pai da, si daca o montezi pe ceva rigid , motor / caroserie fara sa aiba o amortizare se strica supapele in ea si asta de plastic se mai si crapa fata de cea cu carcasa de metal (modelul vechi-cub)

Am montat pompa oarecum flexibil, mai caut un suport de cauciuc mai portivit. Si asa caroserie nu mai e asa rigida

nu dadeai tu banii pe o masina care sa nu aiba caroseria buna.... cel mai simplu de montat, trebuie sa-i faci o placuta de cauciuc armat cu tesatura, normal are una furnizata de la mama ei (ptr tarile civilizate) dar la "al ciuhap" fie s-a sutit, fie au comandat cea mai ieftina versiune si o vand la dublu. prin EU pompa e 40-50 euros sosita la usa. pt moment, poti sau o lasi in furtune si legi pe langa furtune in lung o bucata de "ceva" semielastic. daca ai loc sa faci / pui o poza cu comp motor ca sa inteleg ce alternative sunt, pot sa iti dau o idee de montaj daca te intereseaza. de curiozitate, pompa veche ai desfacut-o ? sa vezi ce avea. oricum ar fi ok sa dai o curatare la rezervor + sorb inainte sa vina temperaturi sub 0. masina asta n-a prea vazut plin inainte de tine asa ca sigur gasesti cva condens. daca nu ai veriunea cu sita la admisie de la FACET, ar fi ok sa-i pui inainte un filtru cat mai fin, daca se poate transparent, sa ai un control sa poti vedeas daca vine mizerie din tank. Am un filtru mare metalic inainte de pompa. Eu am facut odar odata plin, ca sa constat ca curge rezervor. Cred ca e mancat acolo unde e stropit de apa/noroi/.. de roata dreapta sapte. Trebuie golit, dat jos, curata interior, exterior, si cositorit, apoi aplicat un strat protectiv de ceva in el.

stiu ce zici, eu le-am facut la unele un paravan de protectie sa nu mai bata in el mizeria.
prima miscare e sa cureti bine cu peria de sarma unde-s filete / surub / piulita la sistemul de prindere si sa le invelesti in vasilina bine, patrunde incet si te ajuta sa demontezi fara sa se strice ceva. |

Salut.La E 12 am avut acceasi problema cu rezervorul.Exact unde bate roata se facuse o gaurica care,dupa ce am dat calumea cu peria de sarma s-a facut crater.Am cositorit calumea si n am mai avut probleme.Cu anulatul pompei de benzina:eu am folosit o bucata de textolit cu garnitura de hartie si putin silicon.Nu s-a vazut nici urma de ulei dupa.Bafta!

faci capacul din tabla de otel sau Al de 2-3 mm si esti sigur. degresat bine tot, silicon de garnituri si strans cu bun simt. verifica cat intra suruburile in gaurile filetate inainte. poate o sa ai nevoie de ceva saibe. n-as crede dar e ok sa verifici.

Nici eu nu cred ca e o idee buna textolitul, pentru ca are prostul obicei sa crape de la vibratii. Am vazut unul fixat de un "inginer" pe un subansamblu, ca sa aduca traful pe un motor si dupa o luna era crapat tot si traseele intrerupte.

Atasamente nu mai folosesc, nu mi se pare fiabil, usor de inretinut si daca vreau sa-l folosesc in alte parte nu pot. Am avut si spatiu plin, au mai si disparut fara sa le sterg eu.
