Vreau sa-mi fac sa mearga aerul conditionat. Puteti sa-mi reccomandati pe cineva sau vre-un service decent?

Ce cred eu ca trebuie facut:

- de rezolvat scurgerea de la imbinarea unei conducte cu radiatorul AC.
- incarcat cu freon.

Astea ar fi cerintele minime, dupa care sper sa sufle rece.

Dar as mai vrea:
- sa curat radiatorul pe exterior. Prefer sa incerc singur... sa-l dau jos etc dar nu prea am timp. Bineinteles, treaba asta trebuie facuta inainte de toate. Se poate rezolva la service?
- verificat circuitul electroventilatorului. In iarna mi s-a parut ca e conectat direct la contact, asa ca i-am decuplat mufa. Acum l-am reconectat, dar vad ca nu mai porneste. Sa fie rezistorul de vina? Ce rol are rezistorul?

In fine, la ce preturi sa ma astept pentru primele doua operatii, cel putin?

E in jur de 1-1.500k incarcatul si verificatul instalatiei. Daca-ti curge la imbinari cel mai bine schimba toate o-ringurile de la toate imbinarile de pe traseu.
Radiatorul de A/C cel mai bine il dai jos si pui furtunul cu apa pe el. De preferat cu presiune ceva mai mare ca sa scuipe tot pamantul dintre elementi.

laugh.gif sunt chiar cei la care vroiam sa merg, dar cautam alternative. Sunt la doua case de Interceptor. Pacat ca nu lucreaza sambata sad.gif

Am dat jos radiatorul de AC. Cand am desfacut prima conducta s-a auzit un FĀSSS destul de puternic, deci ceva presiune tot tinea. E totusi posibil ca la presiuni mai mari sa scape freon? Altfel nu explic noroiul de pe una din conductele, strans mai ales in jurul surubului care o prinde pe radiator.

Intre electroventilator si radiator erau inghesuite frunze, pene si alte gunoaie, asa ca am spalat bine radiatorul si urmeaza sa curat/ung ventilatorul, pe care l-am facut bucatele deja.

Am aer conditionat in troaca! biggrin.gif Si sper sa tina.
Multumesc Speed!

Am montat singur radiatorul la loc, garniturile pareau in regula, mai ales cea pe la care observasem scurgeri (e ca noua). Am strans (prea) bine conductele si astazi am incarcat cu freon, fara sa mai testez. Deocamdata merge si bineinteles am cam racit tongue.gif , ca eu nu suport chestiile astea, dar am zis ca daca tot n-am trapa, sa-l fac pe-asta sa mearga.

Imi lipseste(-esc) sonda (-ele) de temperatura care comanda electroventilatorul. Instalatia electrica e intreaga, am patru fire care ajung la capatul radiatorului, acolo unde ar trebui sa fie termocupla. Pe radiator observ doua posibile locatii pentru termocupla.

Am intrebat la magazin de termocupla, dar a gasit doar separate, de 91 grade (parca verde) si de 99 grade (rosie). Sa inteleg ca trebuie sa le iau pe amandoua, sa le montez in cele doua posibile locatii (care acum au niste suruburi cu cap de 22)? Mi-e teama ca nu cumva radiatorul sa nu suporte de fapt sondele.... O fi posibil?

Inca o ciudatenie e ca dupa cum arata cablajul acum (si pare original) nu prea pot desparti cele doua perechi de fire, ca sa ajunga la cele doua locatii pentru sonde. Bineinteles ca pot forta, dar totusi... cand a iesit din fabrica, cum o fi mers? 99% instalatia de AC a fost pusa din fabrica pe masina.

Asadar:
1. E normal sa am doua sonde de temperatura la E28?
2. Radiatorul meu suporta cele doua sonde?

Am gasit raspunsul la prima intrebare pe realoem:
18 TEMPERATURE SWITCH 91CEL 1 61311364272 $21.65
18 TEMPERATURE SWITCH 99CEL 1 61311364273 $21.65
Deci sunt doua sonde, exact cum mi s-a spus, de 91 si de 99 celsius.

Cred ca e clar si pentru cea de-a doua intrebare, pentru ca am gasit sondele astea doua listate atat la aer conditionat cat si la radiator. Deci ar trebui sa fie OK.

Le-am comandat, vor fi in jur de 700.000 ambele, in functie de ce gaseste. Maxim 940.000, dar nu o sa le iau pe cele mai scumpe.

Da, til e normal sa ai 2 sonde pe radiator. Si eu am tot 2 sonde desi nu am aer conditionat. Aia de 99* nu-mi mai merge iar pe cea de 91* am legat un electroventilator de ford. La mine sunt in partea stanga sus cum te uiti din fatza si sunt una sub alta.

Am vazut aseara pe radiatorul lui bytzu unde ar trebui sa fie... cred ca eu nu am loc pentru ele sad.gif
Cele doua gauri care speram eu sa fie pentru sonde sunt de fapt pentru cutia automata ](*,)

O sa ajung deseara la masina sa studiez mai bine radiatorul meu.

Ia sa mai vorbesc putin singur pe topicul asta, pentru ca nu v-am spus cum s-a terminat povestea:

Radiatorul meu avea locasuri pentru sonde in partea de jos, exact acolo unde ajungeau cele patru fire. Le-am montat si totul merge brici.

Partea neplacuta e ca abia la 95 grade declanseaza treapta I a ventilatorului iar la 105-110 grade (cand motorul meu deja fierbe, ca nu aveam antigel si capacul de la expansiune nu tine sistemul sub presiune) intra pe fullspeed.

Drept urmare am dat in fiert motorul de doua ori in cel mai calduros WE al verii, cand m-am incapatanat sa urc la Izvorul Muntelui si la Pasul Oituz cu aerul pornit.

Cred ca la vara o sa pun sonda de 95C la fullspeed.

pai atunci io zic ca enormal sa deschida la 95/105 saracele sonde...
oricum daca etansezi circuitul nu cred ca trebuie sa fiarba la 105 numai ca ventilatorul cupleaza prea tarziu...
daca o pui pe cea de 95 sa cupleze treapta a doua o sa fie mai rece dar si mai safe.

dar ma intreb de ce in specificatii, atat pe realoem cat si pe programul vanzatorului apare sonda 91 celsius si sonda 99 celsius? Sa fie temperatura medie... intre inchidere si deschidere?

in orice conditii chestia asta inseamna scoaterea freonului total din instalatie si apoi reumplerea... n-ai cum sa faci doar adaugare... conf (8).gif

Am reusit sa cumpar de la 84 HOT instalatia de A.C. adusa de el din State, insa nu-i completa! Ii mai lipseste radiatorul de racire(cel din fata), si ventilatorul de pe el! Daca are cineva asa ceva sa ma contacteza la 0788714238.
In ata ordine de idei stie cineva unde as putea sa montez instalatia de climatizare si cam cat are duce intreaga operatie????

Eu am facut doar adaugare acum un an la E28 si inca merge... M-a costat vreo 900.000, fara test de etanseitate sau alte probe. Ne-am intalnit pe o strada, a incarcat in 10 minute si-am plecat fiecare la treaba lui.

deci intreb si eu ca prostul... R134a unde si cum si cat dracu costa... la filaret au luat-o razna cu preturile... iar in alte parti... si mai si... si mai toti zic ca nu se poate face doar completare... tre sa scoata tot si sa umple instalatia...
