Salutare!
A trecut ceva timp de cand am luat masina si a venit timpul sa i fac topic.Cum nu am scapat de "microbul Bmw" ,i am cumparat fratelui mai mic un 320 din 1982,cutie 5 tr, in speranta ca ma va lasa sa mesteresc si eu pe la ea si poate sa o si conduc putin.Am antecedente cu E12 le pe care l am avut,nu prea stiam ce trebuie facut si m-am inecat ca tiganul la mal cu el,am bagat bani fara cap si nu a iesit nimic concret.
Cu e 21 e alta poveste:-
-tinichigerie complet,aripi noi,pasaje noi,pragurile inca nu le am vazut cum trebuie dar vedem,lonjeroanele imbracate.Apoi curatata "bini di tat" pe dedesubt cu demontatul de rigoare a tot ce inseamna aticulatii,tobe,absolut tot.Grunduita si antifonata cu ceva de calitate,nu antifon care se cojeste dupa 2 spatamani.
-Am amortizoare date de proprietar,galbene si o sa le duc la intarit,garda e ok cum e acum nu vreau nici mai inalta nici mai joasa.
-Motorul e 2.0 combinatie intre jetronic si motronic.Injectoarele sunt de 2.5.Cu asta sper sa i cumpar alt motor caci nu mai vreau complicatii.Din fabrica a fost carburatie,am si carbul Solex 4A1 dar nu cred ca l fac eu vreodata sa mearga cu ala.
-Interiorul e cam uzat,am de la un vecin niste scaune recaro de la e 21 care l-a avut,bordul e crapat si nu stiu ce sa i fac,fetele de usi arata binisor
-Vopseaua-o sa fie tot mov ca in talon
-Evacuarea e originala de 2.3 dar tobele finale o sa le schimb...nu cred ca mai au site in ele si nu mi place nici cum arata strambe
-Franele-inca cercetez poate reusesc sa i pun discuri si pe spate si discuri ventilate fata(trebuie sa vad ce implica)
-Trapa functioneaza,nu stiu inca daca ploua in ea(mentionez ca nu am manivela la turela.

Am cumparat si prima piesa pentru el,un eleron original ,cel de pe masina e urat de tot.Urmeaza sa i cumpar pasajele spate ca sa o pot baga la tinichigerie.Am vorbit cu tinichigiul si mi a cerut 2 mil pentru tot ce trebuie facut la masina cu conditia sa l ajut.Toate piesele o sa fie alamite si nu sudate,zicea ca nu se decaleste tabla ca la sudura cu sarma.


Pun si poze ,cateva facute in fuga.Ultima e cu eleronul achizitionat.

Frumoasa masina! Bafta cu proiectul!

Vezi ca eleronul pe care l-ai dat jos s-ar putea sa nu fie gunoi, ci unul BBS din anii 80. Am un prieten care are pe E28 unul asemanator ca forma si este original BBS.

Multumesc de urari!O sa i cumpar incet piesele necesare ca sa nu vina toate buluc cand o sa incep.Vreau sa i se termine asigurarea ca tot am dat banii si sa treaca iarna ca de data asta nu mai am garaj unde sa o fac.Poate fac un proiect si primesc fonduri europene(totul e posibil in Romania) .Vreau sa incerc sa i trec in talon "motor fara serie" ca sa l pot schimba fara probleme alta data.Se potriveste puntea de urs pe spate,ca sa i pot monta si discuri?Ce pot face cu jantele??Au un et f rar si nu gasesc nimic frumos cu et ul asta?Pe fata de la ce model se potrivesc discurile ventilate?

cam greu cu puntea de urs sau de orice altceva.vorbeste cu rotti de punte.el stie mai bine.a si modificat o punte de e21 acum cativa ani ptr blocant de urs.
daca nu ai nr lui imi zici si ti-l dau pe pm.

Batranelul nu se da batut dar de 2 zile nu mai porneste.Se ineaca rau de tot.A pornit la sfert dimineata apoi s-a oprit.A mai pornit odata ,s a oprit.Acum invarte si da cu tunul pe esapament.Pana la transpalnt trebuie sa vad ce are:sonda temperatura,asta are al sapte lea injector?poate il anulez!

Nu are a 7-a injector, ca e motronic.
Cand e inecat, incearca sa pornesti cu acceleratie calcat la max (MAX), atunci calc nu mai da comanda la injectoare. E facut deliberat just in case. Calculator foloseste semnal de WOT ca semnal ca sa nu mai injecteaza benzina cand dai la cheie.
Si poti incerca sa pornesti cu mufa de la debitmetru scos, eu asa am reusit sa pornesc un E32 inecat la -11 grade.
La tine nu stiu daca sonda de temperatura e ok, cauta pe net daca gasesti valori, si verifica cu un ohmmetru daca e portivit ce ai pe masina. Si debitmetru poate sa fie o cauza. Si supapa de presiune.

L am pornit azi dupa multe rateuri in esapament.I am schimbat bujiile si o sa vad maine dimineata.Acum porneste ok si merge destul de ok.Bujiile nu le am pus noi,nu are rost daca tot o sa i schimb motorul.Atunci o sa i iau 6 bujii NJK sa scap de o grija.Revin cu detalii maine.

De 3 zile nu porneste!Dimineata se ineaca.Cred ca e ceva din avans.M am hotarat si o sa merg sa iau motor complet ca n am chef de reparatii.Imediat ce se deblocheaza traficul inIasi merg la XOX si iau motorul lui.
Culmea,dupa ce porneste merge in 4-5 ,oricum prost si nu si revine deloc,se incalzeste o opresc si dupa 10 min cand o pornesc merge ceas.I am schimbat bujiile,cu toata face le fel,le face fleasca dimineata.

asa si la mine laugh.gif .am pornit azi e12-le si aceeasi treaba.a pornit in 2 sau 3 maxim si dupa multe chinuri si automate am reusit sa o stabilizez.acum merge in 5.
cam vechi fiarele astea .nu le place frigul.

Le place, dar sunt batrane si nu mai e in parametrii totul la sistemul de injectie. E12 pe carb a pornit si iarna trecuta, doar odata am reusit s-o inec. Poate incec si eu maine pe asta al meu, acuma cand are motronic trebuie sa fie simplu smile.gif
Ce ma supara e ca nu prea am caldura multe.

La e 12 aveam caldura cum n am avut la nici o masina!Trebuie sa fie ceva....termostat.calorifer infundat,robinetul stricat..

Mda,pentru e 21 am luat un set de jante BBS Melbore pe 15,ET 12.Trebuie sa ma apuc acum iarna de ele,sa le polisez buza si s le vopsesc.Acum:am vazut poze cu e 21 cu jante dastea si erau aurii interioarele cu buza polisata sau argintii cu buza polisata.Masina e mov in talon,asa o sa o si vopsesc.

calorifer si poate termostat. Temperatura urca la o pozitia fixa dar habar nu am daca e temperatura corecta sau nu. Asa se intample daca faci masina strutocamila smile.gif

Noutati!Ala micu a schimbat bujiile azi(eu n aveam chef de murdarit pe maini) si apoi am pornit-o.A pornit repede dupa 3 saptamani cred si am vazut ca totul e din avans:trebuie sa fie maxim in dreapta si nici nu a mai dat rateuri pe esapament.O problema care persista:dupa ce porneste merge destul de prost cand o turez(in 4-5 cred) se incalzeste si tot asa merge.Opresc 10 min ,cand o pornesc merge ceas.De 3 ori am observat chestia asta.De la ce sa fie?

Am uitat:o sa i desfac si distributia sa vad care o treaba pe acolo

Au iesiy ghioceii si am zis sa ma apuc si eu de batran.I am dat jos motorul,tobele,cardanul ,cutia .Am dus motorul la cunostinta sa l desfaca sa vada ce si cum apoi sa va d cum fac sa i anulez delco ul si sa trec la motronic de adevarate lea nu improvizatii.Am dus masina si la tinichigiu,acum sa ma apuc de cumparat piese ce mi or mai trebui.A fost o zi lungaaaaa.Inceputul a fost mai greu ,sper ca restul sa mearga toate struna.Acum timp si bani sa fie ca restul e can can biggrin.gif .Cateva poze cu, "craterele"

Aseara erau pozele prea mari si nu am mai stat sa le micsorez.Tinichigeria mi o face un prieten careia i am facut o instalatie de apa si canal...Vopsitoria ...tot un prieten ,la asta sa vad ce i fac in schimb.Binenteles ca nu e gratis total.Imi place ca "zgarma" in toate colturile unde se vede punct de rugina.Podeaua e neasteptat de buna(nu e ruginita deloc).Azi am taiat "in carne vie" maine ii fac peticele.O sa cumpar si 2 spray uri cu zinc si am cumparat si grund anticoroziv de la policoclor.Vreau sa dau tabla inainte de a fi pusa pe masina chiar daca o sa se mai arda putin dar la interior sa ramana cat de cat vopsita.Am 2 tuburi de ceara care se baga la logan uti in lonjeroane si praguri cu pistolul apoi o sa i bag ulei curat grupa mare.Sper 5 ani sa nu iasa rugina cu toate ca acum nu las nici un punct.
Motorul:un prieten de al fratelui meu i -l face gratis,cica ii pune nu stiu ce arbore,nu stiu ce pistoane si biele si l face 2.3.Nu stiu ce sa zic o sa vad ce o sa iasa.

S-a incalzit afara si as vrea sa termin cu tinichigeria.O saptamana si ceva n am facut nimic ca a fost foarte frig.Poate reusesc sa o termin pana la intalnire.Mai am de vopsit piese pe la motor inainte sa ma apuc sa l montez/ Pistoanele,bielele si arborele "speciale" biggrin.gif dar nu ma pronunt pana nu vad ca se potrivesc la fix.Cutia am curatat o si trebuie sa i schimb simeringul din spate(chin cu piulita aia ...greu se desface).La praguri m-am gandit sa bag pistolul cu grund prin gaurile din interior .Vopseaua am ales-o.E alta nuanta,problema e cu chederele de la usi daca o sa le pot scoate intregi(dau jos tot nu mai vreau sa stau sa izolez si tot sa iasa urat plus ca nu pot matui peste tot.)

Am avut o incercare de polishare a unei jante ieri.Multumit pentru prima incercare.La espero imi atinge in suportul la etrier si i am bagat niste distantiere dar nu mergea perfect rotund si m am chinuit.Urmatoarea data tai putin de tot din suport ca sa mearga "ceas".M am apucat si de partea dreapta care i mai varza ca stanga.Poze:

Maine te sun dupa ce pun alea!

Uitasem!Vreau sa schimb conductele cu unele de plastic,de fapt returul e schimbat si vreau si turul.Unde gasesc si cum se fac legaturile la ele?O schimb si pe cea de frana ca arata dubios.Sa dau cu antifon si la compartimentul motor?As vrea sa fac din pasla peretele despartitor dintre compart motor si interior e ok??Inainet nu avea nimic.

Pe E32 mi s-au parut proaste (dezavantaj) pana nu le am curatat si montat HID (HID pe lupa = avantaj). Cu HID lumina era decenta.
Zice lumea ca si depinde daca sunt Bosch sau Hella, dar nu mai stiu care erau mai bune.

bosch-urile au oglinda de metal si isi pastreaza calitatea, hella au oglinzile de plastic si se matuie in interior de la temperatura/se ard si nu mai vezi nimic cu ele

Stiu ca E21 exista modelul cu un singur far pe parti si ca aceste cu 2.

Multumesc!Da,se poate trebuiesc farurie cu tot cu suporti si grilele din cate stiu.

Motorul incheiat!Mai are de asteptat pana sa l urc pe masina!Supotul o sa l mai dau jos odata sa l curat ca a trebuit sa l pun provizoriu si nu era curatat cum trebuie tongue.gif

mai mult ca sigur pt ca n-au stat pe masina si alimentate de la baterie...o sa trebuiasca sa le schimb acumulatorii...una dintre perechi am vazut ca are fire scoase in afara...probabil ca au fost scosi acumulatorii si trase fire in torpedou...o sa ma ocup de ele dar cand o sa am timp....din 3 perechi tot o sa fac una functionala

In sfarsit am terminat tinichigeria!!!Am schimbat ambele pasaje spate,pragurile si in rest petice.Antifonata total,acum trebuie sa ma apuc sa i pun puntea spate(vopsita) si conductele de frana si benzina care vor fi noi caci alea vechi erau praf.O sa fac si poze dar eram prea murdar azi sa mai stau de poze.

Si daca tot au iesit ghioceii m am gandit sa redeschid topicul.Am fost pe la masina azi si am facut un necesar: multe holtzsuruburi,discuri frana fata,reconditionat etrieri,bielete antiruliu spate,maneta trapa, legat instalatia electrica motor,cromat cateva piese,revopsit spoilerul bbs,montat bara fata,antena,jantele vopsite si polishate.Estimez 3,4 zile de munca ,chiar vreau sa ma plimb cu rechinul de 1 mai. Mai trebuie sa fac si evacuarea care nu mi place cum se aseaza,e destul de inghesuita.

Eh, vorba vine 3-4 zile. Atat i-ar lua cuiva care vrea sa scape repede de lucrare, sa se apuce de alta masina.
Dar cand s-o apuca el de treaba... Oricum, de undeva trebuie sa inceapa, ca tot a venit vremea buna.

Azi am dat jos discurile fata,am ajuns si la.schimbat rulmentii.Am comandat piesele,maine sper sa le montez.Bucatile.de conducta le inlocuiesc ,sunt firave rau si le pun de cupru.Timp alocat azi: 2 h cu tot cu frecat menta.Vorba vine cu 3,4 zile.Daca as sta de dimineata pana seara sa lucrez s ar vedea un progres mai mare.

Au venit discurile azi.Maine vin si rulmentii, bucsile din mijloc bascula si kitul de reparatie etrieri.Nu stiu cum o sa depresez rulmentul care a ramas pe fuzeta,nu mi ibtra presa.Daca nu merge bagam flexul.Inca o problema,cred ca se vireaza mai mult dreapta decat stanga.Vad maine ca n am mai stat azi.
