si -5 grade celsius am coborat sa imi dau cutia jos singurel ,bineinteles ca am avut probleme cu un surub care era intepenit si dupa o zi de munca am reusit sa il scot.A doua zi sa dau cutia jos ,in zece minute trbuia sa fiu cu ea in brate dar uite ca nu a fost asa ,cei care au schimbat ambreajul inaite nu au pus vaselima pe priza si as aca priza a prins rugina si nu imi iesea de pe rulmentul de centrare din vibrochen,mi-a mai luat o jumatate de zi pana am reusit sa o scot si asta cu japca,am avut noroc ca nu am stricat nimic .Am dus cutia in casa pe hol unde am facut un covor din cartoane si am incepus sa desfac cutia ,in final am avut noroc ca se slabise doar un surub care fixa o parghie si pargia aia scapa si nu mai scotea marsarierul din viteza.cam asta este in mare povestea masinii mele,ar mai fi multe de povestit dar nu are rost sa va plictisesc cu basme din copilarie.

Da al treilea stop este original ,cred ca probabil este obligatoriu aici in america de nord.Cu petele ale ce sa spun era primavara pe acolo incepuse sa sra vopseaua si in unele locuri chiar avea si rugina ,nu tabla gaurita ,doiara rugina si am gasit si eu un spay care mi s-a parut aproape de nuanta m,ea ,asta pe capac ca in realitate uite cum a iesit.Si asta am facut-o provizoriu o luna doua pana o vopsesc ca lumea.Mi-am mai montat si indicatoare de presiune de ulei si temperatura VDO ,un filtru sport K&N care are forma celui stok si cam atat pana acum ,cat mai tin motorul asta o sa ii mai pun un cip si nu prea mai am multe de facut.Am planuri mari cu un mot de 2.7 ,faza este ca am vazut aici un E28 care era 528 FARA E si avea motor M20 ,mi s-a parut ciudat dar trebuie sa ma interesez neaparat daca este atunci o sa imi iau7 un motor din ala pe care voi monta turbo fara drept de apel,Sa se stie cine este ursuletul ,sa fie respectat.

Mai adaug niste poze dupa montarea arcurilor spoprt si dupa improvizarea unei admisii mai directe care a iesit destul de bine .Revin maine cu alte poza ca merge netul prost.

Nu ,inca nu este turbo,daca era turbo era pe partea cealalta,.De simtit nu stiu ce sa spun,mai degraba simt benzina ,de cateva zile merg cu 94 care se simte.Mai adaug niste poze.

Ce far sa schimb ma? Ce ai esti lovit la cap ,ce au farurile???Nu intelegi ca in loc de farul de faza lunga am improvizat un RAM AIR.,Proiectorul tocmai ce l-am dat jos sa vad daca ii pot face ceva ,daca nu am sa cumpar altul,,Chitros esti tu ma saracie.Tur5bo ,Turbo ,va urma,nu stiu ce dreacu sa fac,Ma mananca sa pun turbo asa pe motorul asta cu raportul de 10:1,sa merg cu lamda 0.8 si cat se poate de rece amestecul ,dar pentru asta imi si trebuie o turbina mai mare care sa nu incalzeasca aerul si mai trebuie sa merg cu boost mic pana in 0.5 .Am o turbina KKK K24 care ma ispiteste tare rau,si cred ca am sa o comit pana am sa pun un mot de 6 cilindrii.

forjele, lasa motorul asta in pace si cauta un motor de 2,5 cu compresie 8,8:1 si apucata sa mesteresti la el...fal de la cap la coada, schimba-i tot ce trebuie schimbat si macar stii un lucru....ca dc pui turbo pe asta, stii ca o sa faca bum...in plus nici nu o sa obtii foarte multi cai din el...asa ca mai bine mai asteapta un pic si apoi baga turbo... smile.gif

Poate omul n-are atatia bani de bagat intr-un 2.5 acum si pe motorul asta isi face "mana", adica invatza exact ce si cum cand o veni vremea poate sa-si faca 2.5-ul fara experimente. Daca il tine in parametrii asta n-o sa faca bum, are "internele" forjate spre deosebire de m20. wink.gif

si daca le are forjate scoate cat scoate m20-ul std????? eu unu nu cred daca ar mai avea is-ul 2 pistoane as mai zice dar asa e ok pt daily driver

si depinde de turbina daca are lag sau nu multe nu au si raspund foarte bine
de crapat nu crapa dar la mai mult de 0.6 nu tine pe cand m20-ul tine 1bar


problema e de cipcirip happy (24).gif

Ma ,nu stiu ,ma manaca tare dar cred ca o sa il las in pace pe asta ca nu am chef sa stau fara masina pana sa imi fac galeria de evacuare ,asa ca nu cred ca va pupa asta turbo,cine stie,De facut bun nu are cum sa faca ca nu il las sa faca bum,totul va fi monitorizat am si unde sa il pun pe dyno..Am citi despre unii care au pus un compresor pe 318 is si au facut si cipul si au mers cu 7 psi adica juma de barau ajuns pe undeva pe la 187,cam asa ceva. Daca ii scad rap de compresie stai linistit ca tine si asta 1bar fara probleme si mai .faza este ca nu merita sa investes bani in mot asta care mai mult de 300 nu merge si sigur nu va avea niciodata cuplul aluia in 6 de 2.8 turbo.Oricum cred ca faza cu motorul turbo va fi proiect pt anul viitor,pana atunci sa vad ce pot scoate din asta dar fara axe si nebunii ca nu am chef sa stau pe bara mai ales ca lucrez si la 15K de casa.Acum am sa mai pun o poza actualizata in care mi-am adaptat o buza mai mare de pe o Toyota mai veche.Pe masina am dat 2700$ canadieni

Nu arata deloc rau buza, chiar foarte bine, doar ca-mi pare ca-i mai inclinata in dreapta decat in stanga. Poate unghiul pozei.

Da ma ,nu mai vreau e12,o sa fie un 6ar probabil dar mai incolo,nici nu am vazut pe aici e12.Azi am fost la Montreal si ce am observat, ca dupa ce am montat buza aia mai lata acum la drum lung imi sta temperatura uleiului un pic mai sus,imi sta ca si in oras,inainte la drum lung cobora un pic temperatura ceea ce inseamna ca nu mai lasa fluxul de aer sa atinga baia de ulei,va trebui sa abuzez de Efectul Coanda si sa improvizez ceva care sa conduca din nou aerul spre baia de ulei.Asa ca aviz amatorilor,aveti grija ce spiolere montati.Acum sa nu credeti ca s-a supra incins uleiul,era in zona normal de lucru doar ca poate atunci cand forjati masina si aveti montate cine stie ce spoilere se poate ca uleiul sa ajunga la temperaturi poate prea ridicate .

eram sigur ca esti tradator,da e problema ta..da niste gauri in baia de ulei .in fine e clar ca de la spilere se poate modifica temp la ulei si la apa.mai putin aer mai putina racoare la motoras.ram air.suna a dodge ram masina ta

Saptamana asta mi-am mai montat niste lucruri car ma vor ajuta in viitorul apropiat,un indicator Air/Fuel meter si unul de Boost.Acum fac lucrurile mai usoare care nu necesita sa stau cu masina pe dreapta,cel mai greu lucru va fi galeria de evacuare care va trebui facuta custom.

Eu stiu ca se poate face ma.nu asta este problema,acum problema sunt banii si timpul.Iti dai seama ca asta fac.doar nu imi puneam indicatoarele ale asa de fatada,.A si ceva tubulatura de la VOLVO,Am si doua intercoolere unul mare cat un radiator si altul de la un golf 4 de 1.9 tdi dar asta este prea mic,bine si celalalt este subtire cam cat un radiator de racire ,dar probabol compenseaza faptul ca este foarte mare.oricum am sa le testez.Acum ce trebuie sa fac este sa compar HArta de T25 cu aia de la K24,eu am o turbine K24,cu toate ca nu vreau boost mare maxim 7psi asa ca cred ca o sa ma incadrez sub surge limit,.Si etse bine ca la turbina am palele gen stage 2sau 3 care sunt f diferite de stage 2 sau 3 de la Garrett,difera palele. La compresor am inducerul mare si asa ca o sa am raspuns probabil bun adica lagul nu va fi prea mare si voi avea ceva boost si la ture mai mici.Daca ma intelege cineva .

Ieri am primit galeria pt turbo,este o galerie de M50 pe care ciopartita un pic va veni la fix.Acum sa vad ce optiuni am,asa cum este o pot monta jos sau daca ii mai fac un mic inaltator o voi monta sus,turbina va trebui sa stea mai sus ca asa va lovii de capacul de tacheti.Abia aastept sa se topeastca muntii de zapada din fata locului unde am masina sa o pot scoate si sa incep sa montez pe ea.Asa ma bucur\ca am avut optiunea asta care a fost doar de 100 de dolari ,am un baiat aici care imi cerea pe o galerie custom 1000$.
