Din ciclu 'oops I did it again', am achizitionat astazi inca un fier, mai precis o Moto Guzzi. Cred ca e un 750SP dar trebuie sa vad exact ce si cum, pentru Guzzi a folosit pentru motoare de 750cmc cu bloc mic tot fel de denumiri. In acte scrie 1996, dar nu m-as mira sa fie mai veche. Cartea e facut dupa omologare individuala.
De mult visez de un Moto Guzzi, mai ales de un 850t3 sau un Le Mans 1000. Sau chiar un Griso. Dar sunt scumpe, si exemplarul asta am gasit la suma mea preferata, adica, cat am dat si pe E12, si cat am dat si pe GPZ-ul. Motorul este echipat pentru Polizia Municipale, cel putin, asa scrie pe valizele, si e alb, cu o frunte mare si lat cu 2 proiectoare langa far unde au fost odata proiectoarele albastre, si 2 locasi tot pe fata unde erau cred sirenele. Pe spate are prinderea pentru girofar, si antena, si are si un locas unde cred ca a fost statie radio odinioara. Sa e monopost. Am inteles ca ar fi din Brescia. Toate echipamentele specific pentru Politia au fost inlaturate mai de mult. Motorasul are 744cmc, 43KW in acte, V2 a la Guzzi, cutie cu 5 viteze cred, ambreiaj uscat, tractiune spre roata spate pe cardan. Se aude (prea) silentios, trebuie mult soc la pornire si eziteaza la accelerate brusca, am citit undeva ca ar avea jicloare cam mici pentru incadrare in ceva norme poluare. Dar se rezolva cu alte jicloare, cred ca o sa caut sa le cumpar. Problemele ar fi un rezervor ruginit in interior, transpire ulei pe la grup spate, frana fata pe doar un disc din 2, cat un surub lipsa la carenaj, si ceva daune la carene. Ar prinde bine si ceva vopsea noua. Cand pornesti lumini, pica curentul si opreste si motorul. Si cam atat stiu acuma. Partea buna e ca baiatul de la care am cumparat-o a venit calare pe ea din Timisoara. A plecat noapte la ora 12, si dimineata la 9 era in Militari City. Maine vreau sa deblochez etrierul cel blocat pe fata si sa vad de niste hibe electrice, ocazie cu care o s-o si spal si sa-o fac ceva poze ca sa va arat despre ce e vorba. Am venit cu ea la curte. A pornit la prima cheie, dar pe drum s-a oprit de 3 ori, a picat curentul. M-am prins ca daca dau o palma pe cutie din dreapta, revine curentul. Aveti mai jos o poza cu ce e in cutie aia.
Azi am rezolvat asa: - Curatat contacte electrice, acuma pot sa pornesc lumini fara sa se opreste motorul - Curatat frana spate - Spalat - Schimbat niste becuri - Trecut proiectoarele fata prin contact, ca altfel era cam riscant sa o las la bloc cu ele pe un buton pus direct pe baterie - Imbogatit un pic amestec la ambele carburatoare. Dimineata a pornit bine, insa pana a tinut ralantiu a durat foarte mult. Apoi cand s-a incalzit a crescut turatie la ralantiu, semn de amestec prea sarac. - Completat suruburi lipsa pe carene. Cu electrica e tricky - undeva pe circuit apara o cadere de tensiune cand pornesti lumini sau chiar cand franezi. Am curatat toate sigurante, mufe, si s-a mai micsorat, dar tot nu e chiar ok. Supsectez o mufa mare si rotunda cu vreo 30 de pini care cam duce curent in instalatie. O sa ma mai gandesc ce sa fac. Sper ca macar am scapat de opriri in trafic. Pe drum am franat insistent cu frana fata, si a inceput sa tine. Poate scap fara sa umblu la ea. Pe piese sunt scriese an 94 si 95. Deci 96 din acte nu e prea departe. Per total motoreta se prezinte destul de bine. Carenele sunt ciobite si lacul e sarit pe rezervor, codita si pe un capac lateral, si asta cam da un aspect nefericit. Dar cadru si motor pare foarte ok. Mai e un zgomot de grup sau cutie in mers, nu stiu ce sa-l localizez prea bine, sper sa nu sa apara acolo o problema majoara. Si poze cu bicicleta: N-am putut sa nu pozez spaghetti italian. Sun niste relee ciudate acolo care nu cred ca mai au o functie, in afara de a face click cand pun contact. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Lol ti-ai luat o motocicleta de politie? ![]() ![]() Si daca iti pica tensiunea, change the wiring. E posibil sa pierzi curent din cauza unei deteriorari a camasii unui fir, sa faci "masa" (fura curent - cum se zice in popor) pe undeva. Stiu cum e cu electrica Italiana
![]() E interesant, are niste mufe foarte smechere etansate pentru beculete etc, dar cel principal care leaga baterie / alternator cu toti consumatori e cam slabuta. Cardanul nu stiu cum e, nu e la vedere, grupul nu face galagie din cat am auzit, dar pierde ulei pe un semering, care am comandat deja. Daca am chef/timp sa desfac acolo una-alta o sa vad daca nu cumva un rulment are joc, cauzand scuregi etc. Ce face ceva zgomot e cutie ![]() Piese sunt, am gasit de exemplu site asta http://www.stein-dinse.biz/ si chiar daca nu sunt listate piesele sub modelul motorului, prin catalogul de piese pentru motocicleta pe care il am gasit undeva pe net pot sa caut dupa cod si cam apar toate, chiar si carenele specifice politiei. Am remarcat cei 2 cilindri in V dispusi invers fata de cum sunt la ceilalti producatori si transmisia pe cardan. Mersi ![]() Da, e cam atipic, BMW mai face asa, doar boxer. Si Guzzi are un singur maneton pe arbore cotit, ca Harley. Intre cilindrii sunt 90 de grade. Cand accelerezi pe loc, motor trage intr-o parte ![]() V75 are cel mare cilindree folosit la 'blocul mic' de Moto Guzzi, 744cmc. Un Guzzi adevarat are blocul mare, minim 1000cmc, dar mai avem pana atunci. Le vad asa ca M20 vs M30. Pro si contra si aici.

![]() La ralantiu zguduia ca pendula ![]() Cand accelerezi, acceleratie de pistoane / vibochen cauzeaza o contraforta pe bloc. Asta simti doar pe loc. Daca te uiti la motor la o masina care sta pe tampoane mai moi, o sa vezi un efect identic. Aparent mai e o a 3-a efect, cel de giroscop, pe care nu il am simtit, pentru ca cere mersul in curbe ca sa fie simtita. Aparent e asimetric. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Stiu senzatia, exista si video pe youtube de la americani cu motoare gigantice, cand le turezi le sare cafeaua in brate. Face si M20-ul asa cand incepe sa se tureze. Exista video cu M60 sau M70 care turat tinea o moneda in echilibru, probabil stiu nemtii astia ceva

Da, functie de acceleratie. Cand ai spus giroscop m-am gandit mai tehnic, nu la miscarea oscilatorie circulara. De fapt pana la urma asta e doar ca exista si un factor randomizat, functie de pozitie.

Cred ca in reducerea efectului un mare rol il are reducerea masei volantei. Ea da un moment mai mare decat ansamblul arbore+pistoane.

![]() Ma invart zilnic cu utilajul, pare ok, ce ma ingrijoreaza e sunetul care face viteza a 3-a, si se mai aude ceva din grup (un joc ceva) (salut halogen). Pornirea e interesanta, sau o ia la sfert sau nu porneste deloc. Cand nu porneste ajunge sa stau un minut langa motoreta, si apoi porneste la sfert. Pe wiki scrie ca un motor V2 cu 90 grade, cum e guzzi, poate sa aibe un balans perfect daca are contragreutate corecta. dar asta al meu nici departe nu e asa. Pornirea e interesanta, sau o ia la sfert sau nu porneste deloc. Cand nu porneste ajunge sa stau un minut langa motoreta, si apoi porneste la sfert. Fix asa era masina mea cand am cumparat-o ![]() ![]() PS: spunea Clarkson intr-o emisiune: "You can't be a true petrolhead until you've owned an Alfa Romeo". Stiu quote ala, si aud pe vocea lui de fiecare data cand vad un Alfa interesant de vanzare..
Guzzi - nu stiu, au ceva motorete interesante in istoria companiei (500cmc V8!), dar au facut si multe prostii, si calitativ slab intr-o perioada. Mai sunt si alte nume mari, Ducati, MV Agusta, si mai mici poate, nici nu stiu, Moto Morini, Aprilia, Cagiva, Vespa, etc, etc -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

M-am pregatit cu ulei 80W90 pentru cutie, am facut comanda la 85w140 pentru grup. O sa pun si un aditiv minune in cutie, poate o mai linisteste, desi nu cred, dar macar am incercat.
Am platit impozit la ea, platit si taxa inmatriculare; partea fiscala sper ca aproape finalizata. Urmeaza autentificarea la RAR. Ieri am adus Kawa la curte, ca expira RCA si nu mai fac alta. Versus Guzzi e avion, merge foarte fain. Putere, precizie, suspensie, frane. Singur dejavantaj ar fi ca e mai grea. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

In weekend am facut asa:
Schimbat ulei de la cutie, schimbat ulei din grup, schimbat placute frana fata (cumparate chiar la SMAEB). Uleiurile vechi erau cam .. triste, in loc de galben - auriu transparent era un gri cu depuneri vizibile de (cred) praf de fier. Bine ca le am schimbat. Pe busoane de golire are magneti, nu era multa pilitura, avand in vedere ca probabil nu au mai fost schimbat uleiurile de foarte multi km / ani. La grup o sa mai schimb ulei inca odata peste o saptamana sau cand va fi vremea frumoasa, intre foarte putin si m-am gandit ca ar fi bine sa fac un schimb scurt doar pentru a clati grupul. La SMAEB, cand am venit si cand am plecat, a venit ceva lumea la mine sa intreaba despre motoreta. Se pare ca atrage atentia ![]() Am si descopetir ca kill-switch, despre care spunea fostul proprietar ca nu functioneaza, de fapt functioneaza partial. Cand e pe oprit, electromotor nu se actioneaza (asa trebuie) dar aprindere in schimb inca functioneaza (asa nu trebuie). Mi-a trebuit mie o motoreta Italiana
![]() Au aparut niste probleme de alimentare la aprindere electronica, intr-o dimineata in drum spre RAR. Incercand sa-o pornesc am semi-ars electromotorul, e un Valeo (daca stiam aveam mai multe grija..). In fine, rezolvat provizoriu alimentare 12V, pornteste fie imediat, fie dupa dau cu un obiect dur in electromotor. Problema e bobina mica. Am comandat un electromotor intreg, noua, la pretul fabulos de 49Euro, o sa vad cum o fi. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

![]() Am mai surubarit un pic la ea. De cand am avut episod aprindere nu mai mergea bine motocicleta, asa ca m-am bagat iar la investigari. Am gasit camasa de la cablu de acceleratie de la carburatorul stanga sarit din reglaj, probabil s-a intamplat cand am tras de ceva fire pe acolo. Din cauza asta carburatorul din stanga avea acceleratie mai deschisa fata de cel din dreapta, si nu mai tragea motorul cum trebuie. Acuma e mai ok. Carcasa de filtru de aer nu mai inchide etans, am vazut. Are un capac care sta presata cu niste arculete pe carcasa, etansare e cu o garnitura. Capacul e deformat un pic. Am fixa-to cu niste tie-wrap-uri si acuma accelereaza mai bine, avea un flat spot pe acceleratie intermediara. Mai are un pic, probabil nu etanseaza inca perfect, vedem ce mai pot face acolo. Acces la carcasa e foarte dificil, nu se poate demonta,, e prins intre cadru si motorul. Am mai gasit si un un T de cauciuc putrezit, e de la recrculare gazelor din chiulase. Are din fiecare capac culbutor un furtun, care se unesc inainte de a inta in condensatorul de vapori de ulei. Si e rupt, putrezit. Una noua e 46Euro, deci o sa fac eu ceva cu mainile mele. Am mai remediat (sper) un pic probleme cu electromotor, se pare ca nu era numai de la bobina mica, am gasit un carbune lipit in suportul lui. Si final, am rpus in functiune contatct de cric, kill-switch, si alimentare de aprindere prin circuitele respective. Avea un releu defect si o improvizatie la fire. Update.
Etansat carcasa filtrului de aer, prin aplicarea garnituri Tesa pentru tamplarie. Acelasi tratament am aplicat si la valizele caci ploua in ele. Reglat joc la culbutori. Nuți cere 0,15 la admisie si 0,20 la evacuare. Am gasit niste valori mai mari, se auzea si cum mai tacanea ceva pe acolo. Acuma s-a mai linistit. Imi indica si viteza acuma, cam optimist. Buba nu era cablu precum am presupus, dar melc la roata. Avea un piciorus indoit. Am montat si electromotorul cel ieftin de pe ebay. Nu are forta ca Valeo, pe de alte parte, merge. Nu mai trebuie sa dau spradic lovituri cu ciocan / cheie de bujie / piatra la pornire. Lucru manual e rewarding, incep sa simt cum poate se merge. Trage mai puternic, mai linear. Mai are o flat spot cand acceleratie e la jumatate, bujiile erau un pic prea albe inca, dar am facut un progres foarte bun de cand o am. O sa fac un colortune si o sincronizare cand o sa mai am timp. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am curatat si reglat si carburatorul pe stanga. Incepe sa merge din ce in ce mai bine. Am schimbat iar placutele de frana pentru frana fata, cu carbone lorraine S4 2249, si frana a inceput sa tine deja mai bine.

Pentru ca apar numai la preturi sf. Cel putin eu asa consider. Adica, cele interesante, boxer. Un F650GS sau un Kceva gasesti, dar parca totusi nu e la fel. F-uri nici nu au motor BMW si cele de la K75, K100 erau bazate pe ceva peugeot.

Da, m-am aliat cu cc-ul care are GUZ. WTF, oil change every 3000km?? Da si filtrul de ulei il schimbi la cinci schimburi de ulei, adica 15000km. E ok daca bagi un ulei mineral 15w50, nu trebuie sa te avanti la un sintetic scump. Cred ca e mai bine daca respectam specificatiile motoretei, nu recomandarile producatorului de ulei. |

Filtru se schimba, conform manual, fiecare 6000km.
O sa vad ce ulei pun cand vine momentul. Mineral in Bucuresti as evita, se degradeaza repede la temperaturi mari, si o sa cam fie cald. Deja bate avansul daca stau mai mult prin trafic. Cred ca cere niste bujii mai reci. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Cred ca e problema generala cu motoarele mai vechi cu "avansul". Nu le place benzina fara plumb, ele au fost concepute sa mearga cu benzina care nu se mai fabrica. Si eu ma confrunt cu problema. Ar fi cateva solutii posibile: marirea camerei de ardere, eventual cu o garnitura de chiulasa mai groasa si scaderea raportului de compresie, intarzierea avansului centrifugal, modificarea dimensiunilor supapelor, eventual alte solutii pe care ni le pot "vinde" specialistii sau cei care se pricep mai bine.

Din toate astea, raportat doar la M10B18 ca e singurul motor care-l stiu - din ce am citit se preteaza doar scaderea raportului de compresie. In felul asta mergi cu o explozie mai "docila" si mai aproape de felul in care a fost gandit motorul.

![]() Motoreta e din '96, e facut pentru bleifrei, presupun. Problema se pare ca e si din e jetting, generatie asta e facuta sa merge spre sarac. O sa pun niste bujii mai reci, sa vad ce mai am prin cutiile, mai trebuie sa pun si colortune, sa vad ce culoare are ardere, poate mai ridic ac, poate schimb cat un jiclor. Avansul nu am cum sa-l reglez, are aprindere electronica. Evenutal pot sa desfac furtun de depresiune catre aprindere, poate il pacalesc. La a mea arderea este cum trebuie, am schimbat bujiile Bosch cu Champion, primele erau cam negre, astealalte sunt curate, de culoare caramiziu deschis. Ciudat este ca bate avansul cand o accelerez progresiv, daca ii dau gaz ferm, nu mai tacane. Suspectez ca tot avansul centrifugal e de vina, poate s-au slabit arculetele. O sa-mi comand niste arcuri noi sa vad daca se schimba ceva. |

Duminica, pentru pima data, am testat viteza maxima. Soc: e 120km/ora. Ce e drept, nu am avut o bucata lunga pentru accelerare, dar la 120 a ajuns repede, dupa care s-a stagnat acceleratie. Singur lucru simtibil cand deschidam gaz mai mult era o schimbare de sunet.

In weekend am fost la mare, la o intrunire de motociclisti. Motoreta a mers bine, am trecut si de 120km/ora, dar pe la 140 si cu noroc mult 150 se termine treaba totusi. Cred o sa fac comanda la 2 jicloare de 105, acuma cele principale au 100 si am o impresie ca ramana fara sprit la acceleratie maxima.
Dimineata asta am avut probleme, mergea si mai rau in curbe si pe denivelari, si cand puneam frana fata se ducea unde voia. Intai am zis ca sunt eu prea obosit, dar am oprit si am constatat ca s-a distrus un rulment la roata fata. Se pare ca am avut mare noroc pe drumul din weekend. Acuma sper sa nu fie afectat si janta, roata are un joc maricel deja. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Tu practic faci o modificare foarte mica doar ca sa treci peste problema de uzura normala? Pentru ca nu stiu cat de "sensibile" sunt cele de la moto, eu ma gandesc la conducte de masina, debit scazut, pompe obosite de benzina, filtre infundate, etc... (+aer si avans)

Facut poc, not happy.
Eu sunt ok, am fost lansat de pe motor, nu am atins masina care a provocat accident, si am aterizat surprinzator de lejer pe spate. Cred ca merit o nota buna pentru aterizarea. Daune: carene, parbriz, un semnal, o glinda, un proiector, aripa, furca atinsa si face un zgomot ciudat la comprimare, roata fata stramba, si o zgriatura la o bara de protectie de la o cutie. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Saptamana trecuta am trecut la service unde se afla motorul (bardak). Nu s-au apucat inca de deviz, nu stiau de unde coduri pentru piese, de unde preturi. Cand am adus motocicleta le am zis ca le pot ajuta, ca am catalog, ca stiu preturi. In fine, le am dat un mail cu info, sper sa fie ok.
Am primit si o scrisoare de la asirom, ca o sa investigheze accidentul dpdvd asiguratului. Asa ca m-am dus la asirom, sa intreb ce inseamna. Se pare ca soferul este invitat la Asiron ca sa completeze o declaratie si inca nu a venit. O well. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Ai grija, asa mi-au facut si mie cei de la Uniqa si dupa vreo 2 luni mi-au zis ca nu mai platesc nici o dauna, ca n-a fost prezent si celalalt sofer (sofer de tir)... Nu stiu cat a fost de real pentru ca la CSA (comisia de supraveghere a asiguratorilor) nu mi-au dat nici o explicatie, s-a rastit o femeie in varsta la mine si-mi era cam peste mana s-o iau la scandal.. desi ar fi trebuit.
Am aflat ulterior ca e o strategie a firmelor de asigurari, ca sa nu achite dauna. A trebuit sa platesc >1000 ron din buzunar sa-mi repar masina. Apoi am patit-o iarasi cand m-a lovit un Golf4. Din fericire, mi-a acoperit ulterior tatal proprietarului cam 2/3 din cheltuieli (proprietarul era un pustan de 18 ani, rezident prin Italia sau Spania)... In concluzie, ar trebui sa fii atent. Banii au intrat, mobra e in continuare la service. Ieri am trecut acolo, au indreptat roata fata, si furca, care se pare ca era si ea usor deplasata.
Am lasat cauciucuri noi, pe care le am cumparat scurt timp inainte sa fiu accidentat. Am laut baterie de pe mobra, e acasa la incarcat. Am hotarat sa fie vopsit integral, pastrand umva sigle de Guzzi. Tot alb, alta inspiratie nu am avut. -------------------- Black heart scarring darker still

Am cumparat pe evilbay un parbriz si semalele. Sper sa ajunge intact.
Au mai ramas aripa fata, e crapat, poate se repare, nu stiu, si faruri aditionale care erau de la targ. M-as dori sa gasesc ceva fain pentur inlocuirea lor, lupa, led, ce o fi, sa arate un pic extraterestrial.
