ma poate ajuta cineva cu un reglaj motor,merge cam prost,se accelereaza singur se decelereaza,sta la 1ooo rpm,dupa care ajunge la 1500 rpm,scade iar, si dupa cateva ori se opreste.nu iam facut altceva decat iam schimbat bujiile.daca stie cineva o posibila intalnire.va multumesc

sonda de temperatura pare sa fie buna,mia umblat cineva in debitmetru si se pare ca nu mai oscileaza.dar imi trebuie un reglaj ca la carte.daca stie cineva cum se regleaza ar fi super.sau o schita ceva.

Ieri la intalnire se puteau face ceva reglari sad.gif

Problemele pot fi de la debitmetru, regulator relanti, furtune de aer sparte s.a.

Motorul de 2,3 se regleaza astfel:1.se regleaza avansul cu stroboscopul 2.debitmetrul sigilat 3.tobe intregi care sa nu rasufle 4.MOT(aparat de masurat noxe) 5.se regleaza din imbusul de la debitmetru noxele
daca debitmetrul e desigilat se cauta una bucata personaj care sa bage mana in el Catalin in cazul meu.
Bafta-oricum parerea mea e ca ai gresit cand ai cumparat motorul de 2,3 in loc sa repari 2,5-ul

nu stiu,intr-un fel ai dreptate dar ma descurajat unul la care am fost sa masoare vibrochenul,mia zis ca este fisurat si ca este la cota a cincea!eu nu am auzit in viata mea asa ceva.in fine.duminik no sa vezi cum merge motorul.debitmetrul este desigilat,nu rasufla tobele,te rog mult daca stii sa reglezi iti raman dator.

spuneti-mi si mie ,daca am gasit spuma in capacul de la tacheti si pe joja de ulei garnitura este arsa?
uleiul este curat dar cam papa apa,si spuma nu este in tot uleiul doar in capacul de la culbutori,si pe joja.
cam cat costa garnitura de chiuloasa?

Pai daca spuma e si in joja (deci in baia de ulei) si sub capacul culbutorilor, inseamna ca-i peste tot. Aproape sigur ai probleme la garnitura de chiulasa. Sau mai rau - chiar la chiulasa, dar nu cred ca e cazul, se intampla destul de rar.

O garnitura de chiulasa buna e 1,5-2,5 mil.

am facut comanda astazi de una de la un magazin de la vitan la 700mii,am mers acum vreo 2 saptamani din baneasa pana in dr taberei,si am luat-o pe linia lui 41,am facut cam o ora si jumatate.atunci mi sa incins apa,aveam radiator mic.acm am pus mare si cu o termocupla in spatele radiatorului.dar se pare ca a apucat so ciupeasca pe undeva.nu este problema in jumatate de zi o schimb.spuma nu este decat in capacul culbutorilor,si un pic in partea superioara a jojei.am schimbat uleiul acm 2 zile crezand ca sa amestecat uleiul vechi cu aditivul pe care l-am pus peste.(un fel de condens)dar se pare ca si cu asta nou la fel face.cred ca luni o sa schimb garnitura.spuneti-mi si mie cum se pune la punct.atat vreau sa stiu.si daca se potriveste chiuloasa sau galeria de admisie de 2,5.va multumesc

salut am pus o chiuloasa de 2,7 pe motor de 2,3.nu mai trage ca inainte .spuneti-mi trebuie reglat ceva din debitmetru,sau din cauza ca sa marit camera de ardere merge asa?motorul merge super bine cu chiuloasa asta numai ca nu trage.ms

Ai decomprimat motorul prin treaba asta,acum ai cam 120 cai probabil,pardon unde limiteaza acum?2,7 are limitare la 4500 ture parca,ce injectie ai pastrat pe masina ?Ar trebui sa fuga mai tare de fapt m-am exprimat gresit prima oara

Edit:de fapt nu stiu ce ar trebui sa faca stiu ca blocul de 2,7 +chiulasa de 2,3 =pericol

dupa 500ture parca isi ia zborul.cred ca se intinde mai mult.nu stiu trebuie sa vin sa vedeti si voi.unde va strangeti duminik si la ce ora?

dupa 5000 ture m-am exprimat gresit

am pastrat aceeasi injectie.sa schimb si toata admisia de la celalat motor?acm dupa 5000 ture parca trage bine.

masina asta am luat-o de la unul din turnu magurele:B-19-WUG,are nr.de inmatriculare ,mi-au spus multi baieti ca o cunosc foarte bine,ca prin 2003,2004 era nr.1 la curse.nu prea a fost ingrijita ,dar eu nu vreau sa ma dau la curse cu ea vreau so fac pt.mine si din cauza asta va intreb tot felul de chestii,urmeaza sa o bag la facut,tinichigerie,vopsitorie etc.din pacate am avut probleme cu motorul,acm ceva mai mici cu asta.cred ca merg sa planez chiuloasa cealalata,a lui si o pun pe aia.dar o sa vin la intalnire sa o vedeti si voi.

catalin se baga si la alte debitmetre?
eu am un 2.3 si imi face probleme debitmetru...
as vrea sa-l reglez cat de cat.

da, asa e, merg 6 turbine de logan dci laugh.gif
in primul rand trebuia sa iti cumperi un arbore cotit si un set de cuzineti, mai mult de 100e nu costa chestia asta, 150 sa zicem.
ai pus un motor de 2.3 facut de cine stie ce mecanic si cu o injectie mult mai proasta decat cea pe care ai avuto, sa zicem ca mergea bine, ti-ai batut joc de el si l-ai fiert, probabil ca avea o garnitura foarte proasta de "s-a ars" din prima, sau nu a fost stransa calumea, sau avea prezoane folosite de 5+ ori. ai pus o chiulasa de 2.7 care are porturile de admisie mai mici decat vechea chiulasa, aceeasi camera de ardere (acelasi raport de compresie) dar o axa cu came foarte slaba. la intalnirile bmwzone se regleaza debitmetre in masa, ar trebui sa ajungi mai des smile.gif

In cazul meu (tot jetronic am) cred ca voi da foc motorului, daca nu reuseste Adi Oprisan sa ii dea de cap il pornesc si asa cum merge ma duc pe camp + un set de jante cu cauciucuri si dau burn pana sparg motorul. Abea reusisem sa il fac se mearga OK si dintr-o data nu mai merge. Nu stiu daca au fost facute vreo data motoare mai proaste ca jetronicul (dupa parerea mea), multe vacumuri, multe reglaje, multe furtune, multe prostii pentru pornire la rece, la cald la transpiratie, chiar nu inteleg motorul asta deloc, nici nu am avut mult timp pentru el, dar oricum, la cele motronic este simplu debitmetru+valva de relanti+ECU si gata motorul, jetronicul nu e asa, furtune din masa pana in tacsu, piese de pornire la rece + o gramada de furtune care si acum daca le desfac sigur nu mai stiu sa le pun la loc. Bafta celor cu jetronic. Eu sant satul de ele ca de mere acre. Sorry de rautate dar m-am saturat sa vad masina in parcare

Jetronikul este complicat pt cei care nu au cunostinte in materie.Ai putea sa cauti o carete ,te documentezi in leg cu injectia respectiva ,daca ai inteles ce se intampla cu toate compomentele si la ce folosesc iti va fii mult mai usor sa o reglezi sa sa o mentii intr-o buna functionare..

Jetronicul e al dracu de simplu, chiar daca are niste vacuumuri incalcite pe-acolo pe care inca nu le-am inteles nici eu. Dar daca sunt taote bune si la locul lor n-ai treaba.
Dar M20 cu jetronic e ca dracu, la motorul ala totul mi se pare pus pe dos.
